This is going to be a long review. It's also my first ever Yelp review so it should tell you how upset I am lol. If I could give CMA's Honda of Winchester zero stars I would. I made an appointment for Wednesday, July 3rd at 10:00am to have a TPMS sensor replaced. I called a week before to add an additional service to the same appointment which was to replace a wheel stud. I even called the parts department prior to this to make sure the part was in stock. On July 3rd I arrived at my appointment at 10 and was awkwardly ignored by everybody sitting at desks in the service area. I guess the employees sitting there were not service managers. I finally asked a guy what I should do and he laughed and said something along the lines of, "it's dangerous sitting here, people always need something" and got Cassandra for me. There was no record of me ever having called about needing the wheel stud replaced which was frustrating. Cassandra knew ahead of time that I had a babysitter watching my baby and was on a timeline. She assured me that she would get me out by 12:30 that day. I went to the sitting area to wait. Cassandra checked on me like ten minutes in so of course I was fine then, but I never saw her again. Around noon I went to the sales desk in the front of the dealership and asked if someone could find out the status of my car repairs. The guy at the front desk asked who my service manager was and when I said Cassandra he said I needed to check with her. Sir, if I knew where to find Cassandra I WOULDN'T BE UP HERE ASKING YOU. Finally I flagged down the original guy who non-greeted me when I first got to my appointment. I said I needed to know by 12:30 if I was going to be out by 1:00 If not, it was fine, I'd just need to call my mom-in-law to pick me up and give me a ride home to relieve my babysitter by 1:30 and I could pick up the van later that night. He came back and said they'd have me out of here in less than 20 minutes which would have been at 12:50. Around 1:05 I was basically crawling out of my seat from the stress of wondering what the heck was taking so long. Cassandra finally came out with my keys and said they'd need to bring me back in. I said, you should have told me that by 12:30 when I asked and I could have gotten a ride home and picked up my van later. When I asked what was left to do she said that the sensor light was still on. When I asked about the wheel stud she said it hadn't been replaced yet. They had done NOTHING to my car. NOTHING. I sat in the waiting room for 3 HOURS AND THEY DID NOT WORK ON MY CAR. I wasn't even forgotten! They knew I was there! I guess I was IGNORED!?!? I was so outraged all I could do was get in my van and leave. I finally called on the drive home and let whoever was on the other end of the line have it. I paid a babysitter to spend FOUR HOURS AWAY FROM MY BABY JUST TO SIT AT A DEALERSHIP FOR OVER THREE HOURS AND LEAVE WITH A VEHICLE THAT HADN'T BEEN TOUCHED. I don't even know how on God's green earth that happened. The manager Jeff called me later to apologize and admitted that they totally blew it. I let him know I will never be back. Like, unless you're willing to do both repairs for free, and compensate me for the money I wasted on the babysitter, I will not be returning. We're actually going to be trading our Odyssey in for a Sienna that's how done I am with Honda. Zero stars to Jeff and all his employees at CMA's Honda of Winchester. read more

We had a great experience at Miller Honda! My daughter and I were traveling back from PA when the check engine light started flashing in our Honda Odyssey van. We found the nearest dealer, which was Miller Honda, to have it checked out. They said there would be a charge for the diagnostic and they'd let us know as soon as they knew what was going on. Since we hadn't had lunch, they gave us a ride to a nearby restaurant and came back to pick us up. After running all the Honda diagnostics, they could not find anything wrong (and the light went off). They continued to check the van for any possible issues and also drove it for a length of time to see if they could get the light to come back on. After thoroughly checking our vehicle and finding no issues, they were very nice and charged us NO fee. I was concerned about stopping at a random dealer to have my van checked thinking I might end up spending a ton a money, but instead left there feeling confident that my van had been checked well, and didn't spend a dime. We were very pleased with the way we were treated and would definitely recommend this dealership! And it's been several months since the incident and we've had no problems with our van. Happy to know there are dealerships like Miller Honda that will treat you right! read more

DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP! THEY GIVE THEIR USED CARS AWAY FOR JOY RIDES FOR THE OWNER'S FRIENDS!! I came here on Friday around 530PM to view a 2019 Ford Mustang. I had called three times to ensure its availability. After driving 1 hour and 45 minutes, David informed us that the Vice President's Family Friend took the vehicle until Monday!! We were in shock and David's managing of the situation was even more shocking. David told us that because we didn't tell him explicitly that we were coming down to see the vehicle, the dealership has free reign to do whatever he wants. This is true but it's also shocking that a dealership would admittedly tell a potential buyer that they gave the car away for the weekend for a joyride. I'm sure all dealerships do this but its discomforting to know and I'm not sure why David would think that's the right thing to say to a potential buyer. I highly recommend that car buyers stray away from buying a used car from this dealership. They are rude and dishonest. On a side note, I spoke with the GM of the new car dealership and another salesman and they were extremely helpful and polite. The folks at the used car dealership are not. read more

I went with my girl friend there to purchase a car. She had already been there a couple times to test drive it and wanted me to go with her when she was ready to buy. Our sales person was Jeremy Shifflet and I must say I was impressed by him and the dealership...many dealerships are very pushy and Jeremy was not at all which definitely won points with me. I was also impressed at the speed of which they were able to get her approved and into the car which was also quicker than any I had been to before. The car came with a great warranty, was cleaned up beautifully and even got a full tank of gas. Overall it was a great experience and I would recommend them. read more

I have only bought cars from Miller Honda since 1986. Last week we traded our 2004 Civic for a new Accord. The Civic was still going strong with over 300,000 miles. George Waymack , a heck of a nice guy, made our purchase quick and painless. The Miller service department has proven their excellence to us over and over for nearly 30 years. They are always available, they keep our cars running great, and they have saved us lots of money over the years. I would be a fool to go anywhere else! read more

Went in for state inspection, asked about the cost of a recommended service (informed by another garage, complete with estimates) and I found this dealer's cost for the service was less than a non-dealer's cost. :) Now I'm good to go. read more
