Steve and his team replaced our tired old gas log fireplace with a new, beautiful, full-enclosure gas fireplace. From the beginning of the project until the end, Steve and his team were friendly, courteous, prompt to reply, and genuinely took pride in their work. Steve made sure that at the end of the project, he was there to ensure that the inspection passed without any issues. He also made sure that we, as the customers, had an opportunity to ask any questions we had about the operation of the fireplace insert. Steve and his team also refreshed our 20+ year old gas lantern in the front yard, replacing the old mantle system with a beautiful gas flame and refinishing it from top to bottom. The $4800 Encore I bought from them had an issue with the damper within a week of installation. 3 months later when I could get someone out to service the using, he showed up and corrected the issue (strictly a adjustment) and then advised me that he was charging me a trip charge of just short of $400 for the trip to and from my house. I am 45 miles away from the vendor. He told me his standard charge is $280 within his county, $330 one county out and $380 for 2 counties away. I do not recommend this vendor to anyone. $400 just for them to drive to your place.

Daniel came out and was very informative on what needed repairing. He showed the video of the areas of concern that he found so I could understand everything. Their prices were wallet friendly, too. Daniel and his helper Mark came by several times to make sure the job got done right. They were very friendly and chipper even if I myself am not much of a morning person. Side note, I had a small tree in the way and tried to trim it the best I could. Daniel brought a chainsaw and took care of it and Mark even took the trimmings to the dump. This was above and beyond what I expected and just shows the kind of people they are. I mean, if anybody is actually whistling while they work like they did, then they must enjoy the job and that shows in the quality as well.
