The final straw was questioning a battery install. They charged me 180% on the battery price and a FULL hour of work to swap it. A battery that costs $150 at Autozone will run you $260 and then a full hour of labor confirmed by the fast talking lady that runs the front desk. If you feel you are being charged a premium here it is because you are. My review is not unique and you can find several other reputable mechanics in the Hillsborough/Durham/Mebane area to take care of you. QUESTION EVERYTHING that seems high here before you commit over the phone.
