Since I've been in the market for some joggers, Vuori seemed to be the place to go since I've heard great things about these particular pants from the brand. Coming here seemed to be a no-brainer, but the experience was less than stellar. It was a Saturday afternoon, so the mall was busy but the store was not. There were a handful of customers in and at first, I was looking for a salesperson but they were busy grabbing sizes for those customers, etc. which is understandable. However after walking around for more than five minutes-and making eye contact with two of the girls up front who were now folding-I was never greeted, approached, or obviously offered service. I did find the joggers in the sizes I wanted to try but not the color, so I took it upon myself to head to the fitting rooms to at least try them on for size. Nobody was back there besides customers, but the doors were open so I just let myself in, not knowing what their policy was. I did see another door where more staff was but they were too busy talking in the back. Sad to say, the pants did fit, yet I found myself folding them (not to their standards), putting them back on the shelf, and leaving. My job carries this line in limited styles yet I was willing to pay full-price at their actual store since they offer the full-spectrum of colors in addition to sizing. Wish my experience aligned with the positive reviews here, but I guess I could try their Studio City location to see if things improve...

Truth is, I was technically shopping in Las Vegas to gain points where I was staying (which now ceased since MGM took over). At first, it started off in the way I had become accustomed to; employees ignoring me yet there were a few customers being tended to in the shop, one with a very loud whiny son. Finally, a nice guy with glasses offered me help (first thing I did was thank him for noticing to make a point) and it only got better from there. It did take a while to grab a pair of pants while I waited in the fitting room (I think he might have actually forgotten), but I was trying on a couple other items in the meantime, and the pants were brought over after a friendly reminder. There was a skirt I was interested in that was not available anywhere, but I realized I could fold down the waistband to make it work if I went up a size. A bonus was the free shipping-even for sale items which this was-to be sent to your home (they cannot ship to the store) and I'm now waiting for the tracking information to arrive. Their prices are on the higher side so if you can take advantage of their sales, your score nicely! And we did! Customer service was decent, one guy gave us some ideas regarding tying a dress around. The store is big, has nice fitting rooms, an area where you can sit and chill. And they play good music. Listening to Moby while shopping is a plus in my book!

Walked in, and instead of getting greeted, we were told by a lady that the store was going to be closing in 30 minutes but the fitting rooms are still open. Okay cool. She was nice about it so it was fine. Except right after she told us that on one side, a guy employee sees us, walks down the aisle, and straight up tells me and my boyfriend the same thing, except not as nice, with a "Just figure out what items you want." Ok. Haven't even walked through one aisle yet, but sure. I kid you not.. A few more moments of looking through an aisle, ANOTHER lady comes up to tell us the exact same thing, that they're close to closing. At that point, didn't feel welcomed anymore to just look around the store and instead a bit aggravated. So as we were now heading out and walking through the store the long way around, we were told again by another lady again that they were closing soon. At that point we just said, "Yupp we are heading out!" and after stepping out, we hear a Thank you. Like sheesh, it was really appalling how much staff really walked up to tell us they're closing soon (as if to kick you out) and it made the usual chill and nice Uniqlo experience bitter. But the young Caucasian lady (please pardon I don't remember her name) took my measurements and reassured me they have it. She was so helpful and very reassuring. She arranged to have me pick up a couple of days later to ensure we get the fit right and still have time to order a replacement if necessary. She wasn't there when I picked up and it wasn't fitting as well as I thought and I was really missing how helpful and reassuring she was. The pants didn't feel right and the shirt was hanging too low where the bow tie sits. But Mr. Danny showed me how to put it together and that she actually got all my measurements right. We just needed to get the length of the sleeves and the pants taken in. After the event, when I put the tux back in the garment bag, I didn't realize my wallet was still with the tux and I returned the garment bag the next day. I then realized two days later that my wallet might have been in the tux cause I couldn't locate it anywhere else I usually leave it in. I called the branch and unfortunately the tux was already picked up to be brought to their main hub. I was given a number to call to try and trace the tux. I called and a nice gentleman took my details and informed me that if my wallet was found, they would send it to me via FedEx. I didn't hear from them anymore after that. The whole experience of renting the tux was great. It got even better when I got my wallet from FedEx a week later. I will definitely go to them again at the Beverly Connection to either rent or purchase.

Over the years, I bought 4 suits and they were properly fitted and tailored. They ruined the jacket by improperly shortening the sleeve which was originally a split cuff into a cut off sleeve. They never took this short cut before! It is not a proper way to just cut off the material length from the split cuff. It should be shorten at the shoulder. The pants was also too long. When we talked to the supervisor on duty, he told us we need to speak with the their tailor. The supervisor did not take it upon himself to rectify the situation and tried to get us to accept the botched tailoring. They should have told us from the begining that the split cuff would be removed. I doubt I will ever trust them for such an important event and to think they are selling tuxes....

If it's your first time, note this is a full service location so it's not really mean to be a pick it yourself and call it a day. That being said, the representatives here were friendly and very helpful. My fiance spent a good amount of time trying on different sizes and the patience was definitely there. Love the look and feel of everything here, almost wish they did women's! The tailoring is done on the spot and they were able to make alterations for my fiance within 30mins, so it was highly convenient. The only downside is the paid parking, which seems pretty busy here and was about $7 for roughly 1.5 to 2 hours here.
