Yes, service is requested to replace the rivets with black rivets that all match and are flush with…read morethe wheel trim. Tires Plus apparently slapped on whatever they could find at the time. Rivets within wheel well skirt were simply left off and not reinstalled. The wheel well skirt is loose and flopping around. Nearly $1,400 in shock replacement work done and this is the best they could do? Not acceptable. We called after noticing the white rivets. The person at the front desk denied any knowledge of anything. Lastly, after replacing all four shocks and all four tires with brand new tires, we were told by the manager Damian that the "Jeep Death Wobble" would stop. A month later It did not stop and was just as bad as before all of the above was replaced. We found a reputable and knowledgeable mechanic who replaced the tie rods. That has fixed the Jeep "Death Wobble." Tires Plus should have recommended that we go to a mechanic that could have checked the tie rods first before Tires Plus charged $1,400 to replace the shocks. Replacing the shocks AND the tires DID NOT solve the problem. The root cause of the problem was the tie rods. We wonder now if Tires Plus did a shotty job installing all four shocks?

Car didn't start the next morning, so we called the dealership and found out there is in fact a recall, and made an appointment. Called tires plus back, talked to Ron and explained my frustrations and he hung up on me after trying to explain the situation. If you're in need of car repair, please, do not go here.

Moreover worse than that my last trip in getting a ford serviced the wrong break calipers were installed and started on fire a couple miles down the road. Progressive Insurance sent me here for a hail damage inspection…read more When I initially arrived the employee who was just opening up the shop seemed surprised to see me. He said the Progressive hadn't notified him that I would be coming. Even with that set back things got set in motion pretty quickly. He reached out to the technician who would be doing my inspection. The technician happened to be running late, but upon his arrival he wrapped up the inspection very quickly. Progressive had me block out an 8am-9am time slot on my calendar and I was out of there by 8:45am! The technician was super friendly. He chatted with me for about 10 minutes after he completed the inspection. He walked me through what points caused him to achieve his end results, and also gave me some advice on auto body issues unrelated to the incident. I was going to be giving this place a two or three star review due to how the experience started, but the efficiency and friendliness of the technician really turned the whole scenario around!

On a recent occasion, there was construction debris in one of the bays and a large nail went through my shoe and into my foot. I called to make them aware and to let them know the spot free rinse wasn't working and received NOTHING from a customer service perspective. Not an apology, an offer to remove the charge, a discounted or free wash, an "I'm sorry that happened, are you ok?". NOTHING except a "you enter at your own risk" response and "construction vehicles go through there all the time". So, if you value your car tires, how your car looks, and don't want nails in your feet, I would recommend going elsewhere.

The team at Big O took the tire and worked their magic to reseal the tire to the rim. They weren't sure if their tools would work for the small tire but it was worth a shot. In less than five minutes the tech came out with the tire sealed and full of air. The team was great! They took the tire and figured out how to reseal it and handed back to me full of air. Great work! Even though I was only in the shop for 10 minutes to fix my snowblower tire, I would recommend the Big O team in Elk River for tire service.
