This was my first time coming here, we had no appointment but we were luckily taken in right away, they had just opened and there about 4 people being serviced. The location is spacious and the staff made us comfortable and got to work immediately. Nancy did my nails and absolutely crushed a complicated ask and was able to perfectly replicate a photo I showed her. Haven't gone to the nail salon in a while but had to make a stop at my favorite one! It was about time to visit our girl Kathy! "Our" because my sister in law is a believer too and only gets her nails done by her. For once, we decided to go for the same theme and did Christmas vibes for our nails. I got a regular manicure with a dark red with Wendy and it was about $40 (without tip) since I had to take off my gel polish. My SIL got the gel overlay and design was $90 (without tip). Then as we were finishing up, Kathy put a little snowflake sticker on my nail to match my SIL's vibes! So thoughtful! Definitely a main reason why I love coming here. Amazing customer engagement: the owner follows up with a text to express his appreciation for patronizing his salon, along with being open to any feedback. It's rare I've had that experience, especially with nail salons! Yesterday was my second time patronizing this establishment; another great experience. Their receptionist does a great job with the first-tier of the customer experience, as she is pleasant and ensures customer is comfortable and prepared for the nail technician. I was delighted to accept a cup of hot tea; she also offered water or soda. There was a little mishap with the tub--as the lining clogged the drain (?). I pointed it out and a staff member quickly rectified the situation. The nail technician, Tiffany, was diligent, meticulous & did an amazing job on both my toe nails & massage. I would love to book her again. The thing I appreciate the most is that this salon does not reek of the usual-nail salon harsh chemical smell. I love that they are mindful of that. Visited this place with my sisters yesterday and I couldn't be happier with my experience! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure I felt comfortable throughout my visit. We scheduled for 5:00 and got there pretty late, but the front desk was so understanding!! Just want to let you know the service today is horrible. 1st of all the nail tech didn't even took the previous polish on my nails she just added the new one on top of my nails. She painted it like a kindergarten can do. 2nd after putting the top coat she just left me and didn't say that I'm supposed to take it off. This is the 2nd time I got regular polish with disappointment from your salon. 1st time was top notch I even gave good review on yelp because I got gel polish with deluxe package I even get my brows done. My friend of mine recommended them and I finally had the chance to try. I had Yoyo for my pedi & Wendy as my nail tech. The customer service was good. I like how most of the time they tried to speak in English & refrain from speaking in another language. But my nails didn't come out exactly how i expected them to. I wanted something very natural & elegant. She insisted they used chrome in the Inspo photo I showed her, but when I look at it I don't think there was any chrome. I even mentioned how pink my nails looked but she kept insisting it's natural pink. Yes I could've have asked her to redo it. I wanted to venture out and find a new nail salon b/c my go to nail salon has a new owners. I found out about Mili Nail 2 from a few friends so I decided to go ahead and book an appt for my gel pedicure. I scheduled it for 12/7 with anyone available & I received a guy I forgot his name. My first impression was wow, their service is very top tier with offering drinks and letting me know someone will be with you shortly. I booked it for 10:30, wasn't seen until maybe 11:30-11:45. I'm patient but that was a bit of a long wait for an appt. Anyways, overall - my experience while I was there was pretty good. I had no complaints. However, my issue was with the retention of my pedicure. I would say on 12/11, I already lost the gel on one and a half of my toes. I called the salon b/c they do have 7 days policy if anything needed to be fixed. I called & who I spoke to was so nice. I went back on the morning of 12/13, and got it fixed. So I got my toes re-did for the ones that were chipping off and it was completely free of charge. Unfortunately, a week later -- my nails are chipped off the gel again & mind you, I don't do any rigorous activity to possibly make my nails chip off that quick. I'm a mom & I work an office job that's laid back. My old salon I would go back every 2 months bc their retention lasted that long. I was fairly disappointed to have it chipped off pretty much within a few weeks. This whole experience is a solid 3, not sure if I'll be back b/c of the retention of the gel pedicure... but the experience while I was there was nice. read more

I've been to this salon multiple times to get gel extensions and I've always been very happy. But, today I got a gel removal + manicure and to be honest - it wasn't that great. But the lady was really nice and i was way too shy and non confrontational to say anything while she's doing the manicure. I'd just planned to pay and live with a less than ideal manicure. When I was checking out the manager(?) or man running the front desk noticed the less than ideal manicure without me even saying anything and insisted I didn't pay and offered to take it off and do the service again. He noticed by looking at my nails for two seconds basically. He also filmed my nails to have a conversation with the person who serviced my nails about how to improve. And this is why Mili Nail Two is the best!!! Their customer service is AMAZING!!! He made sure my nails were looking amazing and cared more than I did. This is his expertise and handled this perfectly! I understand that manicures don't always go as you want and I'm so grateful and deeply impressed he noticed, didn't charge me, was going to have a conversation to improve, and was overall so polite. Went to Mili Nail Two for the first time today. I got acrylic extensions, cats eye polish, brow and lip wax, and a deluxe pedicure with ingrown removal. All were done by Jessica. Jessica is awesome! My cat's eye polish turned out perfectly. She is meticulous and takes her time to do a great job. She also cleaned my cuticles at no extra charge before doing my nail extensions. I went in because my ingrowns on my big toes were so sore. I really needed to have them removed. She removed them with minimal pain and no bleeding! I used to go to another nail salon and I would always bleed. I also like that they use liners! They are a bit pricey but so worth it. When you go to Mili Nails Two, ask for Jessica! I first started going to Mili Nail Two in November 2022 as I wanted to try out a new business close to home and appreciated an establishment that supporting online booking. I'm indifferent as to its claims that they are all vegan; that's great but that does not impact my review in any way. I remember my first visit consisting of complimentary coconut water (wow!), calming music, and experiencing a pleasant, straightforward service. I felt, at the time, that Mili Nail Two would be my go-to moving forward... and it was for all of 2023! (About 7 visits total.) I can only speak for the pedis - every time I've gone, I've received a great pedi. The regular polish is long lasting and the services included within the pedi have been great. There was one time staff had attempted to upsell other services to me (ex. lash extensions) but they do not push back when I politely decline, which is appreciated. The services are all fairly priced and are pretty consistent across the board. I also love that the tubs are lined. I also noticed the salon quickly stopped offering coconut water (lol) - just water. (That doesn't factor into my stars either as it is a complimentary service.) I was committed to supporting and endorsing Mili Nail 2 up until my last two visits -- September and October 2023. It was discouraging that even though we made reservations, there was no designated staff ready and available to service our party. Both times, one member of the group had her service delayed by 45 minutes to an hour. What is supposed to be a 35-45ish minute service was practically doubled. We did not want to cause any issue or trouble at the time of the incidents, but it does make us feel as though there is no consideration for our time. Staff did not make any reference or apology for the wait either, which adds to feeling neglected. This is the main reason why I feel the need to dock stars. I appreciate the consistently great pedis but the customer service could improve. I feel as though businesses should not accept reservations if they do not have the staff to accommodate their customers timely. Please factor in reasonable scheduling prior to accepting reservations so as not to make customers wait for longer than expected. I also feel it would be helpful for staff to recognize and acknowledge when customers who come in for a regular pedi have stayed close to two hours for a simple service. Do I plan on continuing to enthusiastically recommend this business to my friends? Not as a first choice as I do not want them to possibly experience a delayed service because the business failed to plan accordingly. Would I come back? Yes, but only if I came by myself and if I had no plans after the service. I emphatically believe Mili Nail Two offers great service as it pertains to the act of pedicures specifically. The service itself is why I am rating it 3 stars. read more

I called ahead to book an appointment, and when I arrived I was shown to the pedi chair and asked what services I wanted. Originally I asked for the basic mani/pedi combo, and added on the deluxe pedi and gel nails for my hands. Jenny went to work on my mani, and I didn't catch the lady doing my feet. Poor thing, she had her work cut out for her because I hadn't done any pedi's in a few months. Jenny was friendly and did such a great job with the gel manicure. My poor friend working on my feet did such a great job, cleaning the calouses and making my toesies happy and pretty. They offer a drink while you are getting pampered, which is very nice and the music playing really gave the vibe of being in a spa. They were quick as I was in and out within an hour. Definitely plan to use them again in the future. When the mani was done, they had me do some hand-modeling and took pictures. They also want to be sure there are no issues with their work, as they have a satisfaction guarantee, and they invite any comments to improve their services. My suggestion would be to call ahead so you don't have to wait, or so you get two techs working on you at the same time. read more
