Adeline greeted us with her beautiful smile after we sat. She got drinks started while we looked over the menu. The menu is quite broad and they have a little of everything. For breakfast I ordered the rise and shine. Your traditional breakfast of eggs, toast, home fries and toast. My daughter got the crab cakes and eggs. While we waited for breakfast, we enjoyed coffee and orange juice. The coffee wasn't the hottest but it was still good with the vanilla creamer. Breakfast came out on huge plates. Everything looked so good, especially the home fries. I'm a sucker for potatoes. The eggs were cooked perfectly, nice and runny in the middle, the toast was buttery, the home fries had a nice light char on them and soft in the middle. I did get a side of sausage gravy for my home fries but it didn't tickle my fancy, The potatoes were good without it. I did get to try some of my daughter's crab cake. It was very tasty! I initially was going to get the crab cakes but I got a couple bites of my daughter's so win win on having a little of everything. I also got a ham breakfast melt to go for my husband. It was so good I went back and ordered another one for my sons. Both sammys were demolished. I think it's a must go come to the Pancake House while you're visiting Slyvan Beach. The venue is darling. I split an omelette and the pistachio French toast with one of my dining companions and it was delicious, especially the French toast. The waitress was very friendly and everything came out at a reasonable time, even though it was quite busy. Everything was very easy on the wallet, as well. There are so many gluten free options as well as gluten free baked goods. I'd love to go back and try their Sunday buffet!
