This was my second time at a Toast but the first time at this location. It was a bit nostalgic for me as the building used to house a bar my husband and I frequented many, many years ago. Needless to say even though the footprint was basically the same the interior has been changed is very open and inviting. A friend and I were there for lunch around 1:30 on a Monday. No issue getting a table and were seated immediately. Katie our server was very nice, pleasant and efficient. Drink were brought out quickly and our order taken. My friend got an omelet special with Irish bangers and cheese with home fries and rye toast. She enjoyed the omelet and I have to say the rye bread was outstanding. Don't think it's made in house but were ever they get it from is really good. I got a lunch special of Pot Roast sandwich with onions, mushrooms and cheese on thick cut bread. Here's the Scoop! Came here for breakfast with my honey and son. Haven't been here in a while. The hostess is very welcoming and seats you quickly . No long waits. The menu is chock full of goodies. My honey had the 3 Ring Circus which had 2 eggs your way, sausage or bacon, red potatoes and pancakes. The portions were very nice and tasty. Had a pomegranate mimosa and it was delicious. The noise volume average for a room full of families. Seating is comfortable. Service is quick and waitresses are very helpful with the menu. Lovely place to catch up with a girlfriend. We each ordered a mimosa flight. What a fun way to taste the different mimosas without committing. Each one was amazing but the pomegranate mimosa was both of our favorite! The flavors complimented the champagne and balanced each other. We ended up getting the Avocado Skillet, Dig Me Omelette, Tres Leches Egg Nog French Toast with Blueberry Lemonades. The French Toast was more like a bread pudding in texture, thick but not overly sweet. The flavors melded well together. It was definitely worth trying out. The Skillet and Omelette were well seasoned. The breakfast potatoes were a little salty for us, so if you have any salt sensitivities please be aware of this. I can't wait to visit again. Since I moved on Long Island I have been looking for a delicious Cuban and i finally found it. The sandwich was huge and the pork was seasoned to perfection. The fries were nice and crispy. My husband enjoyed his bacon, eggs and stuffed friend toast.. Only problem was it was literally a heatwave and the air was not working properly. I normally get the avocado BLT omelette which is avocado, spinach, tomato, and Vermont white cheddar with multigrain toast.
