Fantastic food, great service, and incredibly creative menu options executed really well. Our server was passionate about everything they had and made great recommendations. We ordered the Captain Corn & The Swine French Toast and Noemi's Pupusas Clásicas. Both were excellent, but the French toast was a standout. Not overly sweet, the cinnamon paired incredibly well with the pork and the cornbread, and the kernels of corn baked in were a nice touch. Love to see a creative menu like this. So many interesting options, it was hard to choose. The space is beautiful with great natural light from the high ceilings. If you find it a little loud, they have some high tops near the bar that are quieter and more private. We'll be back. read more

Food 2/5. We got the Haechi Scramble and the Lean Back Omelette Both were tasty, which makes the rest more annoying. The haechi had some kind pancake underneath which was soggy. Food took about 30 minutes to come out, and we were literally the only ones in the place. My wife had digestion issues after eating. Also, the coffee cups are very small. We needed about 3 refills instead of 1 which we would normally get. Service 4/5. Our server was attentive, friendly, walked us through the menu without being pushy. He checked on us. Ambiance 2/5. Cozy spot, good music playing. But the chairs are metal with zero cushion, and there's a bar across the back of the chair that digs right into your back if you lean back at all, so you end up sitting forward the whole meal. First floor flooring looked dated too. Cleanliness 3/5. Floor on the first level wasn't that clean. Given the digestion issues afterward, makes you wonder what's going on back in the kitchen. Bathroom was fine though, passed a quick swipe test. Parking 3/5. There's lots nearby but it's a bit of a walk, and you cross a street that gets busy. Street parking exists if you can find a meter. Value 2/5. $50 with tip for two people. For the wait, the stomach issues, and those chairs, that felt like too much. Overall 2/5. This placed popped up in my Instagram algorithm and I knew I had to go there with my friend for our monthly brunch date. It's very bright and welcoming inside. We both had the iced pretzel mocha latte and it was very yummy! For my meal I chose the crab Rangoon omelet as I've never seen that offered anywhere before and it's different and not your typical omelet. It was very tasty. It came with home fries and toast. I would give 5 stars except that you can't hear your table mate speak since the sound bounces loudly off the walls. Tje sun coming through the skylights can be so strong at times that you need to wear sunglasses. They need to install some type of remote control light diffusing shades. And this one girl keep trying to take our plates everytime she RAN (not walk by, where was the fire?) pass our table but we were still eating!! Such a cute brunch spot with a fun nautical-mermaid vibe and seating upstairs and downstairs. We went on a busy Saturday, so there was about an hour wait. They only give you 10 minutes after they txt you that your table is ready. The staff were very friendly, and the mimosa menu is extensive with lots of creative options which is why we wanted to try this place and it did not disappoint! We tried the hibiscus and lavender mimosas--both were refreshing, and not overpowering. For food, we had the duck & truffle and the crab Rangoon omelette. FINALLY was able to walk right in and score a table at Millie's, as this is usually never the case!!! Reservations are not accepted, and it's usually a 30-45 minute wait... Therefore, we usually go elsewhere in this wonderful village that has so many other exceptional dining options. Shout out to Jessica who was such a kind, professional and sweet server! Though it has a small dining space downstairs, it is so charming and bright! Loved the chandelier made of rattan baskets and other interesting wicker! There is upstairs seating as well, but never had the chance to check it out. The bar area (with a few high top tables) was so delightful, and meshed well with the entire ambiance. I highly recommend this wonderful eatery if you're ever in Babylon Village on the south shore of Long Island. Did a quick Google search for brunches near by and Millie's popped up. Decided to give it a try and soo glad we did. We waited roughly 20 minutes before getting seated; it was packed.. which is always a good sign. Millie's has a spacious downstairs area that looks like a court yard and decent size upstairs area. The staff were all so nice, even with being overwhelmed with all the customers. Now let's get on to the food. All the options looked so good but we decided on the chicken cordon blue scramble, blueberry crumble pancakes and The Aegean toast. The chicken cordon blue was my favorite dish; it came with a thick slice of toast that was so good. The fried chicken was flavored so nice and you get so much. The eggs were cooked perfectly and had so much cheese and ham. I would go back for this dish alone! The blueberry crumble on top of the pancake was so delicious and the pancake was very cake. The Aegean toast had smoked salmon and whipped feta on it with pickled green beans... Delish! The serving size for each dish is very filling. Very friendly staff! The service wasn't the quickest but it wasn't terrible. The drinks....lychee mimosa was tasty but you couldn't really taste too much lychee. I was not a fan of the Millie's punch so I asked for the Daily Grind instead which was really good. The crab Rangoon omelette was delicious! The home fries also delicious! The chicken and the egg is a sandwich- the brioche was tasty, the chicken well seasoned...my only complaint would have been the sauce-you couldn't taste it at all! The coconut shrimp and waffle was just so so...also it only came with one piece of bacon?....but the sausage that came with meals was ALOT. I feel like they should give at least 2 pieces of bacon. Babylon Village has no shortage of restaurants. Some come and go and many are Main Street staples. I hope that Millie's Mimosa House is here to stay -- and if the crowd gathered on a Friday afternoon is any indication, the restaurant is quickly becoming a favorite! Inspired by the French Riviera, with Babylon beach vibes that can't be avoided given the location, the restaurant is bright, airy and feels like something special. Giant skylights in the main dining room illuminate the space, even on a cloudy fall day. And the food? Like nothing I've experienced. The meal started with a cream cheese and blueberry appetizer with toast to dip ... and from the first bite I knew we were in for something special. I had the ricotta and veggie scramble. So delicious and packed with fresh vegetables. My friend had the crab Rangoon omelette and it was also delicious! I try to eat Iow carb but I splurged on the home fries / fried potatoes. I don't know how they prepare them, but they were hands-down the best potatoes I've ever had! Reminded me of childhood and my mom's German style potatoes with a traditional Sunday breakfast. The cocktail and mimosa selection is awesome! I had the Razz which came with pop rocks. The presentation was absolutely adorable. You can upgrade from Prosecco to Moet, but we opted not to. Maybe next time! We finished off with blueberry pancakes we shared. You could tell the blueberries were fresh and the pancakes were perfect. The portions were giant and we both packed up half our meals to finish later. You won't be disappointed and you won't leave hungry. My husband and I had a wonderful brunch at Millie's Mimosa House this afternoon. I really loved the simplicity and uniqueness of the space. They offer two levels for dining, and we chose upstairs. The tables were well-spaced, clean, and presented nicely. Our server, Taylor, provided excellent service. She was welcoming and attentive throughout our visit, answering questions and offering insight into the menu options. The food was delicious. I ordered the Crab Rangoon Omelette. It was light, well-seasoned, and the cream cheese and crab were evenly distributed throughout, making each bite enjoyable. And, the home fries that accompanied the omelette were cooked to perfection. I would absolutely order that entire dish again. Very cute location. We came to try this place for the first time Saturday. The hostess were so friendly and sat us right away. The decor is so cute and it looked like they had more seating upstairs. We were sat in the back room with tons of sky lights. It was very pretty. I ordered the strawberry matcha it was so so good. My sisters ordered the pretzel latte and a caramel latte. My son had the fresh squeezes OJ. Pricey but he really seemed to enjoy it. We ordered the avocado toast which was very very good. Pistachio French toast and coffee pancakes. Top notch service, food, and drinks!! First time here and it's gorgeously decorated. It would be incredibly for an event such as a bridal or baby shower. There's a nice bar area, downstairs restaurant area, and I saw stairs that I'm guessing lead up to a nice private upstairs area. I came as a group of 3 adults + 2 kids in strollers. My baby was asleep when I came in, so I brought the stroller in as did my other friend. They were clearly trying so hard to set up a table that could accommodate us but the space simply isn't that big. My baby ended up waking up before they got the table situated (only a few moments) so I told them not to worry about the second stroller and they were able to provide a high chair instead. Worked out perfectly ! Our waitress was an angel. Interacted with our babies so incredibly sweetly the entire time we were there. Very attentive in the perfect way- never feeling rushed or pressured but she was already around when needed. Drink menu was extensive and so many options looked yum. I had the guava good day and it was great. It was very good, but I'd keep exploring the other options in future visits. Food was delicious. Their online menu mentioned the ability to make gluten free pancakes and having gluten free bread. I didn't see that on their menu in restaurant but they can accommodate- AND they can make gluten free home fries too I believe they said! I've been here twice both good. The first time I had the mortadella sandwich. The pistachio pesto was really good. I got the fries extra crispy. They were nice and crispy. My friend got the pistachio pistachio pancakes. They taste it amazing the jam that came on. It was so good. Love that the syrup is doctored and warm and so yummy. I went again with my son this time I had the pistachio crème with fruit on top it was a nice thick piece of bread covered generously with the crème and pistachio nuts with raspberry pieces. My Son had the lemon meringue French toast. They were absolutely decadent. The marshmallow was toasted and stretchy. The lemon curd had pieces of lemon that they dehydrated. It seemed it just gave such a nice little bite. The bread was very thick and they did a good job of having the egg soak all the way through. Of course the syrup had to be tasted again and it was very good. My friend and My Son both got the kielbasa sausage as their side rather than Bacon and they both enjoyed it. I only drank water and a few read some of my other stuff you realize I'm a water snob so the water was good. If you sit in the back room, it has overhead skylights so it's nice and cozy and sunny. The Waite staff were on top of their game they made sure you didn't wait for anything. I had heard great things from a few people and had high hopes for this visit. Unfortunately was a bit disappointed. The good: the place is super cute. Decor is beautiful and the space is well utilized; with high tops lining the narrow bar area and then opening up into a larger dining room with skylights. It's bright even on a rainy day and feels very appropriate for brunch. Not so good: the food did not meet expectations. Our server brought over some crostini with a cream cheese/blueberry compote spread that was lovely except for the hair sitting on top of it. She kindly replaced it but obviously it wasn't as thrilling the second time around. Our table ordered the goat cheese mushroom omelette, a ricotta and vegetable egg scramble, and the special - a street corn and sausage omelette. The omelettes both came overly browned and the veggies were scarce. In my street corn special, I probably counted a few kernels of corn. Half of the ricotta scramble was eaten until yet another hair was spotted, this time in the eggs. Again we returned the food and again, apologies and an offer to replace it. The second veggie scramble came with different ingredients than the first one. While these things can happen, two hairs in two separate meals at the same table is completely unacceptable. The drink menu is extensive but the mimosas are loaded with sugary syrups and are a stomachache waiting to happen. It also takes quite a long time for drinks to arrive, especially for a place touted as a Mimosa Bar. The hairy egg scramble was taken off our bill, but the damage was done. Once in a blue moon can be explained. Two is too much. We'll be going elsewhere until Millie's works out the kinks in the kitchen. read more

It wasn't loud (besides us, of course), so conversation was easily heard. The service is phenomenal; we had Jessica, who excelled in her position, and she's a genuinely good-hearted person. Her demeanor is a good enough reason to go back. I felt that we were getting southern hospitality, but in NY, if that's a thing lol. Now the food is fantastic. The menu has so many options, I chose the duck and Gruyère fold, which was filling and very full of flavor. My friends' chicken and waffles didn't disappoint, as well as the apple pie French toast. First, they have over 20 mimosas to pick from, all different flavors, and they're served in, basically, a double champagne flute; The food was probably the best food in a 25 mile radius. The drink takes a great twist of a classic espresso martini with the cereal milk! Each visit the cereal milk has been different but the taste is always yummy!
