I thought it may be a temporary outage, and I had previously had a good experience here; since they are local, I got in my vehicle and went to the shop. Sign on the door said they take lunch from 12-1- same as myself- so I waited patiently. At 1:05pm, walked to the side and saw someone sitting in the waiting area, so I knocked on the door- no response. Knocked again- was ignored. It's bad enough that there is nowhere to park, and the shop looks like a graveyard of dead vehicles now, but some of us also take a noontime lunch and don't appreciate when businesses ignore them and don't keep to the hours they post (not to mention, apparently don't pay their phone bills). I would recommend you avoid this shop.

He took the car for a ride and explained to me as he navigated the neighborhood how he knew the car needed broken motor mounts replaced. This was causing axle misalignment. He replaced motor mounts, problem solved! Car runs great!! Reasonable charges. I'm a permanent customer now! It's so difficult to find a mechanic that actually can listen to a car run and know the problem. No substitute for experience like that!

Luckily I happened to find CLTMobile online! I actually invested in a mobile brake repair business about 3 years ago but have often thought how great a full service mobile mechanic would be! I messed up an electrical connection on one of my cars by accident doing some service on it. I could not fix it. My wife needed that car for work within a few days and my time was limited during that time to get it somewhere to get fixed. I called CLTmobile and got an appt booked right away. Mechanic came on time; he was super nice and very knowledgeable. He did a terrific job at a very affordable price! I will definitely be using them for all my automotive needs going forward that I can't fix myself. worst customer service. the owner looked hungover when we asked to talk to him before we left the…read morecar behind to explain what he was going to fix. he crossed his arms and said so whats wrong. i said nothing was wrong just wanted to talk to you about the vehicle before you work on it later today. the office smelled so bad with cigarette smoke i could barely breathe. he had the car all day and never even looked at it although it was his request we drop it off in the morning before 9 for him to work on. picked it up that afternoon and they didn't even ask why or nothing just handed the keys back. this place is a joke, if the attitude reflects their work look out!

Took my car here for problem with fans not working. Car would start getting hotter if stuck in…read moretraffic or at light but not when traveling. We had checked all coolant fan fuses and hooked hot wire to fans to rule out it being a fan issue. After checking it out they said 1 of the fans had a short and it needed replaced and so we had them do it since we thought they knew this was the problem. Also paid for AC special to get it working since it quit working due to the fan issue. When I left the ac wasn't cooling. Mechanic said vehicles with rear ac's are difficult and it wouldn't cool correctly if he had put slightly too much or too little freon and to call him if we noticed it not cooling correctly. Well drove it home and the next day when I went to run errands, ac wasn't cooling. Car was also running warmer than it had prior to fans not working. Took it back. They checked it and put freon and dye in it without telling me they were going to charge me for looking at it again. I thought they were making right repairs from the day before. But no I was charged. AC was cool on the way home but after 15 minute drive home when I pulled into my garage I heard loud gurgling under my hood of water flooding over into the overflow tank. Had my husband come check and car was steaming under the front left of hood around hoses. It didn't do this prior to this mechanic working on my car. My husband took the car out for test drive and says the fans are not working unless the AC is turned on. He turned AC off to check it out and fans quit working and temp starts getting hot quickly. This wasn't a problem before taking my car to this shop and they say they will look at it but they have to charge for their work. They already have $400 of my money and car is worse and they aren't attempting to make any of it right. I strongly do not recommend this auto repair shop.
