Took vehicle here at the recommendation of my insurance company to repair damages caused by a…read moredifferent shop. After a month and a half, they have caused more damages to the vehicle than it had when it was dropped off to them originally. Damages they have tried to blame the previous place for. I have pics to prove the timeframe that the damages occurred. Now my insurance company is going to total the vehicle. A vehicle that originally needed nothing but the convertible top replaced. A vehicle that still has no issues other than interior cosmetic issues and a scratch on the passenger rear fender, caused by this company's employees and their inability to follow simple instructions. Not to mention the unprofessional manner in which I was treated and by the way most things were handled. End results... I get my vehicle back in worse condition than when I dropped it off. I get an I'm sorry check from my insurance company that isn't enough to cover the cost of repairing the damaged caused by these people. The pictures only show part of the damages caused by this place.

We had a bad experience that could have been better with effort from Joe's Collision. I took my truck in to have a small dent fixed on the corner, driver rear-metal piece between the taillight and the bumper. Here are the problems and stress we faced. This is my experience. No other damage existed except for the dent. The dent was fixed. Joe's Collision declared the bumper needed to be replaced and did so. I wasn't told about it, so when we picked it up, there was damage. When I reported it afterward, then I was told. They had to put another new one, but why did they report? I was told there was damage. No, there wasn't. On the new one, yea there was. Examples after truck was released as fixed. The new bumper they installed was damaged or damaged when installed. It wasn't major damage, but this was supposed to be a new bumper, so I expect no visible damage. They left a clear coat run that needed to be buffed out. It was not in some obscure place, it was above the taillight, where the top of the bed turns down onto the side of the bed. It was pretty obvious had someone looked. I think my biggest disappointment and frustration is that my tonneau cover was removed to do the work. When it was put back on, it was not put on like it was when they took it off, stretched taut. They refuse to own that and am left with that situation that I believe they caused, in my lap to deal with. When they had me pick my truck up the first time, they left sanding dust all over inside the bed of my truck, nasty boot prints all over the inside of my bed, sanding dust all over the inside and the outside of my tonneau cover, and none of it was even attempted to be washed off. They knew they had the cover off, and they knew they were walking around in the bed. This is a body and paint shop. There's going to be sanding dust that falls everywhere, but you don't send that mess back home with someone who's paying money to have the vehicle fixed. I was always taught; whatever you are responsible for, at least maintain its integrity. However, it's always best to return it better than you found it, not worse. The job seemed extremely rushed, or the person was very inexperienced, doesn't care about their job, or combination of all of these. I do want to emphasize that no one at their facility was rude in any way. So, in my impression of their interaction with me, or my wife, I have no issues whatsoever. They did fix everything as far as installing another new bumper, and buffed the run out, but the tonneau cover is still not as tight as it was when they took it off. When they had me bring the truck back to fix what should have been fixed the first time, they say say there's no issue with the cover. I have pictures that show there's a gap between the material and the truck that does not exist prior. They have their side with pictures saying it's the same before and after. I'm not sure how they're not seeing it, other than the fact that they just don't want to have to take that cover back off to work on it, or they just don't know how. It's pretty easy to discern that the cover is not as taut as it was when I took it in. However, I'm not going to fight back and forth with this company or anyone for that matter. My health is not worth it. I have the ability to leave my experience reviews and warn other people what they could face if they choose to go to this facility. Maybe you'll have a great experience, and I truly hope you do. It was a horrible experience for me and has left me with more work to do that they caused, that I still want to add in to be fair, that they refuse and say there was no difference in the before and after on the cover. Again, see the pics. Consider this. It would have been a pretty simple task for them to have attempted to remove the cover and put it back on and worked to get it a little better rather than taking the hard stoned stance that there was no difference and not do anything at all. A small amount of effort would have made a huge difference from my impression and opinion being positive or negative. However, they chose to make no effort on that part even though they fully admit they removed the cover to do work. They say 1st pic of cover was before they took it off.
