Relaxing atmosphere, friendly service and delicious brews and food. The gardens are delightful.

Ambiance 100/10, food 10/10, cider 10/10. I will recommend this to anyone going to Mount Rainier. Loves it so much we each bought a shirt and took cider to go.

Super cool spot! Tons of outdoor seating with games like corn hole and a koi pond. The cider and food was good! Dogs are allowed outside as well

This was a great find while visiting Mt. Rainier. We came at 5:45 on a Friday and were able to get a seat without a wait. The setup of the restaurant is order at a counter near the entrance, get a table number, then go find your own spot and staff will bring your food to you. There is lots of open air seating surrounded by plants. Definitely kid/family friendly! We were lucky enough to come on a live music night which was a delight. We ordered the Huckleberry Sour and Huckleberry Lemonade both of which were delicious. For food we got a Pepperoni Flatbread and a Brie & Apple Flatbread which came out hot and good! It was a bit of a wait for the food which was no problem for us, however.

We had lunch at Mill Haus Cider Co. in Eatonville and tried the Brie & Apple flatbread and Caprese sandwich, paired with their Huckleberry cider. The food was delicious -- fresh, flavorful, and nicely presented. The cider had a refreshing berry taste without being too sweet. The outdoor seating area is spacious with lots of tables, and staff actually bring your food out to you. It's a bit of a walk from the counter, so I joked it felt like a mini workout! Service was friendly and attentive. Parking was a bit tight, but there was an attendant helping manage the flow, which made it easier. Overall, the atmosphere was nice, but the location is pretty remote -- unless you're nearby, it's probably not worth a long trip just for this place.

    Sliders. These were good.

The ciders were definitely fun and different! I loved the variety! The atmosphere was fun. Inside was warm and cozy and outside had all sorts of seating from large communal seating to a two tops with a little fire pit. Something for everyone! The food was good. Nothing I rolled my eyes in the back of my head for, but also not bad. This was a cute little spot. One and done for us. But cute.

Cute outdoor space. Perfect place to grab a cold cider after the long hike at the falls. It's super cute and have an ample of outdoor space. The ciders are delicious with unique flavors like habanero lime (fav) & apricot peach and they offer some food as well.

We are starting our Washington trip at the Mill Haus Cider. Indoor seating as well as an out door covered tables with heaters and fire rings around the grounds. Starting with the ciders, great selection from sweet to dry The food selection was varied and reasonably priced. I had the "Burnt End Sliders". Great flavor and the burnt ends were tender. Our servers were quick and friendly and very knowledgeable of the food and drink menu. The Mill Haus is dog friendly and has water bowls for the furry ones. I took a few bottles of cider home and cannot wait to crack a bottle open

The outdoor seating is AMAZING! So many beautiful spots to sit and enjoy your food and drinks. There is flowers and trees all around you. So gorgeous. There is indoor seating available as well but we chose to sit outside. The cider was great and the food always delicious. I enjoyed the burnt ends slider while my husband had the German sausage plate. Both excellent. Service was quick and efficient. I'd love to come again with a group as there are yard games available to play. We also saw some board games inside! Highly recommend stopping in.

Mill Haus Cider is so cute! The ciders were great -- we got a peach one and a marionberry one. We also got a slice of cake, which I thought was a bit on the pricier side for what it was. There's a ton of outdoor seating and there was a market going on when we visited, which was super cute and fun! We bought some local art and goodies. Quite the gem that we stumbled upon on our way to Iron Creek Campground.

Stopped by here for drinks and dinner with our family (2 small children) on a weekend night. Just happened to drive past them (found them organically) and saw how cool it looked. We got to our destination and needed to go back that way to go home. Since we passed it again and we were all hungry, we stopped by. Indoor seating isn't huge but the outside is awesome.. lots of space and beautiful ambiance. It was just cold with small kids to sit out there. We ordered the almond brie, smoked chicken sliders, and burnt ends sliders + two ciders (one for my husband and one for me). Ciders are all delicious. The food... wow, amazing. All of our dishes were flavorful and yummy. Only downfall is, it is pretty pricey for what you get but ambiance is great, food is tasteful, and the ciders are on point.

    Kaelynn M.

We enjoyed all of the ciders and the ambiance of this restaurant! It was so nice sitting by the fire and enjoying a cider on a nice spring day.

We got recommended this place by friends and so glad we went! The cider is so good and the flat bread is as well! Kind people as well:) the outside has fire places which we love!

There's a little building inside the hanger-like brewery that sells flatbreads, salads, and other delicacies, which we ended up visiting for a gyro. Gyro ($14.50) - The gyro includes plenty of premade Greek salad, with lots of tomato, large chunks of cucumber, olives, and feta with tzatziki for creamy moisture, and some mint and dill seasoning. They give a good amount of gyro meat, shredded into small pieces rather than being whole strips. It seems to be quite healthy with a ton of vegetables to balance the meat. The pita is normal, probably frozen, thawed and heated. Kind of dry and preservative tasting. (3/5) The Brewery offers free sparkling water which is refreshingly nice. Foodwise, the gyro is a 3, but I'll add another star for the sparkling water. Let's be honest; people visit Longmire Springs Brewing for the atmosphere and the drinks, not for the food. The gyro is something that probably is similar quality to grocery store premade food. But it's good enough to be a filling meal so I can't complain too much. There's a food truck on the front that I've heard has some amazing food, although I haven't tried it yet. They do have vegetarian options, so I'll check that out later. The bar dining area is spacious and welcoming for all customers. The bar top has a couple of televisions where you can watch sports if that's your thing. Before you order a beer, I recommend trying a couple of samples, which is what I usually do. The growler I used was about $12-$15, which is a great deal considering that a beer on tap costs about eight dollars for 20 ounces. You can get five of those for the price of $15, so it's a very affordable option. Overall, I really enjoy this place and make it a point to go down there every other month because it's one of my favorite breweries.

We never disputed the alcohol regulations, and we certainly were not intentionally trying to violate them. As out-of-town visitors, we misunderstood what was being sold to us and believed we were purchasing beer that could be enjoyed on the patio before closing. Once the misunderstanding became apparent, a simple explanation would have resolved the situation immediately. The issue was never the policy, it was how the situation was handled. Instead of calmly explaining the regulations, the bartender abruptly took our drinks, raised his voice, and publicly embarrassed our group. He also directed hostility toward someone in our party who had not even ordered a drink, leaving her visibly uncomfortable. What stands out most is that, during the interaction, the bartender actually said, "I'm not trying to be a dick," while continuing to berate us. That comment alone demonstrated that he knew his approach was inappropriate, yet he continued speaking to us in a confrontational and disrespectful manner. While I appreciate the acknowledgment that the encounter may have come across as confrontational, the response focuses primarily on the regulations rather than the behavior that turned an honest misunderstanding into a negative experience. Businesses absolutely have the right and responsibility to enforce alcohol laws, but customer service and professionalism still matter. We understand the rules now. What remains disappointing is that a situation that could have been handled with courtesy and respect instead left us feeling embarrassed and unwelcome. Based on both the interaction itself and the follow-up response, I still do not feel that our concerns were fully understood or addressed.
