The wife and I decided to go out for a lunch date during the week. A lot of places are closed on a Monday but fortunately this place wasn't. The place was very empty with only another couple and us having lunch. They have about 5 booths, a few tables, and a bar on the other side of the wall. The prices were very reasonable for lunch, the food was brought out quickly, and the food tastes authentic. It being in Depew, I wasn't quite sure how good the food would be, but I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered the Kat Gyay Kite whereas my wife ordered the Beef Curry and rice. Both dishes came with a soup. I ordered mine extra spicy and it was just right. My wife ordered the beef curry medium spicy and she stated that it needed more spice. We were both fond of the vegetable soup.I think this might now be my favorite Thai / Burmese restaurant in the area, and I cant wait to try more dishes.

This was the best Thai dinner I've had in Buffalo. The coconut seafood was great, a large portion at a reasonable price. very enjoyable.

That includes clearing of items you're done with immediately and no waiting for your bill. I was never rushed; they were just great at their job! Honestly hard to find over the last few years and I was very grateful for that experience alone. The ambience was a very cozy-casual. As I was dining alone this time, I enjoyed the 80s music and videos playing on the TV haha I have to be honest ... I really really wanted to order a roll! But I'm trying to do better about trying other things. So I ordered the Atlantic mussels and the pan seared scallops with veggies with fresh ginger sauce and rice, at a spice level of 3/5. The mussels were very generous and in a large bowl. My biggest pull, aside from the mussels themselves, was that in the description it had a creamy coconut sauce. But I did not taste any coconut and it wasn't creamy. It was broth. It wasn't bad or anything, just not quite what I was expecting. I did appreciate, in general, that there were a couple of mussel options. I hadn't had them in quite some time. The dinner entree was very good. I loved that there was a 1-5 spice scale to choose from. I picked level 3 and was a little worried it wouldn't be spicy enough but it definitely was! It was perfect. The sauce was good and the scallops plump. Veggies were fresh and rice sticky. I had water to drink and it was also very good (felt it deserved a mention lol). I would definitely come back here, but I would definitely order rolls next time! It's what my heart really desires! Side note: great place to indulge in for a whole food diet! I felt very satisfied from my seafood and veggies!!

My friend and I chose to dine in, even though the small seating area makes it clear this place is more focused on takeout. Still, I appreciated having the option to sit and enjoy our meal there. The menu had so many tempting options, and ordering at the counter was quick and easy--special thanks to the super friendly employee who took care of us. I went with the chicken pad thai (medium spice, $13) and the mango black rice ($7), while my friend ordered the honey sesame chicken ($15) and also got the mango black rice. It did take a little while for our food to come out, but honestly, we didn't mind waiting. Just something to note, though--even takeout orders seemed to take a few minutes after people arrived to pick them up. Now, let's talk about the food--it was AMAZING! Everything came out hot, fresh, and bursting with flavor. The chicken pad thai was perfectly seasoned, and the mango black rice was the ideal sweet and satisfying dessert. Portion sizes were generous--I even had leftovers for later, which is always a bonus. While it's a bit on the pricier side for dinner, it's absolutely worth it for an occasional treat. I'll definitely be back to try more from their menu. If you're in the area, don't miss out on this local gem!

This time we ordered the Burmese beef curry, shrimp pho and veggie fried spring rolls. The Burmese beef curry was actually great, perfect portion and amount of beef for $15. I asked for it to be really spicy and it was, which was very nice. My husband chose this and really enjoyed it I ordered the pho and added shrimp for a total of $15. They gave me a quart of broth, which was very nice and flavorful...and five small shrimp. They included plenty of rice noodles. The toppings could've been more generous. I only got one sprig of mint and I could barely find the green onions or cilantro, literally. Plenty of bean sprouts, tho. The included hot sauce is delicious. The vegetable spring rolls were ok..I wish they had more veggie filling, they were pretty empty. At $6 for three, I don't think they're worth $2 each. All in all, it was a pretty good experience. We'll probably try more of the menu at some point.

The price is amazing. When we order it's usually no more that 30 , and there's always left overs for lunch . I definitely recommend.
