I called on a Monday morning to several different local shops, asking about if they'd have time for a state inspection. Other shops were booked until at earliest three days time. I called Full Service Automotive Repair and spoke with Danny. Very friendly. Told me they could get me in right away. I showed up about 30 mins later and Danny was outside with another customer. Told me to pull right up to the service bay door. They pulled in my vehicle and performed the inspection. I was in and out in about 30 minutes, with none of the "your vehicle needs $5,000 in repairs" type of stuff. I will be back for when I need repairs or maintenance done for sure. My motor started making a thrashing sound just down the road from this (Mechanic) .So bad I pool pulled in to his shop even though I'd never been there before. Within 5 minutes he insisted I need new Fuel Injectors. Even though I felt the head gasket had blown . The next day he replaced my fuel injectors and did a (tune up ) When I picked the van up late that night after already paying 900+ dollars my Van started blowing massive amounts of smoke ! When I called him he stated that I "May need a top end engine rebuild " But that he'd fixed my fuel Injectors I asked for the fuel pressure reading from when he (checked )my fuel injectors he informed me he'd never done a fuel pressure test . He just magically knew I needed fuel injectors. Long story short I was ripped off for 900 bucks of work I dont need done when I need to be spending 3000 on a motor rebuild. The drive belt to the power steering pump on my Kia recently went out. I'm just visiting the area so was trying to find a local shop to have it towed to. When I called Full Service to ask for a "do not exceed" quote prior to paying for the tow to their business, the owner became very rude and aggressive with me over the phone. I understand shops' limitations on offering quotes without seeing the vehicle but this man was outright awful, to the point of raising his voice. I hope he is better at working on cars than he is at talking respectfully to potential customers. Ladies beware, if you are looking for a shop that will provide courtesy service, this is not the place for you. read more

Danny is a great guy, very friendly and you can tell he knows what he is doing. I needed to get brake pads replaced and Full Service Automotive was (highly) recommended to me by my secretary, who has been coming here for years. I arrived when they opened and only waited a few minutes before getting my car in the garage. Importantly, they do not take appointments and it's first-come-first-serve (as far as I can tell). I planned to arrive first thing on a weekday, as I imagine there would be more people waiting on a weekend. Danny is very friendly and I waited while he and his team went to work. Apparently they did not have the brake pads to fit my car (Audi) in stock, but he made a call to someone who brought the parts within a few minutes. It took a couple of hours, but that's to be expected from my experience. Danny ended up giving me the higher quality pads for the original price I was quoted. He also rotated my tires free of charge. Danny strikes me as being trustworthy and his prices are reasonable. His clients love him (based on the reviews here and what I saw in his shop), so please, give him a try! read more

Danny didn't fix my truck completely. He has enough experience to know how to completely fix my truck. He only done have the job. When I contacted him he gotten aggressive and told me not to bring my truck back to his shop in a threatening manner. read more

Do not trust these guys the can't even get valve covers to seal. Among many other things. I am now processing small claims court after they adjusted my valves. Valves are still loose. To to a different shop they had it fixed the right way in 2 hours as well as sealed valve covers with no issues. I had 1800 dollar's worth of labor done at this shop and 50% of it had to be fix at a different shop. This guy will send you down the road in a death trap. read more

My husband and I came to this shop in 2019 sometime after purchasing a 2004 Toyota Sienna XLE and even though it wasn't in perfect condition when we 1st purchased it, we were still more able to drive it prior to having this shop fix it. It's like this owner will fix the vehicle correct within the first 1-2 times you bring your car in but after that he starts scamming you by doing things to your vehicle that will keep you coming back to his shop (he will also tell people that all of his parts have a warranty so that if something happens the customer will come back if something is wrong). We had an issue with our axel and he supposedly fixed it but we couldn't drive on it because the car kept wobbling (we drove the car all the way home at that point just to find out that it was the wrong part he put on the car but he refused to tow it back to correct his mistake, our car sat for almost a year after that before we were able to bring it back) when we did bring the car back we had other things that we wanted fixed once he fixed the axle so we asked him to open the motor to put 2 censors on and when we came back for our car the oil light was on and flashing but he said that we just needed to drive it because it sat for so long and that the car needed to reset itself. We only made it down the road and our engine ran hot and shut off as we were driving, my husband almost ran into the back of me! The car took some time to start back up but when we did we tried to take it back but he had already closed the shop. We had to drive our car home with it running funny and the oil and engine light on. My husband just recently worked on the vehicle and discovered that the cam shaft bank 2 censor was cracked! He was the only one that had worked on our vehicle and our vehicle was not in that condition when we brought it to him the last time! Our car had been registering as if we had no oil and that was the last time that any mechanic worked on our vehicle was when it was in his care! I will NEVER bring my vehicle to this scam artist ever again! We spent over $1000 that day when he had it, just to still have problems with it (problems this "mechanic" was causing, just for it to still not run right and we still weren't able to drive it until just recently (7/27/21). He will make you comfortable enough to trust him with your car, and afterwards, when you leave your car with him he will mess it up just enough to try to keep you coming back for business. There were many other victims on his site that made complaints and he erased them all and had people come on here to make compliments to save his business!
