They informed me what was important and what really mattered for my car to ensure longevity and reliability very professional individuals. The amount of time my car was being worked on was finished 30 minutes early. I have a older car that is no longer in production and they took their time and didn't damage anything. Nice guys, but when I called the day before I was told my oil change would be 85 bucks- and when I came the next day I ended up spending 120! For an oil change on a 4 cylinder car! Do yourself a favor and just go to the dealer! It would have been 30 bucks cheaper at least what a rip off. read more

These guys were great! They checked out my squeaking brakes and found absolutely nothing wrong with them!!! How often does that happen? I was told it could have been something caught up in there and it worked its way out or a number of things---I was just thrilled I wasn't having to put new pads on them all! Very friendly staff and convenient location. Needed some maintenance on my SUV and was able to drive over same day and get it taken care without a long wait. Was able to use a good email coupon I received for discounted services. Jacob was very helpful in assisting me and everything went well, no negative issues. Came here multiple times for oil changes and servicing and they never seem to get it right. I have had to go back for various problems after getting basic services from them. They're convenient to the house but every time my husband or I go there, minimum 6 hours just to get an oil change and/or any basic service. We have left our car there all day and sometimes overnight before. The worst and what finally did it for me was going to get my tire patch and it continued to keep leaking after. I called them and they told me it's probably bc I have a bad tire even though I just got the tire less than a year before this and the nail was no where near a wall, etc.. so should have been an easy patch. I paid about $30 for it and had to go elsewhere. Went to the new place and they had to redo the patch and I was told that mavis didn't do it correctly, no leak after the re-do. Don't trust them with you car. read more

My mother is 83 and has been going to Mavis in Dacula for the past 2 years. The team have been great too her. She stopped at a place that had just opended they told her they had to remove the engine to replace valve cover gaskets and the cost would be $650, I told her that the job did not call for removal of the engine. When she called me I told her to take her car to Mavis. Of course, I was right. Not only was Mavis cost right, but she was also treated right and they did not tell her the engine needed removing. Just moved to the area and was looking for a local NTD to service our car and tires that were put in in another state. Found this near by and surprisingly they are now called Mavis!! Even though our car was dealt with under a different state and shop they held their warranty promised and service dour tires and inspected the car as well! They did an amazing job within the time that they gave us, with no excuses. Definently will take the trip to be serviced again by this amazing shop! read more

They wanted $249.00 for one tire. I got all 4 tires mount and balanced at Pearl's in Winder for $557.00

I called at 12:30 and requested an appointment to have my breaks replaced. I was told it wasn't busy and to come in as soon as possible. I arrived at 12:45 and was told it wouldn't take more than 2 hours. I walked across the parking lot to hang out at a Mexican restaurant. I returned two hours later and nothing had been done. They told me I needed break servicing which they could not do. I made sure they had my cell number and asked why I was not called to inform me they weren't fixing my breaks. They responded with a shrug of the shoulders. Unbelievable. I wasted 2 hours and nothing, I mean nothing had been done to my car. They also were to change my oil and wiper blades, but they did nothing. I don't see how this shop stays in business. I received the worst customer service I have ever had. I'm going to follow up on this post by sending a letter to their headquarters. I'll post again once I receive a response. Although I wouldn't be surprised if I receive no reply. read more

I was getting 2 tires done. They broke my lock key by using a impact. Was completely there fault. They said my best option is to tow it to the dealer. I went to the dealer Bought the lock key. Used a breaker bar and came right off. Then drove it back there to so they can do there job to take my tires off lol. See if they would compensate for me buying a new lock set. Atleast a free alignment. Nothing was done lol. This place is a joke run by a bunch of inexperienced grease monkey. Don't come here read more

I had a nail in my tire. At 2:45, They weren't sure if they could get to it same day, so I left it there all day and overnight so they could fix it in the morning. It took until 9:30 am for them to call and tell me that instead of patching the one hole, that I needed to buy 2 new tires. When I asked why, I was told it was in the sidewall. I had had it checked by another shop before driving here (but they couldn't get it done same day either....but they told me it wasn't in the sidewall) so I knew that was a lie. When I told her I knew that wasn't the case, she went to verify with the shop and came back and said that yeah-it's not the sidewall but that my tread was low so they couldn't repair and I needed to buy a new tire. The tread is over 4/32 and is only low on the edges (they're not new, but they're not bald either). I took it to another shop down the street and they patched it within an hour for $10 bucks with no up selling or fear tactics. While I was in there I also heard them quote another customer over $120 for an oil change; when she pressed them and said she'd been a customer for years and it had never been that high the price magically dropped to $55....... read more
