I was here during the college World Series and a 13u and 11u baseball tournament in Omaha, so the airport was pretty packed and it was kind of hard to walk around terminal B. Not sure how busy they are when these events aren't going on. However, it was still pretty easy to find somewhere to sit. Still a lot of the airport is under construction, but signs are easy to read and it was a breeze to go from the car rental drop off to the terminal because the airport isn't that big. I have TSA pre check, so it took a few minutes to get through security. The other lines were actually moving pretty fast, too. Bathrooms were clean and there were several food options. All of the workers I dealt with were friendly and helpful. Cool little airport with some nice views of the airfield and surrounding countryside.

Currently the terminals aren't connected so if it's occupied you have to wait (which sometimes isn't an option for you/baby). I experienced terminal B not sure if A has the same set up. There's no sink which is really unfortunate for washing hands or pumping parts. There is an outlet right next to the chair if you need it for your pump. There's also a changing table that didn't seem great but was workable.

Very limited food options and I picked up something at the Runway 14R Bar and Grill which was good but rather expensive compared to other airports I had been in. Very limited charging areas for phones and full trash cans (I keep pushing the trash in the can I was sitting next to and it kept filling up, and to be fair, this has to do more with maintainence schedule than personnel because it eventually got emptied and due to several delays the trash cans were overly being used). Also, as I was waiting, I kept having to listen to the Southwest Agents making condescending and lecturing announcements to passengers. The only nice things were the cashier at the Runway 14R counter where I ordered a danish and coffee who was friendly and personable, plenty of table seating, their condiment bar was always clean, and they kept up with emptying the trash in the restaurant area. Bottom line don't fly Southwest through Omaha, they scheduled their pilots to close to when they timeout and there are no local replacement pilots available so a weather delay that timeout their pilots can turn into 5-6 hours plus (and don't expect anything from them in way of compensation).

I thought they would squeeze us in when they could, but apparently they have a lot of flexibility. We arrived on time and our pilot was already out checking our plane. The building is clean, large and comfortable with a friendly team. The plane was SMALL! I was expecting small, but it's a tighter squeeze than a tiny car. 2 people sat in back, and I sat in front with the pilot. Our pilot even let me fly! We had an amazing time soaring over CB, and felt very comfortable. We experienced zero g's, and some fun dips and turns. This certainly did not help with my long standing desire to learn to fly! We calibrate tools, do FAA computer testing for knowledge exams. Basically we are a one stop shop for your aviation needs. Airplane Rides, Flight instruction, Aircraft rental, Charter, Aircraft Maintenance, Avionics, 100LL & Jet A fuel sales, Computerized testing, pilot supplies and pilot charts.

They could say this was for safety, but it's for financial gain, likely because the flight was early in the morning. 12 hours later, I am still waiting. Deplorable that they're even called American Airlines. Thanks, American Airlines for completely ruining my day and not having any idea that it happened. You're completely out of touch with your customer base. Eventually, someone will innovate enough to put your company in trouble and you'll have to start paying attention to your people. Then I continued from SLC to Ontario Airport in California. I am proud to be a frequent flyer for Delta. The boarding of both planes at both airports was very organized. The flight attendants were all super friendly. I like that drinks, snacks, and a carry on luggage are all included for me. The cost can be a little bit higher, but well worth it because it is a really clean and professional airline. I was hoping my nephew was working this night for Delta, but he was not. I am so glad he works for a great company! On my last flight on the way in, the Karen in front of me had her seat all the way back as soon as the flight barely got off the ground. As soon as the flight attendant said all seats forward and tray tables away, I quickly pointed out that she needed to be woken up and the lady woke her up and pushed her seat forward at the same time! She told me, don't worry, I gotcha !!! Lol . All the peeps around me were laughing so hard . All was great! I couldn't complain as this was a free flight for me!!! Thank you Delta! The telephone line was off and no cabs were able to be called. None of the cab companies were reachable due to over exertion of resources. You would THINK that companies relying primarily on the business of intoxicated people would account for, oh idk say...a holiday like NEW YEARS EVE. My fiancé (in heels and a mini dress) had to walks mile in 5° winter weather after bars closed. Numerous happy cabs passing us by despite our flailing and waiving. Until FINALLY I jumped out in front of a cab and desperately offered him double fair.
