The fam and I did some shopping and decided to come for a casual lunch. Dining room and booths are nice, spacious and comfy. We didn't have a wait, which is nice on a Saturday. We ordered some basic food. I was dying for a French onion soup and was happy to see they had one on the menu. Eh. It wasn't great. I've had much, much better. It didn't curb my craving because I couldn't finish it. Lacked flavor in every way imaginable. This was the low part of our visit. Everything else was great. I had the Zingers salad. Naturally, I forgot the sauce I chose, but it was delicious! Paired nicely with the fresh veggies. I'd get it again for sure. The chicken was nice and tender. My hubs had the wings combo and shared fries and mozzarella sticks with our daughter. They liked their meals. You really can't go wrong with wings, fries and sticks. The star of the show was the Boom Boom Shrimp, hence the picture shows how we dove in without even thinking to take a Pic first. Packed with so much flavor, my mouth waters as I type this. 7/11/26. Food was expected- average at best. The ribs were tender but needed more sauce/seasoning. The osso buco was good but the ribeye was too thin and just disappointing. It was dry and chewy. I wanted filet but that's not on the menu anymore!! The onion rings and string beans were tasty. I was looking forward to the ice cream cake, but that was a huge disappointment as well. Miller's is great for a sports night out. We watched 3 knicks games here and it was so fun! There are TV screens all over. My only downfall is some of the TV's were old and discolored but nothing too bad. The food is typical sports bar food but they do have an extensive menu of other fancy choices. Please be VERY careful with Miller Ale and their coupons! We had a coupon for "Free Zingers" with a $20 minimum purchase. Our bill was $155.00 and still couldn't get our free zingers. NO WHERE ON THE COUPON DOES IT SAY WITH PURCHASE OF ZINGERS! But that's exactly what the manager tried to tell us. When asked him to show us where that is stated on the coupon so the manager gives me back my phone and couldn't show me. Then had the nerve to tell me "I've been doing this for years" so basically you've been CHEATING YOUR CUSTOMERS FOR YEARS! Just updating my review which was apparently from over 10 years ago!! This is now our family's SPOT for a casual Friday night dinner usually, because it's near gymnastics and pretty local. I cannot get over the price of the drinks here- it is still very reasonable like average $10. I am sad its competitor Green Turtle now closed so at least we have this vibe here... same idea with the sports screens and casual eatery with service. Okay so I love Mimi's Fiesta bowl, makes me feel like I'm at an upscale Chipotle. The philly cheesesteak is my FAVE; I could get that everytime I come here from now on; thought the Big Red chicken sandwich was eh but may be because I added my own sauce. My daughter loves the kids meal mac+cheese with a side, and especially that it comes with ice cream; my husband consistently orders and loves the Cobb Salad. Food not so great tho - Buffalo wings pretty bad - very large, flavorless, hormone-pumped chicken, & sauce did not adhere at all to the wings - basically, naked fried wings in a puddle of watery sauce. The food is always excellent here with large portions. And because it is a huge sports night with the US Open and baseball, I'm surprised the staff can be as attentive as they are. At 11pm on Labor Day weekend, they were great. I love the ambiance (except the crowds) with all the different places to sit and eat. Between the 3 of us, we got a huge chicken quesadilla, wings, beer, and the only thing I wanted, Captain Jack's Buried Treasure Cake that has ice cream, Caramel, and a whole bunch of other things I can't resist. It can help if you go into the service lane (not the main road of Hempstead Turnpike) then there is access to making a right turn into Millers. Some spots in front and more in back. Its a Sports Bar. Great spot for Sunday football! They have lots of TVs so you can watch multiple games, lots of food choices and a ton of beer to choose from. I got the pumpkin beer which was good, but it did not have a sugar cinnamon rim (which was a bit disappointing). My boyfriend and I went on a Sunday and they did not have any beer specials. Historically, they used to have tons of Sunday specials (like a bucket of beer). The service was great and our waiter was attentive. It's a pretty big place with a bar and then tons of booths. We really enjoy Miller's ale house. One of the only places on Long Island. You could actually get prime rib anytime. All meals are excellent. I have tried quite a few. I enjoy going to Miller's Ale House, I usually go for lunch with a few friends, about once a month, the food and the drinks, I have always enjoyed, the waiters and waitresses, a very friendly, very knowledgeable of the menu items. When I usually go to a Miller's, I pick a section of the menu, say Burgers, and I will ask the waiter or waitress what is your favorite, and I'll order what ever they pick. This past week I went, and I ordered the ribs, they were very good, they fell right off the bone, nice taste, fries with crispy, very enjoyable. Not the worlds worst restaurant not the worlds best restaurant. We were a party of four and we ordered fish and chips cheeseburger, chicken sandwich, and chicken pasta. for appetizer our appetizer we ordered zingers. For drinks, we got a margarita and three beers. All told the mail was fresh and delivered quickly. I personally ordered an extra appetizer for myself, but it never showed up while the restaurant lost some revenue. The waiter lost an additional tip. Seems we are getting very tired of the Covid excuse And supply chain questions. The waiter said they were out of many salad dressings. Just hard to believe that. The restaurant has eliminated many of the specials that used to have and promotions, which was one of the reasons we went to this restaurant often. I've honestly never heard of this place before - but when I was going to be in the area, I decided to try here. It was only after looking up the place did I discover there's several both in northern Jersey and Long Island. Good to know, as I plan to come back to any of their locations. Sadly there's none close to me. Place is huge and spacious - more than enough booths and plenty of seating at the bar (where we sat). I'm not much of a beer connoisseur, but from checking the menu, there is more than enough to satisfy most (I was content with my good ole Budweiser). Speaking of the menu, it's pretty varied and there's more than enough to appease everyone. I only took snaps of the takeout menu, but the main house menu is deeper. Ordered the Bavarian pretzel, which was pretty damn good. Usually when I go somewhere new, I order a bacon burger, but I felt like a cheesesteak this time and that's what I ordered. It was good as were the fries. Every staff member encountered were friendly, attentive, and courteous - and that always goes a long way. Plenty of TVs around with multiple selections (all sports). Parking lot is large and there's plenty of spaces. If you're coming here for the first time, the road layout can be a little confusing, so pay attention where you need to turn. Overall great place. Now that I know this place exists, I will return here (or any Miller's location) again for sure. read more

I've been to this location many times and each time was big thumbs up however most recent visit was a bit of disappointment. With a name such as Ale house, one would think the beers are ice cold and wings are fresh, hot and juicy. Hard to believe it was the exact opposite. Our pints of angry orchard and Bud Light was warm and order of 12 pieces garlic Parmesan wings were cold as if it was sitting around and someone forgot our order so the it was all soggy from the sauce. Now I think back, it's no wonder why we waited about 20 minutes for the wings to come out before our entrées. The entrées well that's another story. we came here on a Thursday evening so I ordered their Thursday night special which is a prime rib medium. That came out cold and it was well done not to mention the baked potato was lukewarm at best. The only bright spot of my evening was the fish and chips. That was made to perfection. Each piece of fish was lightly battered, juicy and hot. In all it wasn't a pleasant meal but I will give it another go the next time. Crossing my fingers and hope for the best. read more

I had a reunion dinner with 20 retired letter carriers/clerks from the Levittown Post Office at Millers Ale House in Levittown NY. We got there around six and was met promptly by our server Gina Marie. She took our drink orders really quick and our appetizer order at the same time and before we knew it the drinks were on the table. Just a few minutes later, out came the appetizers. As the apps were put on the table she took our dinner orders and they came out as soon as we were done with the apps. It was perfect timing. She was great keeping up with us all night for our drinks. The food and drinks were all really good. She is a very good server and im Happy the Manager Lance assigned her to our party. I called Lance a week earlier and told him i was interested in going there with 20 people and he set it right up for me. It was a really good experience for us "retired" Levittown postal workers! The next time we have a reunion i wont even think about going elsewhere. We will definitely be going back to Millers Ale house of Levittown! read more

I have been to Miller numerous times, dine in and take out. Let's just say that it use to be a lot better. Yesterday, we decide to have dinner at the place since it was prime rib special. The wait wasn't too bad for Thurs, about 15 mins. Got seated and have the most loveliest waitress Courtney. She is the reason why this review have a star. She was attentive and wonderful. What fall short was the food! I wanted to order the prime rib rare or atleast the rarest cut they have. They said they only have medium and more cooked left. This was at 6ish pm. That is ridiculous to run out of the prime cuts that early. Okay, so I decide to try their chimchurri steak salad instead. PLEASE, JUST TAKE THIS OFF THE MENU. The steak was requested rare. It was so tough, barely chewable. I shouldve anticipate them not being able to cook sirlion without it being chewy. Shame on me. Then, the dressing on the salad was some strange pepper sauce. The was a little chimchurri on the steak. However, all i can taste is the pepper. There was also strange feta/goat cheese and jalapeños mixed it. It was a salad with an identify crisis. My husband got the 12 piece wings and we paid extra for all flats. The wings came out really sad looking (so small that it was probably half the size it use to be). The chef also try to sneak in one tiny drumstick with barely a flat attached it to and try to count it as 2 pieces. Definitely did not go well with us, especially if we are paying extra for flats. Courtney was nice enough to exchange that unruly peice and replace it with 2 actual flats (total 12 flats). It's still not worth the 20 bucks we paid but alas. The meal definitely left me unsatisfied. I was debating if they will mess up the fried donut dunks too. We ended up ordering it... why not... let me say, that was the best part of the meal. Usually we are too full from the regular part of the meal to even order dessert. Because the entrees was eh, I had room for dessert. The donuts were fresh and hot. The caramel and hot fudge goes well with the donuts. Thank goodness for at least one dish being delicious. Overall, I'm not sure if I will be back. If I do go back, I will just stick with the burgers and the donuts. Everything else is not worth your appetite unless you are too drunk to even care. EZ Cater review! I ordered catering for 30 people from here. Food came on time and the packaging was really easy to handle. They serve ALL THE SAUCES on the side so you can imagine when I had wings that came with 8 different sauces...just how many containers I had to deal with. They even package the shredded cheese for the salad separately! Food was fine, as expected from Miller's. My only comment is that if you're ordering the Zingers Mountain Melt (fries, tenders, melted cheese), eat it in the restaurant. It doesn't travel well and all the cheese hardened on the tenders and fries. read more
