I'm very picky and I hate germs! The staff at this Milton office has been absolutely wonderful so far! I've had 2 cleanings and yesterday recieved a new plate and partial. I will report again after they've been in for a while but so far these are the best looking and best fitting EVER! My doctor and her assistant are friendly, professional, on time, and have displayed an attitude of wanting to do their best work at every level of my care. The offices are clean and everyone I've seen has practiced great hygiene techniques. The ladies at the front I can't leave out. They always have smiles and I always enjoy laighing with them!

I called the office explaining that I have recently been diagnosed with cancer and need dental clearance so I can start radiation and chemotherapy. Absolutely zero empathy, and the response was "We don't have any new patient appointments until the end of August and we don't submit claims to medical insurance, and if you don't have out of network dental insurance we can't help you". I again explained I have cancer, and this is for medical clearance, and she just refused to listen to me. Rude and completely unprofessional. I hung up the phone in tears because this has been such a frustrating and long journey/process, and it's people like that, who make it so much harder. Whoever that was needs some customer service training.

I agree with another reviewer, she needs to consider another line of work. She has such a rude demeanor, she's not kind at all. Don't bother asking questions, I got shut down every time I asked or gave my own opinion. According to her, anything that I had issues with was from being OVERWEIGHT. Her option to everything was to lose weight. Even issues unrelated to weight. She never failed to criticize me for my weight. I shouldn't dread going to the doctor, but I did every time I needed to see a gynecologist. But I'm on medicaid so I'm immediately thrown to the "Physicians assistant." Why do I keep going to offices where I end up seeing her? She doesn't stay at an office; this should tell you something! I really can't wait to find a kind, welcoming gynecologist. I've put off seeing a gynecologist for a few years now because every time I try a new office, I end up seeing her!! Smh. Sorry for the rant.

Even though this was not scheduled-it was done in a compassionate, concerned and efficient manner. I received post-procedure instructions, my prescriptions were waiting at my pharmacy, and I was able to get the results within 4 days. The mental and emotional stress has been relieved. I am now able to expedite a continuum of care upstate with a specialist. I cannot state emphatically enough, my appreciation of the professionals in this practice. I think Dr Anupol is a great doctor. However, the office staff is awful. I know that they are…read morebusy, but I was left on hold for 20 minutes. I have called all times of the day, and different days. Due to their inability to answer the phone and set up an appointment I am now about four months behind when my annual visit should be. The only other choice I feel like I have is to just walk in the office and schedule an appointment face-to-face. I don't believe I should do that.
