I bought two vehicles from them. The latest a 2013 Chevy. Great financing options. Would have been 5 stars, but the salesman tried to sell my truck to another person when I told him I would be right back with my trade in and not to sell the truck to anyone else, THEN I had to wait until the other guy got off the phone arguing with his wife for 1/2 hour trying to plead her into buying the truck. Had I not bought from there before I would have walked out. Look at what you want before you buy. Other than that, I like Miller Chev. read more

I was in the market for a 2016 Tahoe. Found the car I wanted but wanted new wheels and was promised $1000 credit. Visited accessory guy and he said he was only going to give me $500. Was told they would put bow tie on and then they said they couldn't. When I told the accessory guy I was buying my own tires and rims, he said he would not give me any credit and wished me good luck trying to sell the original rims on ebay. Accessory guy who worked for a different company could care a less about me. The dealership should remove these guys from their showroom. Once I drove the car I realized a constant vibration that gave me a headache. Let Todd the manager know about my experience and refused to take car back. Service department checked it out and found nothing. Said it was the tires. I put on new tires and I still had vibration problem. They finally took the truck back but management didn't say a word to me as they gave me my money back. No apologies. This reminded me of the horror days of car sales. I would never buy a vehicle from this dealership. They give car dealers a bad name. read more

Ridiculous! Went in for an oil change and was told the wait would be 1:45 to 2 hours at most, which I understood and decided to wait . However, After 2 hours and 50 minutes!!!!!! I am finally leaving. And to "compensate" me for my ridiculous wait they took a whopping $10 off my bill. (Only after I asked for it as I was irritated). I ordered car parts from the Rogers location and was told that they would be there at noon on Friday. I called to make sure that the parts were in and was told that they were running behind schedule would would be there at 2pm. When I arrived at 2pm, I was told that the order wouldn't be in until Monday. I drove 45 minutes to your location so that I could get them Friday, rather than ordering from a location in my town. The man who spoke to me did nothing to try and resolve the situation or offer any answers as to why he told me they'd be there when they weren't. read more

I purchased a used chevy truck from these people two nights ago. The sales-person said the truck would be detailed when I picked it up on Thursday evening. I come only to find cigarette butts and tooth picks still in the ashtray and around the floor. Service department installed a new door handle and did not engage lock so I am not able to use drivers door. I realize these people are selling new trucks and don't care about the used ones but really a sad experience. read more

Will definitely not be back. Salespeople were not as friendly as what I have experienced in the past at other dealerships. I had done my research beforehand regarding the vehicle I was looking at and the pricing. When talking about price, some of the numbers they were quoting were absolutely ridiculous. Saw the vehicle online for a few days at a certain price and when I went in to look at the vehicle, the price had been marked up $1000 "because they decided it wasn't priced high enough." Some things that were said to me about the mark up in pricing did not seem legit and I also got the distinct impression they were telling me certain things to pressure me into paying more. Overall a very bad experience. Would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

A good friend of mine is a salesman at Miller and I found the right car for about the right price went in looked at it and liked it. Went on to the buying process and found out that the 2 guys that close on the sales are probably the most unprofessional guys in the world. It's partially amazing that they still have jobs because I have 2 young children and we could hear them from across the building yelling "you f****** a**hole" back and forth at each other. I do construction so that wasn't anything to me but I had my kids and my wife with me and several other families were around this. It got even better when I told them I was going to finance elsewhere and as we were leaving we heard them talking to each other about us and I heard the one guy call me "a f***ing cheap a**" and when I turned around he shot back into his office. It continued to be a thing when they continued to try and repeatedly sneak a warranty and some etching on the glass for security into our final price even after I told him I didn't want that crap. Aside from the 2 douche bags that work there I found the car I wanted for a decent price if it wasn't for that I would have given them 1 star. read more

It was horrible. We brought my vehicle in. The guy said he would need 2 or 3 days. They had it for over a week! Sad thing is we had to call to find out what was going on and to hear about my vehicle. He did not call us! So rude! Especially when they needed it for a longer period of time! And his answers of what was wrong with my vehicle..... We're not sure, he said. That's makes me feel so unsafe! Normally I'm all for Miller chev and I was considering buying my next vehicle there but now I'm unsure about that. Mike B. EXTREMELY disappointed. My father and I found a Ford Focus on Miller Chevrolet's website. After calling around 12:30 this afternoon, we spoke with the guy in charge of vehicles online, Josh. We informed Josh we would stop by around 6-6:30 the same evening and he said he would have the car brought out and ready for us to test drive and take a look at. After traveling more than 150 miles from Winona, MN we called to inform the dealership we were about 25 minutes away only to be told the vehicle was NOT available. Nobody we spoke to could tell us when the vehicle was sold, only that it "appeared to be available still this morning". I'm not sure what kind of dealership goes out and sells a vehicle out from under a customer who had set up a time to test drive? Further more, we understood that perhaps the vehicle may be sold before getting there, however we figured the individuals working at the dealership would have the decency to at least call us as soon as the vehicle was sold. Instead we wasted almost 3 hours traveling just to find out otherwise. I will not be giving Miller Chevrolet any more of my time or business and will inform my friends and family to do the same. This business clearly DOES NOT care about its customers/customer satisfaction or remaining loyal. A waste of time and we will not be back. read more

They will lie to make a deal. Purchased a demo Silverado and they told my wife and I that all warranties start at the purchase date, but the miles on the truck count towards the total mileage warranty. Go in, within 2 years, to get a free oil change and I'm informed that all of my warranties are now the service date, nearly 4 months prior to my purchase. I understand the miles but I asked on this several times to a couple individuals and now my warranty was cut down approx 20% of the total length. I would have factored that into the purchase if I would have known that. Shady sales tactics... Go else where you have better choices in the area read more

I was quoted one hour for a simple oil change, two hours in and no contact. I checked with the service counter and found out it will be another 30 minutes. They no longer offer the $15 oil change, so waiting over two hours for a $35 oil change, not worth it. read more

Brian Gentry is the WORST salesman as a customer! He's great until you've made the decision to purchase a vehicle, then he becomes unreachable! Very poor customer service provided from him. Sadly. He was great until papers were signed. He lied about the vehicle purchased, which was the whole reason for the purchase of that particular vehicle. The vehicle which "he made sure they detailed extra well for me" had pop sludge on the inside of the doors, cigarette ashes in the floor-mats, it stunk of cologne which it didn't the night before when I test drove it, and the windshield had a new chip in it from less than 12 hours later. Even though he wears a cross and is great to begin with, don't trust him! The service department on the other hand is the best I've ever brought my vehicle to, which is rare in the dealership world. Everyone was so kind, helpful and honest. If you need service, I recommend Miller Chevrolet, if you don't care about customer service on the sales side then they're great on the pricing, and I do not recommend going through their finance. The finance guy is very nice and personable, but you can find better rates elsewhere. read more

Up until now, I had been a very loyal customer to Miller Chevrolet since purchasing my vehicle back in 2010 and assumed I would get the same respect back. Well, not so much. I recently went in for an oil change and tire rotation which were performed as usual. However, while driving out of the lot, my exhaust sent a huge puff of smoke out the back and continued until I shut off the engine. I am called the next morning and informed that I need $1800 worth of service done to fix the issue, an issue that was supposedly unrelated to the work done the previous day. Coincidence? The service writer also informed me that I should not drive the vehicle due to the repairs that were needed and if I did, more damage could be caused (talk about scare tactics!) Certainly I was concerned; however, at this point I was very skeptical of this diagnosis and reached out for a second opinion. And thank goodness I did. My vehicle did not even require $1 of additional repairs! I am happy to have saved $1800 on unnecessary repairs but certainly disappointed in the lack of respect that I was given from Miller Chevrolet. I am hoping to not ever have to step foot in this dealership again! read more
