    three cups of bubble tea

This is one of my favorite boba tea places! They use high quality ingredients and you can definitely taste it in their beverages. There's no artificial aftertaste which is something I highly applaud since I've noticed this from other establishments that I have visited nearby. The staff is incredibly friendly. They're always in a good mood when I visit and it's obvious that they are genuinely happy to be there. That makes a big difference in the experience! They are truly invested with creating drinks that make their customers happy. I recommend trying the Thai tea, as well as the Ube latte. So far, all the flavors that I have tried have been delicious. Even at the 50% sugar level, the drinks taste great. I wish the indoor seating area was a little bigger and had a bit more of a coffee shop feel. There are only a couple of tables so it isn't the ideal place to sit and hang out with friends, but it's in an area that offers a big green space nearby, which is a good place to sit and people-watch when the weather is nice.

Yay a good boba spot finally opened near us! I've gone thrice this past week and ordered the rose milk tea each time. I like it with normal ice but the lowest sweetness level. Love that they let you make those selections. Tasty and service was good. Definitely recommend stopping by!

    NO BATHROOM FOR CUSTOMERS ANYMORE

NO BATHROOM ACCESS!? Food wise--super yummy. Love the strawberry boba tea and taro slush! Customer service wise, they have restricted their bathroom that's IN THE LOBBY to staff only now?! It's not out of order...She coldly replied "go to Harris Teeter to go to the bathroom". That's like half a mile away across the shopping center either a 10m walk or drive there. Beyond unreasonable. If I could wait that long I'd just go at home and not need to at the boba store. Absolutely ridiculous new policy. Last time, my young daughter needed to go and they also denied her access to the bathroom that is in the lobby area (not the back of the store where its employees only area!) as well. Be thankful she knows how to hold it well; not all young kids can. Guess it's going to take an employee needing to grab a mop to clean the floor after denying restroom access for them to go back to allowing a basic human need being met. Silly silly silly.

Very friendly service! The sign can be easily missed but they are still open - on the side of Clean Juice and opposite to the Italian restaurant(Little Mamas) We got the Brown Sugar Milk Swirl with light ice - the boba pearls were chewy and sweet!

Best milk tea place in Charlotte. The taste is great, service is fantastic and quick. Nice place to seat with friend and have a sip of milk tea.

Black Sesame Latte with milk foam & boba

Tried this new boba spot across from waverly tonight and was pleasantly surprised. Tried the black sesame latte 25% sweet and it was awesome. Definitely check this place out. Service was super nice too.

Good amount of seating inside (mostly 2-seaters; one larger table reserved for bigger groups). Helpful and friendly staff who were amazing with my little one. You have to try a slice of the basque cheesecake. The plain slice (with no whipped cream or fruit topping) is not overly sweet and the perfect amount of "burnt" & creamy. We also tried the madeleines, which - as the café's name suggests - were on point. And the garlic bagel is a garlic + cream cheese lover's dream. The iced dalgona latte was such a treat. Sweet with a creamy foam and topped with crunchy cookies - very well balanced and delightful to drink. The prices reflect the care and high quality of the products. Come support this amazing local spot and enjoy their unique, thoughtful offerings!

She got their garlic bagel--the only type of bagel they offer - and it was generously stuffed with delicious, aromatic garlic. She enjoyed it! The café is decorated charmingly, with little Madeleine cookie designs stamped throughout the space. They have a small section with some gift items for sale. They also sell Madeleine cookies, of course, though we didn't get any. The service was given with genuine smiles. The prices were normal - not a deal but not over-the-top. We enjoyed our breakfast and will happily come back!

One thing I always struggle with in Nashville is that they tend to run out of donuts and drinks pretty early in the day. Even by late afternoon, there are very few options left. That wasn't the case here. When I visited, they still had a great selection of donuts available, which made the experience much more enjoyable. I finally got the chance to try their lattes, and they did not disappoint. The Banana Bread Latte was one of the best specialty lattes I've had--rich, comforting, and full of flavor. The Café con Leche was equally impressive and absolutely delicious. The donuts were just as fresh and delicious as always, and having plenty of options to choose from made the visit even better. Overall, this location exceeded my expectations. I only wish the Nashville stores would stock more throughout the day so customers can enjoy the same experience. If you're near Ballantyne, this location is definitely worth a visit!

We get to the car and try to sneak one with a quick pop in our mouths and OMG. Stale stale stale. They were so bad - all of us stopped mid-chew and scrambled for napkins because we couldn't even force them down. It made us very scared for the remaining items, but they were fine - just proceed with caution. Not all glazed sparkling things are delicious. We may try again, but it will take some time before I can convince my family to give it a go. Nothing worse than a stale donut that looks beautiful. *** Sadly the suggested email address doesn't respond *** it's ok, at least folks know to proceed with caution.

I've been here for coffee and pastries before but it was many years ago and I was not originally paying For a place that charges hearty prices for everything I find it astounding that we have to order at a counter, AND put away our own plates afterwards. It also makes no sense to me that we had to wait for our coffee at the counter but our food is already brought to us at our table. It's not even the employees faults- it's the design of the restaurant process. The food tasted good but almost everyone (7 people) said some aspect of it was cold and should have been at least warm. Both French toasts? Cold. Croissant sandwich? Cold. Either way, I wouldn't come back for food specifically to eat. The employees were all helpful but definitely understaffed on a weekend in my opinion. They did the best they could and were nice. In my opinion after a handful of years- the decor seems tacky. It all is mismatched and just looks beat up- not vintage or antique so that it seems kinda random. I feel like in 2015 this style or idea was popular and kitschy but now ...maybe I've just grown up The pastries were good but also super expensive. So choose wisely!
