The AC line that is "totally Normal"
    Roxanne F.

SAVE YOUR TIME AND A MAJOR HEADACHE! LOOK ELSEWHERE TO LIVE! TRUST ME!!! I have lived her for over 6 years, and what was once a beautiful, clean and welcoming apartment complex to live at, is now dirty, uninviting and a horrible place to come home to. Trying to get anything resolved in a timely manner with the office is impossible! Either we are given the run around about how they don't have the money to fix things or they never respond to us or pick up the phones when we call. No one ever seems to be in the office and the doors are always locked even though it's during the "Business Hours" posted on the door! My AC has gone out more times than I can count but they refuse to get me a new AC unit or have a proper HVAC tech come out to fix the problem! I have a rusty bath tub because the secondary drain line to my AC is constantly dripping, but they want to tell me that's normal, not to worry! It's been like that for years now and I've been forced to keep cleaning it up myself because while they might not find that disgusting, I do! Having that secondary line dripping, I'm pretty sure indicates the main line is clog or messed up in some way, but what do I know right?, I'm just a tenant paying rent?! Now we have had some awesome maintenance men on the property that have all left because they aren't given the proper tools to do their job and able to fix the issues or we have guys that started working but did the bare minimum and ended up getting fired or just left after a couple of weeks! The turn around rate with new maintenance workers has been crazy the last few months with 3 guys already in and out within a 6 week period! I have seen people who lived here longer than me tired and fed up with trying to get things repaired with no results and only excuse after excuse, being forced to move out basically! We are tired of living in filth and things breaking down left and right. The upkeep alone to the grounds and hallways is a joke! It looks like a twister came up and threw debris all in the halls and stairs! There are spider webs all over the walls and in corners; there is dirt and mold covering the white walls in the hallway as you try to get to your apartment everyday- It is Disgusting! I have personally used my own leaf blower to clean up my building because I was tired of asking the office to have maintenance do it! What grass we do have left "growing" outside is dry, yellow and pretty much dead, since no one waters and their irrigation system broke over a year ago! Again, they never fixed it because "they don't have money to fix it!" So our kids can't even play on the little grass we did have because it's dirt and rocks now! The last 2 summers, including this year, we haven't been able to use the pool that they have shown so nicely on their website because Yup! Excuse after Excuse. "First some part broke and they were waiting to get it delivered." "Then the city had to come inspect a pipe and they couldn't open it until then." "Then it was the pool vac wasn't working so they had to wait for a new one." "Then the city hasn't approved the repairs so wait, wait, wait...." 2 summers later and my kids go back to school next week and Not ONCE did they use the pool I pay for in my rent to use! I understand things may take time and parts may be backordered etc, but 2 years not being able to use a pool you pay to use is BS! Having someone come into my apartment at least once a month to "fix" my AC is not Normal! Having mold covered breezeways is NOT NORMAL! Just walk around the complex and you can see for yourself! What they show and promise you when you walk into that office (If the door is actually open for you to come in that is) is a total lie and nothing has been done to upkeep this property in over 3 years!! It is honestly falling apart by the day! SAVE YOUR TIME AND A MAJOR HEADACHE AND LOOK ELSEWHERE TO LIVE! It may cost a couple hundred dollars more a month or a 5 minute drive longer But TRUST ME it will be worth it because if I could pack my bags today and move into a new complex I would in a Heartbeat!

Honestly, I loved this apartment. I moved my stuff in during Aug. 2023 and stayed until last month…read more(03/2026). I recently moved because I got married and needed more space for my wife and our dog. Aside from that, this place was everything my wife and I needed and more. There are a few people who truly made this apartment feel like home: Guy Kohavi - Great Maintenance Assistant with amazing communication and an awesome attitude. He was always a pleasure to talk to and work with when finding solutions to normal wear and tear issues. Britnee Scott - Assistant Property Manager with a really positive attitude who was easy to work with. She made living there seamless. Lisa Smith - A very kind front desk representative who always did her absolute best to answer any question I had. If she didn't have the answer immediately, she would do whatever she could to get me one as soon as possible. Thank you so much to the Watterscape team for everything you did to turn our apartment into a home. I truly appreciate it.

First off, this business is terrible and the…read moremanagement company that runs this place in conjunction with the managers are just freakin terrible. They treat you like you're an idiot and never communicate with you or the other residents about anything. The big thing for me, as my wife works from home and I'm an online gamer is the internet. It is god awful. On and off all times of the day and it just goes down randomly. Takes like a minimum of 4-6 days to come back online, but they assure us we get "white glove" service. Biggest lie out there. Couple more things: Dog poop is everywhere outside so watch were you step. Also, the apartment reeks of weed. Look, for as much as you will be paying, just go somewhere else.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!…read more Like many other reviewers I would not recommend this property to anyone- even as a last resort. I moved into a unit I had reserved and put a deposit on a month in advance, only to discover immediately that it had not been cleaned even one bit, or properly maintained. Some of the issues I encountered included: walls and windows caked with dust, moldy food left on the balcony, dirty shoe prints, a broken disposal, broken ice machine, no hot water, non-functioning outlets, cabinets falling apart, and a permanently damaged bathroom mirror. On top of all that, MOLD. Its everywhere: in the dishwasher, sinks, bathtub, windows, and vents. Within the first night, ants and roaches had already invaded the unit. I did try to work with the leasing staff, but when I raised concerns and frustration I was told it was "my fault" for not submitting work orders. They insisted the apartment had been "professionally cleaned" and showed "no signs of mold." One maintenance worker even admitted no one had cleaned it, and when I used my own mold test it confirmed my suspicions. The so called "regional property manager" then gave me an ultimatum over a phone call where she dismissed all of my concerns: accept the apartment as is or move out, and decide within less than ONE DAY! At this point, I have given up on communication with Weinstein Properties. The lack of compassion, denial of responsibility, and blatant disrespect has been overwhelming. I am now pursuing legal action to hold them accountable. Do not move here unless you like negligent landlords, mold, and lots of bugs.

I would not recommend this place for a senior. The reasons why are listed below…read more The entire area is under construction with 200+ apartments with more planned. The noise, dirt and traffic will only increase when the newer apartment complexes are completed. The town center is within walking distance and has some businesses and restaurants but much of the retail are shuttered and in disrepair. Overture Fairview apartments have some structural problems with cracks, sloping floors, patio doors that do not close and need frequent adjustments. The price paid for rent is not worth the amenities. The pool and spa are frequently closed for repairs and need a regular cleaning. The elevators and secure gates have been unreliable but are better lately The outside doors don't all close securely. There are stairs at many entrances making it difficult to carry in groceries. Covered parking at the complex has become expensive and residents park at nearby hotel and office lots. Overture staff has cut promised community activities - generally at the last minute. Communications from staff can be disrespectful and degrading. There is an active resident committee that runs some activities which is a plus. As new senior communities are completed in the area, there are many residents leaving for better accommodations. If you are in a scooter or walker, unfortunately there are residents who will shame you for using the elevator and "being in the way". Please be aware that there is a segment of the residents who love Overture Fairview. They will post overly positive reviews to offset the negatives. Hopefully this review will at show the issues that may lead to an informed decision. Again I would not recommend this location for a senior who is looking for a nice, quiet, secure, accessible home.

Amanda & Michelle in the leasing office are so friendly and so responsive! They were able to accommodate an early move-in for us when schedules changed on our end. Since then, they are always so helpful when we chat with them if we have a question or need to stop by the office to grab a package. The same responsiveness and friendliness goes for the maintenance team. When we first moved in, Pete and the team made sure that everything was working properly. Any issue we've had since (very few and minor) they have been on it typically same day or within a day. The apartment and complex are beautiful and quiet for the most part! The gym and pool are amazing and clean. Also love our outdoor seating areas. We have reserved parking, so have no issues on that end. We'll often see many residents doing laps or out on their balconies. Friendly community! They host holiday events too which is so nice. I will say neighbors might get noisy once in a while but it never lasts long! Overall, Greenhaven has been a great place to call home.
