The car buying process was good. But I've never had a pleasant experience with the shop or also the body shop. They failed the car I bought from them a year ago for NYS inspection for wiper blades when there was nothing wrong with them! An inch of rain the day before and no streaks at all! After another appointment they failed to call me and let me know the car was done -almost didn't have a ride home! You get these text messages that you can respond to but they never respond back!! Then at the body shop they told me they have a loaner car but when it was time to get my car in it was not available. I kind of wish I would have read some of these reviews earlier!! read more

Elderly lady goes in and buys a '23 Pilot, these folks wanted 3200 for an aftermarket warranty. She told them she would buy the Honda Care warranty from one of the dealers that sell online like Curry Honda or Hyannis Honda or Saccucci Honda who all sell the factory Honda Care warranties. 8 year 120k mile bumper to bumper for 1500.00 approx. This Miller Honda told her if she bought a Honda Care warranty from another dealer they would not honor it! wow!!! Honda Care is accepted at all Honda dealers. I have already emailed Honda to let them know the scare tactics and unethical behavior by this dealer. read more

Miller Honda wanted $600 to fix my locking gas cap cover (would not unlock). It is either a $5 cable or the actuator. My debugging indicates just the cable. Have to remove the rear cargo panel, the 3rd row seats, in order to remove the side panel to get to the cable or actuator. They charged me $138 to diagnose the problem, which takes less than a minute (and another dealership in VA did for me for free when stuck trying to put gas in car coming home from vacation). Thank you Nelson Honda 2500 Greensboro Rd, Martinsville, VA 24112. Instead I took a hack saw blade, cut off plastic nub that locks the cover. Bought some magnets for $3 and now the cover stays shut and can easy be opened. Just left the magnets there. May have to apoxy then in the future. $3 instead of $600 and I still have a spare pair of magnets. Just one of 10 reasons I will never buy anything from this place ever. If I could I would give them zero stars and my middle finger. read more

My Dad leased a car from Miller Honda and two months later suddenly passed away unexpectedly. There were only 1200 + /- miles on the odometer when it was returned to Miller six days after his passing. At that point, Miller could not decide what to do with the leased car since a very inexperienced sales person was there that day and did not know how to manage the return. My Dad had been a very loyal customer at this dealership and knew the service personnel on a first name basis. However, Miller kept the car on their lot for three days and then turned the matter over to Honda Financial. In fact they let the car sit on their lot for three days until at that time they decided to send it to an auto auction. They charged the estate for the time the car sat on their lot plus additional fees! Our family is through with Miller Honda and will pass along our experience with our unexpected treatment to a loyal customer. They did all this simply because they could! Debra B. read more

A 12:45 appointment gets someone to start working on your car at 1:30pm. If I hadn't been actively monitoring, no one would have known I was in the waiting room. I had to approach the front and tell them that I believed someone just finished and I needed to go. No one brought my car up to the service drive way like they did for others, so I had to go through to get to my parked car. If I would have known that they wouldn't start working on it for 45 minutes, I would have gone later instead of being 30 minutes late to work. Despite this though, the porter and the first service rep I met with were very pleasant. read more

Welp not sure how oil service works here... but it sucks waited well over 2 hours and a couple who came in after me was done 30 mins before me.Mind you we were in for same service. Smfh I waited patiently and still gave me more grief than service. They don't want to make appointments but make you wait for bull shit. I ended up buying a used Truck from these jokers. Within a day of taking the truck home it developed a rear axle leak. I called and they were able to get my truck in the next day for service. I waited in the show room for 3 hours when finally the salesman came out and told me "good news is your truck is fixed, bad news is the mechanic ran into the building"....he told me he would go speak with the owner...now my first instinct was to call me insurance agent..and I should have listed to that instinct. Salesman comes back and says they will fix the front fender of course. I explained that's fine, but I wanted a new fender, not one filled with bondo. He assured me it would look brand new. So the appointment is made to drop of the truck for the repairs, since the Miller body shop was only a block from my house, I drove it over and attempted to drop it off. The body shopped did not have it on their work order list, and instructed me to take back to their dealer ship. When I got to the dealership, the salesman told me that their in-house body shop does not handle the smaller repairs like mine, they use a different company....at this point I knew I was about to get screwed. So a WEEK goes buy and I go to pick up my truck (no rental vehicle offered as well, thanks dirt bags) and find it with a 1/4 tank gas left...and it was almost FULL when I left it...but it had a 180 more miles on it! I was pissed! The fender...it was filled with bondo. I swore I would never buy another vehicle from them again and I had bought (2) brand new vehicles from them in the past. Stay away from these shady people. They do not stand behind their vehicles or their services. read more

This review is long overdue. We had quite an interesting situation where our Nissan Quest 2012 transmission gave in completely while were were in town for my son's graduation from Binghamton University. So here we were, stuck in Owego with an 11 year old, no car, and no way of getting home 4 hours away. Since we already were prepared to get a new car, a friend came up with a great solution-why not find a dealership close by, lease the car and drive home in it? Luckily, Miller was right across campus, so we walked there right after graduation. First thing my 11 year sees is a freezer of ice cream for customers-what a great touch! While he is chomping down on a cone, we sit down with Josh Felicetti to talk about the car. Since it was end of the day, we could not finish up the paperwork and it was Friday evening, we had to return on Monday, which while not ideal, was understandable. At the end of the day, we got an awesome deal on an awesome car-Honda Pilot SE 2021. Josh was very patient while I made him sweat through the numbers and negotiations. We are seriously thinking to lease another vehicle from Miller in 2022 when our lease on Nissan Rogue that my daughter drives will expire and as we plan to be in the area anyway, this might work out perfectly. read more

I have purchased 4 used cars from Miller over the years including a 2006 Honda Pilot that I still own. Again, I have been happy with Milker sales and service. I really had a decent experience with my 2011 Accord and though it has been 3 years since I have purchased, they have to their defense honored their warranty and replaced wheel bearings at one point. I get the oil change with synthetic at a local place outside and have no issues. read more

I've purchased my last two (used) cars from them, and I'll definitely be returning for my whole family's automotive needs in the future (wife will probably need to upgrade in a couple years and two kids will be driving in the next decade). On both occasions, my salesperson, Nolan, was attentive, friendly, and professional; importantly, I never felt like they were playing any of the games that many dealerships do. I just got a very good vibe that they valued my business and respected my time, both times. I was car shopping and I wanted to look at two models of Honda that I thought might be a good fit for me. When I got there, there was no one really there to check in with you. Then a woman walks by and is like do you need some help and I asked her to see one of the cars and to test drive it. It took her legit 15 minutes to pull the car out. She didn't really explain much about the car and just left me to drive it. The car was terrible. So I asked her to show me another and possible test drive it. Because I was out-of-state, she assumed that I was just wasting her time test driving cars, when in fact I was actually looking to buy one that week. She went on to explain how this wasn't a car testing location and that we just sell the car and blah blah blah. I told her that I was actually looking to buy one, but not from this dealership anymore. I did get a free water bottle out of this junk. The staff was rude. She looked like she was hired for the looks and didn't really know anything about the cars. read more

I leased a 2015 Honda Fit EX from Miller Honda. I test drove the white one on the lot. They had a yellow one too. I told the guy who went with me that I was considering a purple one. He said to me "They don't come in any other colors but these two." I said, "but I looked online before I came and I clearly showed 6 colors." He said, "no, that's just the other colors of other Honda's." Stupid me, believed him. He saw one coming. When I had gone back for a recall a few months later, there was a blue, and a nice red 2015 Honda Fit in their show room. Isn't that something? Let's not talk about the finance department, a guy name Adam. Good luck. Try to get a hold of him. I can't tell you how many times I've tried to call him, and right to voice mail it goes. I had to threaten to call the main office to get this guy to call me back. He will always wait a few days to call back. As if they are that busy. One time I needed another adjustment done. I called for an appointment for drop off. This lady tells me I have to be there by 8:am if I want shuttle home. WTH? Sorry Miller. I regret doing business with you and will never recommend you to anyone, expect to tell my story. I should have gone to Mathews like everyone told me, and like I had first intended. read more

Their Service Center is rude, unreliable, and doesn't honor appointments. I have bought 3 brand new cars from Miller and with the first two I stopped taking it to their service center because they over charged me several times for routine things, made me wait forever and/or said they didn't have my appointment when I showed up. When I bought my 2014 CRV it came with free oil changes for life so I thought I would give them another chance. In July I made an appointment for an oil change and inspection toward the end of August - over 3 weeks in advance. I scheduled time off work. They now tell me they can only do the oil change and can't do the inspection until the 2nd week in Sept at the earliest! I have a wedding to go to out of town Labor Day weekend. I need my car inspected by the end of the month not mid September. This puts me in a huge bind now. It is not the way I expect to be treated as a loyal returning customer. Once they sell you the car and they get your money that's it. A free oil change and inspection should have cost me $10 total. Since it's not $$$ it's not worth their time apparently. This is not the first time they screwed up an appointment I made but it will definitely be the last. I will NEVER buy another car there and NEVER take my car to their rude, disorganized, untrustworthy, unreliable service center. read more

I have been to a bunch of different dealerships and you know what, they all have their flaws, and definitely others have more than Miller Honda. I have gone with Fords, Jeeps, Toyota and I have found now that Honda is the way to go especially when it comes to the quality of a product angle. Now to talk about the Dealership they are very helpful, I do think they may need some more help when it comes to the service department most likely because so many people are getting Honda's and the service is being backed up. I can understand that, but they were friendly the whole time and it is nice that I was asked how I was doing as I waited in the room. I did not feel like I was alone (even though I was at the time in the room). I also found a really nice and honorable salesman at this dealership as well which made the whole buying car experience better. Would definitely recommend this dealership and the Honda brand. read more
