However, they claimed to have done much of it and charged us for it. Our oven would not turn on. They claimed to fix that, but did not. Half of our outlets and two out of three air conditioners are not working on our generator. They claimed to fix that, but did not. Our tank sensors are not reading properly. They claimed to fix them, but did not. We asked them to fix the doors on some of the storage compartments, but they did not do anything with them. In addition, they took our power cord off the reel and did not give it back. They claim they don't have it. They did fix the control panel. They also fixed the steps and lubed a slide. All of this took two weeks while we had to stay in motels because our trailer is our home. It also got to the point where I expected to call several times to check on the status, because they usually didn't return phone calls. They were well aware of the fact we are full-time rvers.

After being completely frustrated with the hard pitch at other dealers, we decided to stop in FCO.. We are so glad we did. We just purchased our new camper, we got a a better deal than we would have elsewhere and even more importanly FCO was (and continues to be) awesome to deal with. Questions, answers and lots of help. As I was waiting for it to be done my rep and the mechanic come out and tell me I need brakes and if I wanted them to do it. I had hardly used the RV and the mechanic said that sometimes on GMC'S the brake controller is not right. Well I told them I would take it to my mechanic to have the brakes done. After I dropped the RV off at my mechanic ,they told me to come get it that I didn't need brakes . It was 3 or more years later that I needed brakes. Another incident : I had to have a new roof put on RV (over $10,000). About a year after it was done I went in for my forever warranty inspection and was told the roof needed new seals ($1200).How is this possible they just did the new roof less than a year ago. So, I had them redo seals on roof. Now less then a year later I am getting ready for a trip and my bed is wet. I go up on the roof and the seal on fan over my bed is severly cracked. Call General RV and let them know ( they only warranty seals for 3months). There answer was it was a rough year weather wise for seals. How about that for bullshit!!Every year must be a rough year for seal . It's either that or forbid I say maybe they don't know what they are doing at their work establishment. Needless to say I am going to let my forever warranty expire just so I don't have to deal with such incompetence and thievery. It a shame that we RVer's have to deal with companies like this. We purchased a RV in the past and the price was great. Service was excellent. They picked up our trade in and dropped off the new RV. Purchasing the RV was easy and seamless. The store has a large selection of items. We stop in whenever we need something and it's always in stock. I would definitely be back.

This is the first time I've heard from this guy since the time he lied to me about the warranty basically they refusing to help me out because I made complaints about their horrible service. I would suggest to anybody these people are liars. It's a horrible dealership. I would not buy anything from them. There's plenty of other RV dealerships that will take ownership and responsibility of their mistakes. I spent $80,000 for a warranty in a van and I'm getting nothing for it. It's a broken van that I bought.

I would definitely feel comfortable referring people and purchasing again from Andy. In addition, their Delivery Coordinator, Ernie Sanchez is a great guy and always willing to help. I was getting ready for our maiden voyage to Colorado and we were having an issue with our Insta Hot Water Heater. I called Andy and he got Ernie on the phone right away. Ernie is not fast to say he has a solution, he is thorough and wants to make sure he has a good answer for you. He asked if he could go verify a few items and when he called me back, he had a suggestion. We found the hot water heater valves operate in the opposite direction and suggested I try to reverse them. sure enough we had hot water. The day and trip were saved and these guys care. They want your experience to be great and I believe they try to make it that way, before, during and after the sale. I am very pleased and have driven to Arizona and about to head back home. Still no title..... Nearly one year ago Media Camping sold…read moreme a camper owned by a deceased individual. They are not able to get me title or tags since they sold it without first having the title themselves. I paid in full including taxes, fees and title transfer Oct 5, 2018. Now I cannot not use the camper since it doesn't belong to me and my insurance carrier says they won't cover claims. It has been sitting idle in my complex parking lot getting older by the day. After a long battle with Media Camping, their stalling and lies about PennDot working on the issue, I have requested a refund several times in the past month. They refuse a refund since as they say, 'we're still working on getting you a title'. I am 71 years old just hoped to do some traveling. They have scammed me big time. I'm out $7500. for a camper I can't use and now my only option is to hire a lawyer( at great expense) to take these criminals to court. Hard to do on a social security income. Stay away from this dealer.
