That said, aside from the length of time, we had a pretty great experience with the team at Utah Used Cars. Matt was our salesman and did a great job answering questions and thoroughly explaining the process and options. Helen walked us through each piece of paperwork clearly and efficiently. Everyone was friendly and solicitous, offering water and snacks and even t-shirts. Long process but not complicated and we left with a reasonably priced car we're pleased with. Would recommend.

These problems were clearly listed on our KSL listings, which makes me think they either didn't read it or because we got someone that was not familiar with the car they didn't realize the problems.
