I have used 360 Reliable Air Services about 4 times over the past 7 years or so. I have found the HVAC Technician/Owner to be very knowledgeable about his craft. I have come to value his skillset and his accurate diagnosis of the problem at hand. He has always been prompt in keeping his appointments; and prompt and accurate in troubleshooting and resolving any issues. He has always been upfront and honest with me when assessing the issue at hand and he has always quoted me a price on parts and labor before he starts any work. He has never exceeded the initial quote once the work has been completed. (Even if he has had to "eat the cost" himself.) I find 360 Reliable Air Services to be just that... RELIABLE. He has about 25 years of experience in his craft and he has always gone above and beyond in servicing my HVAC unit! I believe him to be a man of integrity and I highly recommend this service. 360 Reliable Air Company was hired as part of a closing agreement on my home, a new AC installation that should have been simple and routine for this company. Instead, the technician's subpar work and carelessness to properly inspect his own work caused catastrophic flooding throughout nearly half of my house. The newly installed AC drip pan failed almost immediately, sending water into two bedrooms, a bathroom, the living and dining room, and the kitchen followed by mold growth despite professional mold mitigation. What should have been a stress free move in became thousands of dollars in damage and months of ongoing disruption. When the technician returned, he removed the very part he had installed to replace it with a new one and took it with him eliminating any chance for an objective inspection or verification of the "defective part" claim he later used to deny responsibility. Rather than contacting his insurance, as any reputable and licensed professional would, he tried to bring in a personal friend to "fix" my floors. This was an entirely unprofessional attempt to avoid accountability and sidestep the legitimate repair process. Despite the clear connection between his installation and the flooding that destroyed my flooring, cabinetry, trim, and walls, 360 Reliable Air Company refused to file a legitimate insurance claim or cover the cost of repairs. He stated that the part was defective and therefore was not responsible for the damages he caused. I was forced to go through my own insurance and pay out of pocket to restore my home to its original condition. The total damages came to $15,000 all because of work that was supposed to be completed correctly the first time as part of a real estate closing agreement. The technician's refusal to take responsibility, his removal of critical evidence, and his attempt to use an unqualified acquaintance instead of proper insurance protocols to circumvent his responsibility say everything about the quality of this company. It has now been seven months of subrogation and arbitration just to attempt to recover the money I had no choice but to spend fixing the damage caused by their negligence. His insurance has even tried reaching out to me directly instead of communicating through my insurance representatives. If you are considering hiring 360 Reliable Air Company, I strongly urge you to reconsider. A contractor who damages a home during a real estate closing, removes evidence, refuses to involve his insurance, and avoids reimbursing documented damage is not reliable--despite the name. My experience has been costly, stressful, and completely avoidable had the job been done correctly and professionally. read more

We were put on orders for deployment and it just slipped my mind to finish this review. The first part of this review I made like right after this mess ended. The second part I finished July 12 2022. I contacted 360 Reliable Air Services to get another quote. The original quote was $4,850 from 360. I thought that was a good deal and they have a 5 star review on Google so I went with them. It basically goes downhill with their professionalism right from the beginning. On November 12 we told them yes and decided to go with them for their services. On November 15 I got a text from them saying there's a $150 freight charge and they're dropping that on the customer, me. Not themselves. I feel like if you were in the air conditioning/HVAC field long enough you would know by now that they would charge for shipping/freight and you would incorporate that into your estimate. I thought that was a sleazy way to pull some extra money. The unit gets in on the 6 of December which is a Monday. He asks if he can set it up Tuesday or Wednesday. I'm in the field so we can't make that work so I tell him I should be back Friday and I'll text him Thursday night if we can do Friday. I tell him Friday works, he can come out that day or reschedule. (We returned from the field midday Friday). No response. I text him three times throughout the weekend and no response to setting it up at all. He then randomly texts me at 8PM on Sunday night Dec 12th and asks to set up in the AM of the 13th. I told him I work 9-5 and then he precedes to blame me that he's had the unit on hold for a week even though he didn't respond to me when he was supposed to do it that Friday. Anyways this was just dealing with him through text, the nightmare begins in person. We agreed that he could come out Monday the 13th while I was at work. I didn't have any issues with him working on it while I was at work. Around 9AM he calls me saying he can't fit the unit around my back stairs so he insists on tearing out my stairs because they're old and more convenient for him then getting a couple more guys and maneuvering it over the stairs or simply asking the neighbors if they could quickly go into their yard and lift the unit over the fence to put it in my yard. The stairs were older and needed to be replaced but it was a little odd to me the route he decided to go with that. Also I don't necessarily have the money for new stairs so now I just have a door that leads to nothing lol. This was almost a year ago and I'm now updating this on July 12th so my memory on everything isn't perfect but most important details of this interaction I do remember. I was living in the barracks at this time because my spouse hadn't moved to Texas yet. This is the same day, Monday the 13th. I got off of work and waited until around 5/6pm until I got a call saying it was complete! Great, in my mind it's time to go pay and they can be on their way. I show up around 6ish and there's now the owner and another guy working on the unit. I go back and try to talk to them and they're both super pissed off, not speaking to me and also on the phone with someone. This someone was telling them how to set up the HVAC. I am not joking, this "HVAC company" was on the phone with someone telling them how to hookup my unit and it did not sound like someone from the HVACs support center. This is all happening at the same time 10 minutes ago they told me it was all set up and ready to go. I decide to leave them alone since they're obviously not done and upset so I go get something to eat and twenty minutes later they're "done". I come back, they show me it's working, I pay them, and then they leave. They left a bunch of trash which I kind of had to "remind" them pick up. They didn't respond but did come pick it up. At this point it wasn't super cold during the month but about a month later, Jan 18, I texted them because this is when that freeze/snow came down and our house was cold. I mean no heat was coming out of unit. This is where I had to cut off due to text restriction, the link is above for the rest of the review! I'm sure there are a couple of things Im missing but I would recommend just going through a big outfit and paying a couple more dollars. Going cheap will always bite you in the end. I was thinking about going to small claims court but I just don't think it's worth it at this point. I would not recommend these guys to anyone. read more

A month ago I received services from 360 Reliable Air Services, Killeen TX. The owner purchased a local part for repair and didn't provide the receipt. When I looked around for the AC part locally I saw the part was almost 3x cheaper than the merchant disclosed. So I disputed the charge with my bank to the merchant to disclose the part price for service rendered. Now instead of providing the receipt of the part purchase the merchant is threatening and harassing me over the phone. Stay away. read more
