This place is unbelievably horrible and they will steal your rare parts or loose them the manager Jeff M. Is a complete arrogant rude Un pleasant individual. He should not be working with the public. I sent in a cylinder to be replated along with a piston on a rare beloved 2 stroke I bought New Years ago and they never returned it after 4 months and several calls and emails I still never got it. Look at this company's reviews they have a history of bait and switch estimates and loosing or stealing parts don't trust them. They don't care about the customer they feel they are better than us. Horrible company to work with. They did a bate and switch with the estimate. Was told would be around $400 for head work and came back saying all sorts of things needed done that my engine builder said no way on and they said the head work would be $1500. Then I was told that it had shipped and I was waiting planning on the head for a family get together to get my machine going. I had been communicating and they knew I was needing it. After 3 days of UPS not having any shipping info I called to check on it and they had not shipped because I owed shipping still. They why did I not get a call? They did not work with me or anything to help get it to me on time. Horrible horrible customer service. read more

Millennium is a bunch of flakey arrogant liars! Sent my modded 105 cylinder to them and they ruined it. Had a copper wire insert placed in to fix the common 105 o-ring in head failure issue. Ran it for 100+ hours, never and issue. Sent it to Millennium to replate, WITH specific instructions that it had the mod (impossible to miss by the way but noted just in case) and to call me if there were any issues. 4 weeks later I had to track them down to get my cylinder paid for and back. When I got it back it wasn't my cylinder. No mod! I called the guy and he insisted that their tracking system marks each cylinder and that was in fact mine. When I asked then why was the copper mod no longer intact, he stated that their cleaning process removes all ferrous metals...uh, copper isn't ferrous. I tried explaining this to him and he denied that they had done anything to it!!! He put me on the phone with their head of R&D and he claimed he had never heard of the KTM 105 head issue ( kinda odd since it is well known on every mini forum and with just about every 105 owner out there). Basically they were saying to me, "sorry. You're not important to us...your cylinder is one of 1000's we do every day, and you should be lucky we decided to rip you off so... piss off" Oh and their "matched" piston and gasket kist was 25% more than anywhere else. NEVER AGAIN and I will scream it from the highest mountain! read more
