After purchasing and sharing several cookies and brownies between us, we both favored their original brownies the most. It was not overly sweet and tasted like Devil's Food cake but in a brownie, instead. Delectable! Each cookie is $2.75 but if you purchase 12 cookies, you save $3 and pay $30. The Big Brownie is $4.50 and worth every penny! The shop is cozy and takes you back in a time to be in one of those wonderful sitcom kitchens where you expect a mom to come out and just treat you with warm baked cookies after a hard day. We came here because a friend gave us a gift card and wow am I glad! Seriously, the cookies are terrific. Can't say enough about that. The variety is amazing and the flavors just pop. We ordered a box of a dozen. My favorite I think is the pumpkin, but I didn't have one I didn't like. In fact, I said I need to remember to come here when you want to bring a dessert somewhere. $25 for a dozen freshly baked delicious variety of cookies is a great deal. We also got a brownie, which was equally grand. My only suggestion would be that the behind the counter is a bit underwhelming. If there were a way to display more of the cookies sort of bagel or donut shop like, it might be more appealing. But regardless the flavors and variety were spot on and I'll be back. read more

They have such an amazing assortment of unique flavors and I ordered about 7 different options to try. Some of my favorites were the Confetti, Coffee Chip and Lavender and Lemon Poppy. They are a bit on the pricier side but definitely well worth every penny. It didn't take long for me to come back after an amazing first time here. I was back for another Cookie Shake (~$4) and this time I went with a Chocolate Chip Cookie with Chocolate Ice Cream. At first, I was told the chocolate ice cream was too frozen but then my shake ended up being made with a different chocolate ice cream. I was confused with that but it was what I wanted, so no complaints! However, this drink was not up to par with my last experience. The shake was way too light compared to last time. It seemed like she just blended a cookie, milk, and ice cream and left out the ice. I could barely taste the cookie either because it was either too blended or the chocolate ice cream was overpowering. I was able to get a free cookie through Yelp check-on, so I went with the Toffee Cookie again. It was delicious, just like the first time! I tried this place on doordash for the first time, some cookies taste better than others but of course it depends on what you like. My favorite is now the chocolate chunk, it is always fresh and now I literally order a few chocolate chunk cookies with a cup of milk whenever I have late night cravings. I feel the need to update my review from last year and give credit where credit is due. I came in yesterday evening since I was looking for a sweet treat and House of Cupcakes recently had a price increase on their gluten free cupcakes that made me reconsider going there. I decided to try Milk & Cookies again and I'm glad I did! I got the gluten free double chocolate chip and a spicy chocolate cookie (forgot what they called it exactly) to bring back to my boyfriend. I have to say, these cookies were much better than they were the last time I came in! My gluten free cookie had a great texture and flavor and I thoroughly enjoyed it! My bf is a bit picky/underwhelmed when it comes to dessert so I wasn't sure how this cookie would go over with him, but he ate the whole cookie and said he loved it! I'm not sure if there have been changes in the last year, if I just caught them on a bad day last time, or just didn't pick the right cookies, but I stand corrected. Ordered a dozen cookies online for in-store pick-up the next day, I asked for a whole bunch of flavors but some of them weren't in stock so they were substituted. Ah well, the flavors that *were* in the box were really tasty (Lavender was a pleasant surprise, London Foggy and Matcha were pretty good, and the Mexican Chocolate was good as ever, thick and slightly fudgy). If you want cold and hard cookies then this is the right place for you. We got the 3 mini cookies (double chocolate, chocolate chip, and coffee toffee). The coffee toffee was the best of the 3 but still was seriously lacking. We asked for the cookies to be warmed up and they still were cold after. This surprised me like why would you not always warm them for your customer? Baking a batch of nestle cookies at home is 100x better than these cookies. Sorry to say this but I'm really disappointed as this place looked so promising. To start, I think being inclusive is a fantastic business model. Milk & Cookies caters to both vegans & the gluten intolerant! But since I am neither, I taste-tested them for you all & I was pleasantly surprised. (You're welcome! ) The vegan / gluten free cookie was just as good as the regular cookie, maybe even better? My friend and I split the ice cream cookie sandwich, with a coffee chip cookie on one side and M&M cookie on the other side. I appreciated that we could choose two different cookies for the sandwich. However, the actual cookie sandwich was alright. Ironically, I enjoyed the ice cream in the middle more than the cookies. I wished that the cookies had been a bit softer because they seemed a bit hard. Additionally, a lot of places with a similar concept serve their cookies slightly warm.
