While visiting Pennsylvania for work, my coworker was craving Italian food. We found this spot on TikTok and decided to give it a try. When we arrived, the restaurant was pretty busy for a weekday, which told us it was a popular local spot. The place had plenty of seating--tables, booths, and a bar area. We were seated quickly, and our server came over shortly after. For an appetizer, we ordered the mozzarella marinara--it was amazing. For my main dish, I had the spaghetti with meatballs, and it was top-notch. We later realized this was a chain restaurant, but the quality of the food and the overall vibe made it feel like a unique, local gem. We both agreed this is definitely a place we'll return to the next time we're in Pennsylvania. read more

I really enjoy eating here. It's not fine dining, but it's reasonably priced and good. The ribeye, most of the time, is excellent. Sometimes it's not that good. The chicken is delicious. The frito misto in the summer is delicious. It's a perfect place for families. We can all find something and it's typically good. read more

I give Carrabba's a 3 rating, but only due to the fact that I grew up in Brooklyn, NY till I as 20 years old. That being said it's a solid 3 rating. Service was good for us, no complaints there. Just a tad slow. Ambiance was exactly what I'd expected. I found myself growing a little annoyed with the music though, but no big deal. It's a family place, so expect a boisterous environment! I was neither happy or sad at the Veal Marsalla. I like to dip the Italian bread in the Marsalla sauce except there was hardly an sauce in the dish. The waiter did come to check if we liked the food and I told him that I enjoyed the dish, but it needed more Marsalla sauce. He offered to go get some and I refused and thanked him. Just a few minutes later he appeared with a cup of Marsalla sauce and the world was right again. We haven't returned as of today, but I wouldn't hesitate or balk at dining there again! read more

Food all tasted the same with an odd seafood flavor even though we did not order seafood. Server was snippy and had a slight attitude, but the bus boys were kind. The employee accidently broke a wine glass on our table and did not fully clean it up appropriately. The bread and chocolate dessert was nice but overall the salad, and soup all tasted very odd and not pleasant at all, the broccoli was mushy, and the steak had an awful indescribable flavor. - Seriosuly this isn't even funny. You guys know something is up, you clearly aren't doing things correctly and that's a fact. Stop scamming people out of their money and replying like that, you guys know you are wrong and you need to fix it seriosuly. Not typically how we'd spend Christmas Eve dinner but we were in town visiting family and everywhere else was booked, so we made a "reservation" at Carrabba's two weeks ahead of time. We arrived a little early, so we expected to wait, but certainly NOT an hour past our reservation time. The hostess had zero help from her front of house manager and she could not take charge of her station. Being a hostess in the past, this was sad and the girl needed help- people were hangry, the kitchen was crashing, it was a disaster. Our party was finally seated, and our waitress was super sweet! If anything, she made our experience much better! We ordered the fried mozzarella appetizer and it was just ok- all I could taste was the oil. For my meal, I had the Chicken Bryan with fettuccini Alfredo and it was standard- this is my go to dish at most Carrabba's. If I had to rate the food for this meal it was a 7/10. However, by the time we had our food, the kids in our party were so tired, that even though they were hungry they barely wanted to eat, so this ruined any sort of ambiance. read more

We took our elderly Aunt and Uncle to Carrabba's for a birthday dinner. We were not allowed to be seated in the dining area due to a wine dinner there. We were seated at a small table in the bar area and neglected the entire evening. The bar became packed with people and service was lacking. Food was just average. The chicken soup was reported as good, but the minestrone soup was not. The mashed potatoes were good, but the trout was not. Apparently, wine dinner is their thing. read more

Had a take out order, but my bonus gift card from a Christmas special order would not be accepted on line, so I opted to pay at the restaurant. No problem for the manager. She gave me my bonus $10 off. The food was great ( 1 shrimp and 1 chicken skewer). Came with a side of their bread, a part of olive oil and a packet of their Italian Spice and dessert. Typical setup and decor for a Carrabbas. Xavier was our waiter and he did a great job. He was friendly, helpful and courteous. Soups were ok, nothing we would crave later. The meals were made exactly as expected. I ordered the chicken trio and enjoyed what I was able to eat because we were full already. My husband ordered the a chicken ravioli, the mezzaluna. He was on the clean plate club tonight. He enjoyed it very much. We would do again. read more

My husband and I went to eat dinner at Carrabba's yesterday. We sat at the bar (the usual), it was the only two seats available due to filth and clutter. Nobody removed the dirty dishes from previous customers nor cleaned the bar. The entire time we sat there, it was disgusting. The bartender didn't check up on us (not even once). I will definitely reconsider eating here again. We were disappointed. read more

Our waiter was so kind, his name was Ricky. He was eager to help. I would've given five stars because of Ricky and Pasta Alfredo, but it's the appetizer that took two stars away. Yes, it was that bad. I ordered the calamari. It"s awful. What is the deal with the breading? It's the worst breading ever. Italians don't eat calamari this way, and they would never serve this to their guests. Why would you serve such yuck?! Not only is the breading disgusting but it's over-salted. It's 2025, and you're still trying to get away with serving food that's not palatable? Why? If you're not going to serve a delicious dish of calamari, take it off your menu. I kid you not. Another on my party got the rigatoni with sausage... Odd flavor and tasteless pasta itself. The salad was good. Good bar drinks. The server Andrew was relatively efficient, but showed zero enthusiasm... Flatline. Nice atmosphere. Nice music. Great lightning. Another in my party couldn't eat the meatballs. Too bad. Went last night and took my wife, my daughter, and one of my granddaughters out for dinner. My daughter's eggplant Parmesan had to be sent back because the pasta was ice cold and the eggplant was hard to cut and not hot. I ordered the ribeye with a couple of sides. What came out was not a ribeye. It was a sirloin and tough. My wife ordered the chicken piccata with broccoli. The broccoli was overcooked and "mushy". My granddaughter's chicken Parmesan was fine. Our waitress was nice enough. Even after we had to return my daughter's eggplant Parmesan. The manager never came over to find out why we returned it. He stopped at other tables and talked with people, but avoided us. Another issue was the heat. It was turned up very high to the point where all of us were uncomfortable. We didn't address that with our waitress, partly because she hardly came back after we returned the one meal. We figured we'd cut our losses. We've eaten at a number of other Carrabba's and always had excellent food and excellent service. This particular venue must be the outlier. Needless to say this will not be a place we return to. Update: my husband and I took a friend out the other night. I think it was Tuesday. I know restaurant workers have been facing a very challenging time. As you read this, please remember I "said" that. I worked as a server for years. My disappointment began when I called to be added to the (call ahead list). I gave my name, phone number and already said I was calling about dinner that night. All of a sudden, I was asked, "When is this for?." I repeated, "tonight." Then I was told that they don't take reservations. I said, "yes I know - I am wanting to be on the call-ahead list." There were three people at the host stand when we arrived (all in masks ). The woman who seated us seemed annoyed that I asked If we could sit in a booth. I probably should not have asked; however, there were no diners in that area. We were able to change seats. Our server wasn't as attentive as others we have had before. The biggest issue I had was that she didn't remove any of our plates. She put down the check without taking anything with her. It seemed that the outdoor seating was popular. And my husband saw about 15 bags of takeout food being prepared. The servers were probably trying to handle those also. The food was good. Although our friend's pasta wasn't hot. I had the Mahi Wulfe. It must be hard for restaurants right now; estimating the number of diners has changed. Previously- Such attentive, friendly service from start to finish by Erica N. She had great recommendations for wine and entree selections. We ate there recently and were very disappointed this time. We enjoyed this previously but haven't been back in a little time. This time, the salad looked old and flat, with very little Caesar taste and it had red cabbage???? 1 of us got the wrong item. Iced tea was watered down and no taste multiple times. For dinner, the 1 plate seafood linguine was good. The lobster ravioli was bland, with no taste and watered-down sauce. Leftovers at home tasted better with bertolli Alfredo sauce. The waitress was very disinterested in serving anyone there. Never made eye contact. Not freindly just shoved food on the table. I said thank you for the drink and she just walked away without saying anything We ate with a pile of dirty dishes on the table. 9/24/2015 Warm white bread was brought to our table with olive oil & herbs to dip in to. Bread was dry and dense. Lentil-sausage soup was served hot. It was spicy and okay. Ecco Domani Pinot Grigio was okay. Chicken Parmesan was okay. Cavatappi Amatriciana, which is curly pasta, was served in pomodore sauce and it was very good. Cinnamon Apple Crostata, served with ice cream, was pretty amazing. Salmon Centriolini was excellent. Salmon was wood grilled and topped with diced tomato, cucumber and dill in a basil, lemon, white wine sauce. Garlic mashed potatoes were good, side salad was good, tiramisu was pretty good. Latte was okay. 8/12/2021 Spaghetti Bolognese was served cold to us TWICE. Bolognese was not good anyway, but at least serve it hot. Chicken soup not much better, plus it was served barely warm. Tiramisu was too rich. Waiter was very good, but didn't make up for bad food. Last time I was here ordered Shrimp Caesar Salad with parmesan garlic fries. Took so long for them to prepare it, then they served salad with chicken instead of shrimp. Waitress nowhere to be found, so I asked for manager, who apologized and comped the meal. Salad was not good, parmesan garlic fries were okay, glad I didn't have to pay for them. The decor in Carrabba's is in good taste and has classy ambiance. read more

Went to the velodrome to watch the bike races and this Carrabba's was close by. We have eaten all over the country at numerous locations, from east to west and north and south. Every review is based on comparison and expectation, even if this location didn't get it right, I've had their main office make it right in the past. We had a great experience with the food and service at "this" location. Why we or anyone would go to a Carrabba's or one of their other restaurants is for the consistency of product and service. It's never 100% but it's usually familiar and pretty high in the 80% plus range. Courtney was polite, amiable, and focused. The portions were large of calamari, salmon, and our shrimp dishes. Our request for a large side of sauce was honored. Bread came promptly and in abundance. Great happy hour pricing on wine with a generous portion. A few niggles, my salmon could have been hotter, and the fake flowers at the hostess stand are beyond tacky in 2022. But all in all we enjoyed a wonderful meal while sitting outside. I see a lot of bad experiences and reviews written here but ours was not even close. maybe we were right before the crowds on a Friday night, or maybe some people go in looking for issues and finding them but then again who knows? I like the company and their restaurants, many stand alones could learn a few things from them. read more

I called for call ahead seating and for 6 o'clock. I specifically asked for a booty, and that my husband and I are celebrating our anniversary. our server was very kind but not very friendly. She took her order. My husband ordered a Sprite. I ordered SANGRIA we ordered our food at the same time. Think we need Pescatore and mama Mandel's chicken soup. Our soup came out before my husband sprite my wine with serves almost immediately, when our soup was served, I asked the gentleman who serve our soup. Where is our bread? He said someone else will bring it when normally our bread is served when we when we see it and we order our drink that was the number one big disappointment and my husband's drink coming later than the soup. I asked the gentleman who served the soup. When was our break going to be served he said someone else will bring it that is not good customer service we ordered linguine Pescatore when the survey normally brings it out they bring cheese with them and offer us cheese that did not happen And it was served on just a bowl and his hand was almost in our bowl which was not appealing normally, when you order a hot bowl of pasta, it serves on a plate in the bowl. So I had to wait for the waitress to come back around to ask for cheese on my Pasta this was not a good celebration for us today. We normally enjoy coming here and this was not a good experience for us today. Normally I would give a 30% tip because I know the server has to take care of her bus boy and everybody else and the bartender. Well we only gave her 20% tip today and my husband only wanted to leave a 15% and as for today i'm not even sure I should leave a three star. I hope to at least get a message back??? read more

Service and quality has gone way down hill over the years and my most recent experience here was terrible. It took forever for someone to greet us and take a drink order, then another 15 mins to receive those drinks (wine). Our very mediocre pasta dinner was delivered lukewarm an hour after we ordered (and after having to get up to find a manager to politely inquire about it only to be berated for doing so). We were told it took so long because we ordered an appetizer. Ridiculous. The Manager at this location takes no accountability for their lack of service and food delivery timeliness. In fact, she's downright rude and could care less about the customer. Don't eat here. I certainly won't go back ever after being a somewhat regular customer for at least 10 years. read more
