    Tully's Tender Dinner
    Kristine S.

Looking for a bite to eat on our way home from Philly. Tully's is usually a pretty consistent experience for a quick bite to eat. Have seen Tully's several times when we have stopped at the Clark Summit exit which is the midway point for us and decided we would give this location a try. Wasn't very busy but service was slow. Food was OK and served it purpose but to be honest wasn't that thrilled with this location. Ok place for a sit down meal with a number of TVs to catch a game or two

Bar was full a new bartender was training she did amazing and was professional and attentive. My issue I was next to the server station and oh the bitching and drama!! Need to train to understand what is in ear shot and customer service!! Soft Bavarian Pretzel bites were nothing but deep fried pretzels and over cooked and potato soup potato's were hard.

This is the second time we've been here. It's a good half way point on our way home from a festival. Last year we had great service and great food. Got the Tully's chicken tenders with their signature sauce. It was good. This year, the food was good but the service felt very rushed. We barely got time to sit down and look over the menu before being rushed to order twice. I get that it was quiet but I didn't appreciate having such little time to look over the menu. I ordered their Lunch special street tacos; it was okay. The tacos were great but the cowboy caviar was not it. The tenders and egg rolls were good. Other than being rushed we had an okay time in this little sports bar.

Stopped in at Tully's in Clarks Summit and had a great meal. We tried the salmon, cheeseburger, chicken fingers, and fries--everything was tasty and well-prepared. Service was friendly and attentive, and the bathrooms were clean, which is always appreciated. Overall, a solid dining experience. Would definitely come back!

I found this spot through a 3rd party and ordered for pickup. For myself I ordered the mahi mahi sandwich. When I arrived I parked in the plaza parking lot. I walked in and had to find where to pick up. The young lady behind the bar just pointed to where my food was. She wasn't very helpful at all. I wish I got her name. When I ate the sandwich was just ok. Nothing too special. All in all I had an ok experience.

We've been eating at Tully's for years since they opened. They claim to have the best chicken tenders and honestly, they're excellent! And the honey mustard dip they make there is the best I think I've ever had. Their meatloaf is my go-to- two thick slabs of flavorful meatloaf with brown gravy over a mountain of mashed potatoes. It's a huge portion and it's delicious if you're a meatloaf fan like me. Another fave of mine is their fish fry sandwich or platter- you get a huge piece of flaky, crispy fish on a long hoagie roll (two huge pieces if you order the platter!) Their Reuben is also great too, and the French Onion soup is my wife's favorite (it is good) During the darkest days of that Covid fiasco, when our state prohibited eat-in food for months, Tully's was our go-to for takeout food. I SWEAR every time we ordered our order was 100% CORRECT! No missing soups, no garlic where there wasn't supposed to be garlic, everything was correct every time. We still do a lot of takeout there and it's been great. Give Tully's a try!

Server Nick is the GOAT. Super nice dude. First time at Tully's but imo it should be renamed to Nick's Goods Times

They won't refund or remake your food if they cook it wrong. Not interested in eating here anymore.

Service was rude and said they could accommodate our party. However, when we arrived said they could not. Very misleading.

Overall this place is good. Food is mostly pretty good. Beer selection is sadly garbage though.

Food is very good! The only reason it got 4 stars is because its always very busy. The ambiance is great though.

We waited a while to be noticed at the hostess desk, then we got seated by a family with screaming…read morechildren. Our waitress brought us dirty appetizer plates. We got the Korean dumplings which were very good with Asian zing sauce on them. We also got their nachos which were soggy towards the bottom but had good flavor with bbq sauce and pulled pork. Now they don't offer pulled pork sandwiches but have pull pork on the nachos. My fish and chips were soooooo salty! The tartar sauce was good and French fries. The breading was also soggy but the fish was very tender and nice. The chicken cheesesteaks were good, filling and yummy. The Ale Burger is a double smash burger with good flavor, and a good meal. The Buffalo Mac and cheese was spicy but enjoyable. The service wasssss slow and not very attentive. The manager had to come over and ask if we needed anything bc our server seemed to disappear. I believe it's new owners which explains the menus cut in half, but I hope they get things together bc this spot is super cool. Speak easy, cool hangout spot.

Really enjoyed a lunch with my family at Ale Mary's after spending a few hours at Steamtown…read more I found parking right up front on the street (lucky, plus the meters were off for the weekend according to staff). The service was slow, but once we were greeted our drinks and food came out quickly. The inside is spacious, it's in an old building dating back to the mid to late 1800's. The high ceilings and metal work inside gives an old industrial feel. The menu had a lot of tasty choices and the beer menu was fantastic. The list of the handhelds/sandwiches is too long to list, but I could have ordered any of them. They have over 100 small and large craft/international beers in bottles or cans and around 20 taps. I had a couple cans of delicious Russian River/WeldWerks collab Convivial which is a hazy imperial IPA. My wife really enjoyed their Buffalo Chicken Flatbread 13.95 - popcorn chicken, house wing sauce, cooper cheese, blue cheese, scallions. It was more than a serving, sizable and fresh. The flavors were balanced and outstanding. I had the Bison Cheesesteak 16.95 - Chipotle bison, pepperjack, bacon chutney, mushrooms, chipotle aioli, toasted hoagie roll. The flavors were balanced, roll was fresh, the serving was large and it was pretty darn good. The meat had a hot dog/pork pate taste. My 5 year old son ordered grilled chicken street tacos 13.95 - Pico de gallo, jalapeno sour cream, queso. Choice of grilled chicken or beef. It came with three and he ate half. We all had a bite and agreed they were fresh, easy to handle and had a delicious mix of flavors, especially the chicken and cheese. My other son had the House Grilled Cheese 9.95 - Boursin, pepperjack, & cooper cheeses on grilled brioche. He enjoyed it, but said it was a little spicy. Although they lacked a "kids menu" my guys found something they enjoyed. The inside was family friendly and they were treated well by the staff. We thought Ale Mary's was a great gastropub and will absolutely repeat when we are back in Scranton. Thanks guys!
