New frig installed 4 days later, breaker flipped again. I knew it was the breaker but I won't mess with that type of electrical issues. Sent a request through Yelp and was contacted by Russell Electric. He wasn't able to make it until Wednesday. After our conversation he decided to come out that same night. (I had just lost a lot of food with the old frig and was rather frustrated with it all) It was 9:45pm. It took him 45min to an hour. Fixed the issue in like 15 min and made sure all was well before he left. He knew what he was doing and he explained it as he did. He gave me some information about the breaker and put my mind to rest. Friendly, courteous and just all around great guy. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS MAN! I appreciate the willingness to go the extra mile. He will be who I call if I ever need anything ever again. Thank you again! I slept well knowing this was not an issue anymore.

All Season Service was able to get here quickly and remedy the problem. We have also used them in a major remodel we did for both electrical and HVAC. They were prompt, neat and through. We were told it would a $97 service call and we were charged for their gas and for sitting in our drive way. We were charged $240 for them to come charge our AC unit. Afterwards our AC unit began leaking. This company is unfriendly, disingenuous, and sneaky in their fees. Small town Texas charm is completely lost on them. I've reached out nearly 20x and he either doesn't answer my calls/texts or provides lies/excuses. I've already hired another electrician to complete the job. The new electrician also noted that work previously done by Alex was not permitted. Our breaker box had been improperly installed without obtaining a permit from the City of Austin. The box was also not mounted properly and was left exposed to the elements. It will cost $2800 to fix. DO NOT USE. BEWARE OF SCAM.
