Dr.Scott is a great physician. He's been my pcp for many years. He does take the time to listen to you. Annessa and Theresa who work the front desk and is his nurse respectively are pretty great too. I've been with my primary doctor for many years. But the office staff has gotten so rude. So disrespectful and are unable to complete the simple task of their job. That I finally have had enough. The girl Daniel in my docs office was rude to me over t he phone for asking to have a prescription refilled,form there I made an yearly appt had an issue with her sending a blood work order over to quest she actually wanted me to provide name,address,and fax # to quest. I could not believe that I had to do her job. But I did. Then, next, she continued to be rude to me and hung up on me. I called the office back 6 times and no one would answer. And finally, a different person answered and took all the information needed. And said they would take care of it. But when I got to quest, there was no order. I was not surprised the doctor's office has been calling me constantly to reschedule my appointment. Which would be useless since no one took the time to do their job right? And send the blood work order in properly. Today the office called me back. And I answered, and it was Danielle, so hopefully she will explain to her boss while this patient isn't coming in again. The most unprofessional customer support experience I have ever had with a company let alone a medical practice. Called because they didn't respond to pharmacy refill request twice and then denied it the third time (3 weeks after the initial request) . Luckily my wife is on the same medication and I didn't end up in the hospital. They do the best they can for an old building. The parking lot is small and needs repaving. They no longer have valet as years ago. Location is downtown almost next to the NCH hospital. Walking into this medical facility there are many choices of departments. However it feels like I'm in an old bus terminal. Closed in, the receptionists for each department on the first level surround the main lobby waiting area. In the back is another specialty and waiting area. Upstairs is basically the same feel Like this place was patched up one by one spaces were added instead of a fluid flowing master plan Am I in an old DMV? I've been in Naples long enough to know the answer is a NO, but it Feels like it. Low ceilings, I feel cramped and uncomfortable. AND this isn't even season. Staff I encountered were okay, felt like I'm in a conveyer belt. Seems like they could use a change of scenery, maybe a vacation. Kinda depressing. Not eager to return that's for sure. read more

Dr. Tomkins office in Bonita Springs is great - excellent care. However, they sent me to Millennium Lab 9500 Bonita Beach for blood work. The receptionist (Ms. Santiago at the lab) was a rude witch. I arrived the first time directly from Dr. Tomkins office at 3:00 pm and she yelled at me that they were closed. The physician order and directions said they were open until 6:00 pm. She yelled "it is wrong". Well, it's a Millennium Physician office and it's a Millennium Lab 10 minutes away, and they just sent me. You would think the two would know better. The next day I returned at 2:00 pm. She told me to wear a mask (the sign says it's optional) and I'm a retired Doctor and know it is not necessary for a simple blood draw. She said "well they require them in surgery, and I said "I'm a Doctor and this isn't surgery, and, "I know the medical literature which sid the effectiveness is very small -- they are not needed here and your sign says "optional". Then she insist that I sit down. I informed her "I just had a sacral implant surgery and I'm not sitting in these hard seats, I'll stand". But rude Ms. Santiago insisted I sit and wait for my name. Unbelievably impolite tone in her voice. In sum, this is a very rude, uneducated, overweight, teeth missing health care worker that is offensive, ill-mannered, impolite and should not be employed in a medical setting of professional doctors, nurses, and technicians. She need anger management and specialized training as a receptionist. I'll never go back until she is gone. read more

Clinic Millennium Physician Group : The doctor ordered a laboratory test and the front desk did not give me a description of what the doctor indicated, this test has to be approved by Medicare, otherwise I will have to pay for it, I called many times, so that they would complete an incomplete job/service, the nurse did not answer my calls, the front desk did not complete its work and the supervisor Keri did not answer the calls either. The waiting room and the only bathroom are filthy, the front desk is inefficient, since you must wait to check in and check out, the doctor office was also dirty. If you, the reader of this review, chose Millennium Physician Group, has to know that the service is garbage. Millennium Physician Group do not care about you. They abuse senior citizens. This place is a comedy routine. After dealing with a corpse at the front desk, the doctor did a decent job of assessing my injury, then recommended that I get an MRI, which I did. When I showed up for the scan early in the AM, the staff was a half hour late opening the office. That was more than a week ago, and I have not heard back from anyone. Is it a break? Is it ligament damage? Do I need a cast? Who knows? I paid for the visit and the MRI scan up front, so they have their money -- but I don't have a diagnosis. I've called their 239.643.3333 number more than 30 times, and it's an endless circuit of recordings and rings. Literally no one answers. Ever. Try it yourself right now and see. If you want to visit a doctor, pay them, and then never hear from anyone again, you just found your dream clinic. From top to bottom, Millennium is a rambling s***show. They upcharge visit codes to insurance with bogus diagnosis codes and time spent with patients.They billed a visit that lasted ten minutes as a visit of high complexity with coordination of care with other physicians. Patient has no issues and does not take any medications. This was a visit to review yearly lab work done. After numerous unreturned calls I finally spoke to office manager Karen after I threatened to call insurance company in regard to their billing practices if I did not get a return call. They refuse to resubmit claim correctly. Did healthcare coding over twenty years. Wondering how many claims are being upcharged. Noticed on line that there is a lawsuit pending against them for a similar complaint. I guess the doctors are getting a bonus for over billing claims. A audit needs to be done on this group. Would not recommend them to anything. read more

I've been there three times. Both times I was told the practice would take what my Insurance would pay First time I had a PA who was friendly and competent. The second time I think I had an MD. Both times I felt the care I got was merely adequate. Decent but nothing adequate. Today I went in and the receptionist told me needed to pay something on my past due bills. Told her I had paid every copay. I was told to sort everything out and pay bills I had never recieved or I couldn't be seen. I checked with Millennium billing they told me everything was fine and they just had to re-submit billing to my insurance. I won't be back if a minor functionary assumes she is the gateway to care. read more

If you are under the age of 40, don't bother coming in as you will not be taken seriously. I keep trying to give this place another shot so I don't have to utilize the emergency room but they do not care about your pain level, symptoms, time, or anything. I arrived 15 minutes before opening and still wasn't seen for an additional 30. It has now been 2.5 hours I've been left alone in a small room, told to wait on my blood draw tests. I can hear the staff using the kitchen next door to make their lunches and talk and laugh while I'm on the other side of the wall crying because at this point I just want to go home. They've misdiagnosed me, prescribed me medication I was severely allergic to, and even missed the broken rib in my most recent chest X-ray. As a young person, they do not care about us. read more

Go Elsewhere. Dr. Burkart (hearing) gets 1/5 for many reasons. IMHO, you'll do better to go elsewhere. I found her via Oticon and had a scheduled appointment. She collected $120 for a 15 min. visit and $50 for batteries - incorrectly advising me that I needed to switch from rechargeable to disposable, which she did. Although I was scheduled and referred, she gave me the "bum's rush" as her "regular customers" come first. Later, I learned from an Oticon expert that the Dr. was, at best, wrong/uninformed. The expert converted me back. In my experience, go elsewhere due to poor customer service, poor interpersonal skills, and questionable ethics. read more

When I don't have an appointment with my primary doctor, I always walk-in here at MPG clinic. The wait varies but is usually quick. The doctor is very knowledgeable and will assist with all types of needs. My husband has a busy schedule and he will walk-in here for all his medical needs or concerns. The doctor will quickly set up the specialist or tests that is needed for him. We have also seen the PA and she is also kind and knowledgeable. The building may be older but it has everything needed to get X-rays, bloodwork, scans. It's convenient for my family. read more

I have had a number of occasions where I need to see someone and could not get an appointment with my regular doctor. And I have found them to be outstanding. One time I fell it was a Afraid I damaged my shoulder. I called my regular doctor and I cannot get an appointment that day I would've had to wait for days and then went to a separate place for x-rays. I walked into millennium I was seen with in about 15 minutes the doctor examined my arm and my shoulderAnd told me I needed an x-ray. They did the x-ray right in the office and I had the results of the x-ray within the hour. All for my normal co-pay. I was amazed I didn't have to run all over town. I am very impressed with them. They also do bloodwork and give you the analysis of the blood work the same day. I have since found out that a number of my friends go there also and they are very happy with them. This is my first choice when I get sick. I even switched my primary doctor to be at this location because I can see him the same day. My other doctor could see me in a week or more and that didn't work for me. During season it can get busy of course. It can be chilly where you wait for labs and x-rays and it takes a while but you get your results the same day, your Rx right away if necessary and you can start getting better without delay. I highly recommend this clinic. All of the providers are really good. I've been coming here for years. read more

Dr. Raymond Duncan, Pediatrics: DO NOT take your children to see him. We are new to the area and took our children there for an appointment. Dr. Raymond Duncan was completely inappropriate with our 5yr old son who just had a major open-heart surgery. The doctor used his forearm to pin down my son's head to the table and his other arm to pin down his chest just to do the throat tongue depressor to see the inside of my son's mouth! For 5hours after this appointment my son's head hurt from where he was pinned down. I had to physically remove this doctor's arm from pressing my son's head down. During the 2hour appointment, he asked multiple questions, and when i tried to answer the questions, Duncan would interrupt me rudely not allowing me to finish answering his questions. He has VERY POOR and short bedside manners, POOR communication skills with the parents. We witnessed him being rude, degrading (talking down to) and demanding to his staff (which btw, his staff is probably the kindest staff I've worked with in health care.. if feel very bad for them that they have to put up with a very RUDE and disrespectful man!) We will absolutely will not be going back. I caution you to not bring your family here as well! Very poor! Very Sad! We are filing the appropriate report with Millennium Physicians Group to report this doctor. read more
