Reached Julio at Millennium TV to repair my VIZIO HD LCD purchased in 2011 after it's software was stuck in boot up mode. First, I called VIZIO to help with troubleshooting and after went through all the steps with them without success they advised that I should purchase a new television. Julio told me to bring my TV to him the same day. He repaired it efficiently and at a fair price within a reasonable amount of time. The repair was 15% of the cost if I had purchased a new TV. Seriously the NICEST people. I was searching around for a tv repair shop and couldn't get anyone to call me back or actually show up. I found Millennium on Yelp based off their reviews and score. I called and left a message and was promptly called back within the hour. The technician I spoke with was so nice, he listened while I told him what was going on with the tv - it was going black then blue and then shutting off over and over. We both agreed on what the possible issues were (Samsung wire or Connect box) and that based off his knowledge and experience and my google searching it couldn't be fixed. I had even called Best Buy/GeekSquad and Samsung before and they were of zero help. He let me know that he was going to do a little more digging and see if there was a workaround. He was super understanding that this was a $5,000 tv that was just over a year old and of course out of warranty and genuinely wanted to help. He called back the same day and let me know that he hadn't found a fix for it - which is exactly what Samsung said (after trying to get a technician out to my home for a $150 call fee, plus $130 an hour for work time, plus parts) and everything I had read online. He let me know if they can find a possible fix he would call me back. I really appreciate this company being honest, they easily could have charged me a consult fee or come to my home and charged a service fee, but they took the time to understand the problem and in good faith said it can't be fixed. As angry as I am at Samsung about the tv, this company provided great customer service and showed honesty which is sadly rare these days. Fingers crossed, I hope I don't have to use them again, haha, but if another tv breaks I will for sure utilize Millennium again! read more

I had problems with my tv not producing a picture on screen. Julio and his staff came to my house and did the tv repair here. I was very happy with the service and work product. The repair saved me lots of money compared to buying a new tv. I would recommend this company anytime!! read more

Changed a bulb. Took a few hours. Ok price. Nice front guy. But the place is crowded and the repair guy don't even show his face to say "Hi". I think after only 3 months the same TV problem maybe happening again. read more

If you want your television fixed..please never let Millennium T.V. work on it! They are the most inexperienced repair folks. They are not qualified at all. They'll damage your T.V. intentionally to charge you more! Can't be trusted! read more

The power supply on my 52" Samsung went out. Brought it here and they were able to fix it no problem. Repair was done in a day and I got my tv back and working fine! Price was very reasonable. I was expecting to pay and arm and a leg, but was surprised at how fair the repair cost. The only reason I didn't give it the 5 stars is because I noticed that there was a small crack in the frame of my tv that wasn't there before. Other than that, service was great! read more

Great guys. Came to do my Samsung washing machine repair due to a recall. I know it's not tv repair, but he did a great job with the washing machine.
