I needed an oil change and simple car detail. I've recently moved and had to look for a new place. I came to this location just for the oil change and thought, I might as well. It was nice because the oil change was, wash and detail was all done in less than an hour. This made it easy for me with a two year old. They have a great little play area, which to be honest was a life saver for everyone in the area! Haha! The staff was friendly and professional. I didn't let this effect my star rating, but a suggestion would be to have some snacks for sale. I was too nervous to walk across the busy highway with my daughter, luckily I had just enough snackage in her bag. read more

We went in for an oil change and ended up with a blown engine. After waiting for over 3 hours, we proceeded to head home when the vehicle began to make a loud clicking and knocking sound. We immediately contacted Millcreek Carwash and Lube to inform them we needed to returned because something was wrong with vehicle. The person answering the phone stated that they were now closed and the mechanic had already left for the day. Meanwhile, we turned around to head back to shop. I was placed on hold and then the call disconnected! I continued to call back and she would pick up and hang up the phone. I continued to call while the vehicle coasted back towards the shop because the car could not accelerate. As we approached the entrance of their shop, we caught two individuals sneaking out the back door. The gentlemen that was there informed me was not a mechanic, but he wanted to check out the vehicle. We assisted him with getting the car on the racks. He proceeded to inspect below the vehicle and the dip stick for oil and he informed us it was dry. He excused himself to call Mr. Church, the Manager, to inform him of his findings. Mr. Church asked to speak with my fiancé to ask if we could leave the vehicle there overnight and he would have the mechanic re-checked the vehicle, we agreed and returned home frustrated. When we returned the next day, Mr. Church informed us that he watched the video. He witnessed the mechanic under the hood but did not see where they performed two dipsticks check and he asked if we could take it to Toyota for a full inspection. He wanted us to drive the vehicle, we declined to drive and asked him to tow the vehicle instead. He then implied that we could call the tow company ourselves, and wait for the insurance company to reimburse us. We declined and demanded that they tow the vehicle at their expense. The final results the vehicle was totaled and they paid off the actual cash value of the vehicle to the finance company and Millcreek Carwash and Lube did not compensate us for their negligence. read more

Paid $90 (inc $7 tip- 20% on regular price wash value) for a full service oil change (synthetic blend) and a full service car wash on my SUV) Full service wash was everything besides 'detailing' it or waxing it. Plus, all done in under 45 minutes! Blown away!! Felt reassured when multiple luxury vehicles were being washed (Mercedes, jaguar, etc)... This is the last time I will ever use this car wash. $25 for a car wash, told them we would be back to pick it up. Two hours later we get back to one dirty car. This old guy wants to argue that it's because it's a white car and we parked under trees. Idiot! It's the beginning of March and there are no leaves on the trees plus I don't even have a tree that covers our driveway. So why wasn't the inside cleaned or the wheels. He had an excuse for everything. Tired of giving my money away to this place when ultimately I end up cleaning the car myself. Don't bother going here. Horrible! Think twice before going there!!!!! I went to get my oil change and they offer free mini car wash service with that, after I left I found out that they have stolen 100$ bill from my change purse that was attached to my keys. When I called them about it, their manager someone named Jason was rude and UNPROFESSIONAL. I was told that they DO NOT take any responsibility for anything left in the car while they perform the service , and this totally is my fault for leaving my money with my keys.When I asked to talk to the owner or gm of the place, I was told that they probably will not understand me and would not care! What a great way on handling the customers problem. There are so many more cleaner, faster and way more cheaper lube shops around Dacula/Buford. Please don't repeat my mistake! Horrible experience here, after years of giving them business. I purchased a community appreciation program book and it had expired, which I didn't catch. Drove up to attendant, showed her my book, and pointed to the free exterior coupon. She gave me a receipt, I went in, and nice lady at register asked manager (Frank?) about it. He told me it expired. I said ok, I wasn't aware or I wouldn't have brought car. Mind you; my car was already in machine. He walks off. Came in on a Wednesday during my lunch. There was a good amount of people here, but they got my car cleaned in less than 30 minutes and it looks brand new! Service is not very professional or friendly. Gave me a look like I was an alien when I requested a statement of work for oil change and car wash with cost estimate. Embarrassing cleanliness of bathroom in regards to toilet seat. Have cash for tip to car wash attendant because they do not keep track of tips for employees (aka kind of shady and not on up and up). Recommend management take a look at Fairway Car Wash in Suwanee for get an idea of getting facilities up to speed as broken foosball table, furniture that looks like it was picked up from a garage sale, and half-hazard play area for munchkins leaves a lot to be desired. read more

I went to Mill Creek Car Wash on Friday 4.3.2015. I have a brand new Audi. 3 weeks old with dealer tags still. All of my wheels and tires were perfect when I went there. When I got home I noticed my two left tires had a large cut into the tire and the rims on the left had scratches on them. I spoke with the GM which of course did not want to take ownership of this being their car wash. They were suppose to review their cameras and give me a call. Today and Monday and we left a message for them and still no return calls. I would not go to this car wash.. with low profile wheels. I use to love this place but service has really gone down. I have a big truck that needs to be hand washed that I pay $65.00 for them to do. Lately it seemed like they dreaded me when I pull in the parking lot. On my last visit it was about 10:00 and was 42 degrees. I pull up und lady says "I don't think we have the guys to hand wash your truck at this time but let me check". As she is checking there was four guys standing around smoking in the corner. I turn around and see her talking to the manager and two other men. She returns and tells me that the manager said they don't have anyone to wash my truck and that if they did they couldn't do it anyways because the water would freeze to my truck and ruin the paint! That was crazy because it was 42 degrees. I wonder what the owner would think that they turned down a weekly customer that pays $65.00 for service and leaves a $20.00 tip. Took my college student son's car here to be washed and vacuumed. It was dirty to start with and I didn't expect a miracle, but it came out just so-so. I think I could have done it better if I'd done it myself. They didn't spend much time and there was a dead bug in the back window. Makes me wonder how much they really vacuumed. This place used to be great. We always took our cars there. No longer. Now it seems to be a place that weasels extra charges out of you. My wife took her Ford Escape in March and was charged $37. July 31 she was charged $43. The extra was explained by the attendant: $4 for the extra engine oil it needed this time, and $2 for being an oversized vehicle. Fascinating how a vehicle that requires 5 quarts of oil suddenly needs 6, and a Ford Escape being an oversized vehicle. Really? It never was before...and still isn't. It's not hard to find a place to get your oil changed. You folks have lost our trust. But we'll waive to you when we drive by to get our car serviced by your competitors. read more

I am currently sitting at the kia dealership having the oil and filter replaced because it starting leaking oil from the filter that was not installed properly. I have been a customer there for years-but NEVER again!!! I took my car in for an oil change and wash. When it was being prepped, they damaged the paint. I am not talking about a scratch. A size of about 2X2 is gone! Frank, the manager, came out after I saw it. They weren't even going to tell me. I saw it-like who could miss it! He asked Jennifer who admitted to chipping it. It was seen in the video and a report was written up to send to corporate. I was told I should hear something in 2 days. After 2 weeks of calling and leaving multiple messages, Frank called and stated that corporate is only allowing them to buy touch up paint and fixing it there. I would not have them touch my car again. Also, it's not a scratch, but a large, noticeable spot at eye level. I have gotten quotes and forwarded to my attorney. They haven't heard the last from me, or him and hopefully the media. Don't take your vehicle there unless you don't care about it.
