I got the B5 Banh Mi Bo (Lemongrass beef) - the bread was soft, the beef was tender and flavorful, and the veggies were crisp. No notes! I also tried a few different drinks and all of them were delicious. Tapioca pearls can be hit-or-miss in my opinion, but these had the perfect bite vs chew ratio that only fresh, perfectly-prepared boba has. I usually find myself struggling to find something unique and delicious when it comes to mall food, and I don't look forward to in-store shopping as much as I used to, but Boba Stop is really doing some heavy lifting for Galleria Mall - I'll come for the Banh Mi then stay for the mall walks and window shopping every time!

Main course: I got a banh mi xiu mai, because that's something that's almost impossible to find on the east coast, and it was done exceptionally well. The bread (which I was told they bake fresh in-house!) was light and airy on the inside with a thin crispy crust on the outside. I also got an avocado smoothie, which was not too sweet-- everyone saw me get one, taste-tested it, and proceeded to order one as well LOL. Between the 30 of us, we essentially got everything on the menu, and everyone was pleased with their food.
