One of my tires had a red dot on it, as it was a new replacement after a flat. It was in the same position as when I drove in. Had an 11:00 am appointment and service took almost a full hour. Came out, signed their paperwork and saw the marked tire. Spoke with service manager Matt and he said they'd do it right away, sorry for my wait and that the tech (Colin Walsh) was an hourly employee and "would not be working there anymore starting Monday". I drove an hour to return to Flow, where I purchased the car in June, thinking perhaps loyalty would matter. I'm only 20 minutes from Modern Hyundai in Concord, so I'll be going there from now on, hoping they don't literally lie to the customer the way Flow did.

May be worth $10,000. They sent a lost totaling more than the value of the truck. Over $11,000. I declined took it to a trusted mechanic that charged me $148 for actual needed repairs. No phone call explaining what was necessary or what could wait. Just a list of accept or decline fixes. I can only assume the hope is you will accept all I will not be going back nor my family.
