Prior to stalling, the truck had been jerking, sputtering during acceleration, and losing power while driving. After evaluating the truck, I was told the spark plugs needed to be replaced. I approved the repair and paid $509.19. I was then told the truck was fixed. Unfortunately, shortly after leaving, the exact same issue happened again. The truck began sputtering and completely died near Friendship Road and I985, creating a dangerous situation in traffic and resulting in another emergency tow that cost me an additional $300. I returned the truck and explained that the issue was still occurring. However, because the truck happened to start for them during testing, I was told they could not replicate the problem and did not know what was wrong. I specifically asked about fuel system concerns because the symptoms felt fuel related, but no diagnosis was made beyond the spark plugs. At that point, I no longer trusted the truck to be safe to drive and took it directly across the street to Christian Brothers Automotive Buford for a second opinion. Shortly after arriving there, the truck stalled again while they were attempting to move it into the service bay. Because the failure occurred while connected to diagnostics, they were able to pull active fault codes indicating issues with the fuel pump and fuel pump control module. I ultimately authorized approximately $2,000 in repairs for the actual problem. In retrospect, the spark plug replacement appears to have been more of a guess at the problem than an actual diagnosis, especially considering the symptoms remained exactly the same immediately afterward and the real issue turned out to be fuel system related. To be fair, intermittent mechanical issues can be difficult to diagnose, and the staff was polite throughout the process. However, I am disappointed that I spent over $500 on repairs that did not address the issue at all, followed by another breakdown and tow immediately after being told the vehicle was fixed. Given the safety risk involved with a vehicle stalling in traffic, I expected a more thorough diagnostic process before being told the truck was repaired.

Walked in for an oil change. Price was super fair & they got me in and out of there relatively quickly. Will definitely be getting my vehicle serviced here from now on!

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience…read more I brought my car in for a rear brake job with a 10:00 AM appointment and was told it would take a couple of hours. I specifically requested the upgraded brake pads and was assured they were in stock. By 1:00 PM, I still hadn't heard anything, so I called for an update. That's when I learned they didn't actually have the brake pads and had to order them. No one had bothered to call and let me know about the delay. I was then told it would be another 45 minutes. I had also requested a tire rotation and balance. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, there was confusion with the billing, and they had to redo the invoice. During that process, I discovered they had installed new rotors without ever contacting me for approval. Regardless of whether the rotors were needed, I would have expected a phone call before additional work was performed. To make matters worse, they never completed the tire rotation and balance I requested. Instead, they told me my tires were too worn and recommended nearly $1,000 worth of new tires. I had inspected the tires myself before bringing the vehicle in, and they still had plenty of tread remaining with only about 20,000 miles of use. Rather than discussing this with me during the service, they waited until I arrived to pick up the car. When I insisted on having the rotation and balance performed, I was told it would take another hour. At that point, my frustration level was through the roof. It was now past 2:00pm and my day was shot. They suggested I make another appointment to come back. I said no thank you, I will go elsewhere. What makes this experience especially disappointing is that I've had good service here in the past. Unfortunately, the lack of communication, unauthorized additional work, inaccurate information about my tires, and overall poor customer service have seriously damaged my trust. Based on this experience, I doubt I'll be returning.
