We were super happy with the experience and thought their sales team and cars were great. Fast forward to this year. We messaged them about a car since we were helping a friend who needed to purchase a car. I received a phone call from Trevor asking about our interest in the car and I told him we were coming in the next day to look at it, but mentioned to him we were looking at a competitors car as well. He told us that the competitors weren't good and sold lemon cars, which I thought was pretty negative of them. Especially since we've bought several cars from this competitor many times throughout the years and been super happy with them. And whenever we've told the competitor that we were looking at cars from Kentson, they didn't say one bad thing about them. When we went to test drive the cars today Trevor wasn't there but another sales guy helped us. He was helpful but all of the cars we drove were all filthy and smelled bad, or the tires were completely worn down and would have needed to be replaced. We walked back in to the sales floor after driving a car and our salesman wasn't there so we handed the keys to the salesperson there. He looked at us confused and like we were bothering him (even though there was no one else in there) and we wondered what was going on. We told him we were dropping the key off and were going to look at another one but didn't know where the other guy had gone. He didn't say much and it was really uncomfortable. Come to find out, that was Trevor that I had talked to the other day. It wasn't professional at all. Instead of greeting us and asking us what he could do to help us he just stared at us and acted confused. We went back outside and the other salesman was there with another car for us to drive. That one was much better, and my friend was seriously considering it, but after driving it we told them we wanted to check out the other one at Rand's just to see what it was like. They mentioned again how they sell lemon cars (they do sell buy backs with minor issues that have been fixed from Tesla) and that they would never buy cars from them. My husband told them that we'd be talking to the guy we usually buy from over there and we'd be in touch. All of us were really uncomfortable with how they were trying to trash the other car dealership and it left a really bad impression. We drove down to the other dealership and all of the cars there were so much better taken care of. They had replaced tires and detailed all of the cars and it was just a much better experience. We told them that we saw one at Kentson that we liked and he said that they are a great dealership and have good inventory. We all looked at each other and were blown away. It just made Kentson look even worse. My friend ended up buying the car from the competitors and not Kentson. And afterward both of us got calls and texts from Trevor asking us how the test drive was at the competitors. I texted him back that she ended up getting a different car (so that he didn't keep contacting us - talk about high pressure) and he wanted to know which one she bought! It's none of his business which car she purchased, and I knew he was going to look it up and tell me what was wrong with it and why we shouldn't have considered it. It was just super unprofessional and we all said we would never go back there. It's a shame because they used to be really good but they've gone way down hill!!

When i contacted Isaac he had said that his manager could not do anything about it due to it being past 90 days. Chad offered a discounted rate through there mechanics. Overall my experience has been stressful. i dont honestly know that id recommend purchasing a vehicle form here. How do you sell a car and the transmission assembly goes out in 3 months? You might have better luck elsewhere.

Car fax showed it to be clean title with no accident history. Car only had 45,000 and shouldn't have this much corrosion and rust. Almost like salt water damage. Possibly a hurricane vehicle. I couldn't tell at the time of purchase. But since purchase I've discovered the entire vehicle is plagued with rust. Car has been in the shop for a week trying to cut bolts off to replace parts. By the time I realized what I bought it was too late. Dealership refuses to give me a copy of the inspection done on the car.

Come to find out it was at the epicenter of Hurricane Sandy. The clutch burned out 10 days after purchase, said we were riding the clutch, Ha! Learned to drive on standard. Said we should have bought their repair service warranty. Then the exhaust system went, corrosion, now the whole engine. I would never, ever buy a car from these people. The car only had 37,400, we paid cash. Wish I'd never heard of Affinity Auto!

I had to move my timeline around a little bit and he was super flexible. The car was very clean. I ended up purchasing it and right before I left I realized a tail light was out. He ran into the shop, grabbed a new bulb and installed it right then. He also told me there was an additional repair that he was planning on getting done and told me to come on by the following Monday and he'd take care of it. I came today and he did exactly what he said. The repair was done pretty much in the timeframe he gave me. I even heard him tell a customer he replaced her wipers free of charge because they were so bad. Seems like a super legit and reputable shop. I highly recommend checking them out

Brooke is amazing and whatever she gets paid it should be doubled. I worked with her from out of state for about a week on buying an S4. I drove the 10 hours down to get the car and it was perfect. When I first arrived I was a little annoyed the car wasn't ready and waiting to go but it needed to go through emissions. But as I sat there and watched Brooke manage the phone, front desk test drives, finance, trade ins, buying cars, managing the office and crew and helping all the customers through the door (and there was a ton). Along with the rest of the crew running around. Like literally running, to keep up. I no longer cared the car wasn't ready and waiting and understood. At one point someone called and I could piece together how the conversation went. Brooke politely told them she would need to call back because she had to help the customers in the store. The person was rude. He clearly had never been there before. This business doesn't employ the lazy generation of people that show up and attempt to do nothing more than collect a paycheck. These people work and earn their pay and probably no enough for how hard they try. They have a passion for what they do and what they sell. They are straightforward salespeople that don't try and sneak one by you. It is how it is. The cars are elegantly upgraded. You can swap wheels with another car if they fit. And you pay market value or less than what you can find elsewhere. It was a 24 hour day for me from the time I left to the time I got home and I would definitely do it again and will definitely look to them first in my future buying needs.
