My husband and I have had nothing but an amazing experience with Dr. Scott and his team of skilled hygienists and amazing office staff. I have been very impressed with their state of the art technology, available tests and care and education from the staff. They've also been great about recommending new dental products to meet our needs and Dr. Scott and his team always takes the time to listen to questions, really hear them, and provide answers. The office is absolutely beautiful and there is a very warm and welcoming feel from everyone who works there. After months of…read moremultiple follow-up visits and prescription after prescription for inflammation and infection (but no additional imaging), I went to a different provider and found out that he left part of a tool in my tooth. An endodontist had to perform a second root canal on the tooth to remove the piece he left in, but it became necessary to have the tooth pulled. His incompetence caused not only months of pain, but the eventual loss of my tooth. That, coupled with the rude treatment from office staff during this issue, is enough for me to suggest everyone RUN from this practice.
