The ladies at the front desk are very polite and helpful in explaining all of the details of your treatment and visit. Dr. Coleman placed an implant crown for me about a year ago. The implant itself had been placed by…read morean oral surgeon who visits his office once a month. A few months after Dr. Coleman's work, an intense pain developed from the implant/crown. When I went back to him, he removed the crown and replaced the healing cap on the implant. He then kept emphasizing that my body may be rejecting the implant. Not being able to trust Dr. Coleman at that point, I obtained a second opinion with another oral surgeon who specializes in implant. The surgeon told me that the pain is not from my reaction, and recommended a new crown by a new dentist. A new crown resolved the problem with no more pain. I would not recommend Dr. Coleman at all.

I was advised by Dr. Baloy that she would help and needed to speak to a prosthodonist for consultation on my jaw measurements - She told me to call the emergency line if I still had pain. I called and left a voicemail on sunday and no follow up from the office staff or the doctor. I followed up again and was told they would ask the doctor for a status and get back to me (it had been almost a week). No response again, so I called the following week and was told Dr. Baloy would be out until the end of June (how did no one tell me this previously). I said I was still in pain and they would ask another Dr to take over. Still no call back, their office is closed again today. There seems to be no urgency with a patient in pain. I like the Dr and her ideas for my teeth and jaw but I really would like some better follow up, communication and compassion from their office staff. Hopefully I hear back soon.
