Way too much cheese & baked on a metal screen. I ordered two slices from their 24" pie. More gimmick than good pizza. Extra soft and not very crusty. The cheese is so gloppy, it spills off the crust and all over your hands. Unfortunate, because the sauce is quite good. I ordered an upside down pie and 2 garlic "giant" knots, too. The upside down was better than the plain cheese, but had the same soft crust, albeit with a better ratio of cheese to sauce to crust. Again, the sauce was the winner. The garlic knots were awful. Tasted like greasy day old pizza dough. No garlic flavor whatsoever. Price for large upside down, 2 large slices, and 2 knots? Nearly $40. Very disappointing.

And, what was once a nice looking orange pie has become a soupy amalgam of gooey cheese and ok sauce. It was the exact same problem in Pulaski, way too much cheese that was concentrated around the center of the pie that gave the sauce zero chance of poking through. Placed an order for a large pie and 20 wings at 3:30. They told me it would be about an hour. I arrived to pick it up and was told they need another 20 minutes. They didn't appear to be busy at all. I understand bugs happen but as a business, do something to at least try to prevent it from happening.

While I was told that the peppers are to be spicy, it appears to have used pepperoncini peppers. Left a bit of a tang to the sauce that becomes very addictive.
