I was advised by Dr. Baloy that she would help and needed to speak to a prosthodonist for consultation on my jaw measurements - She told me to call the emergency line if I still had pain. I called and left a voicemail on sunday and no follow up from the office staff or the doctor. I followed up again and was told they would ask the doctor for a status and get back to me (it had been almost a week). No response again, so I called the following week and was told Dr. Baloy would be out until the end of June (how did no one tell me this previously). I said I was still in pain and they would ask another Dr to take over. Still no call back, their office is closed again today. There seems to be no urgency with a patient in pain. I like the Dr and her ideas for my teeth and jaw but I really would like some better follow up, communication and compassion from their office staff. Hopefully I hear back soon.
