Today is my boyfriend's birthday, so we decided to have what we coined our "Breakfast Adventure"! We ended up at Toast because we saw they had a dog-friendly patio. Unfortunately, due to the heavy rain the day before, the patio wasn't set up. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. They went out of their way to set up a table and chairs for us so we could enjoy breakfast and celebrate together with our dog. Our waitress, Jordan, was patient and friendly, which made the experience even better. Since it was our first visit, they treated us to a free stack, and the seasonal option was the Peach Cobbler Pancakes. We also ordered the Benedict Arnold, Biscuits and Gravy, Early Riser with two eggs our way, a Banana Nut Latte, and an Espresso Martini. Everything was fresh and tasty, and the Espresso Martini definitely packed a punch! At the end of our meal, they brought out a tiny Sprinkle Stack with a candle and sang Happy Birthday to my boyfriend. It was such a sweet surprise and honestly made the outing feel extra special. I'm definitely recommending this location. The food was delicious, but the kindness and customer service really stood out. This was my second time at a Toast but the first time at this location. It was a bit nostalgic for me as the building used to house a bar my husband and I frequented many, many years ago. Needless to say even though the footprint was basically the same the interior has been changed is very open and inviting. A friend and I were there for lunch around 1:30 on a Monday. No issue getting a table and were seated immediately. Katie our server was very nice, pleasant and efficient. Drink were brought out quickly and our order taken. My friend got an omelet special with Irish bangers and cheese with home fries and rye toast. She enjoyed the omelet and I have to say the rye bread was outstanding. Don't think it's made in house but were ever they get it from is really good. I got a lunch special of Pot Roast sandwich with onions, mushrooms and cheese on thick cut bread. We stopped here on a rainy Sunday for some brunch. We had to wait about 30 minutes as it was very packed. Once we got seated, we ordered mimosa flights. They have different flavors. I love the pineapple, coconut, one, and blueberry lemonade one as well. They had a lot of options on their menu for brunch and lunch. I ordered the eggs Benedict with bacon on top. Here's the Scoop! Came here for breakfast with my honey and son. Haven't been here in a while. The hostess is very welcoming and seats you quickly . No long waits. The menu is chock full of goodies. My honey had the 3 Ring Circus which had 2 eggs your way, sausage or bacon, red potatoes and pancakes. The portions were very nice and tasty. Had a pomegranate mimosa and it was delicious. The noise volume average for a room full of families. Seating is comfortable. Service is quick and waitresses are very helpful with the menu. We were prepared to wait but to my surprise they seated us way earlier than my reservation time so we didn't wait long which I greatly appreciated. Each one was amazing but the pomegranate mimosa was both of our favorite! The flavors complimented the champagne and balanced each other. We ended up getting the Avocado Skillet, Dig Me Omelette, Tres Leches Egg Nog French Toast with Blueberry Lemonades. The French Toast was more like a bread pudding in texture, thick but not overly sweet. The flavors melded well together. It was definitely worth trying out. The Skillet and Omelette were well seasoned. The breakfast potatoes were a little salty for us, so if you have any salt sensitivities please be aware of this. They had many vegetarian options but I have to say, they do seem to have some form of meat in many many items, more than usual I think. Would be great if they could have some impossible burger or beyond meat options as well. People next to us had amazing looking watermelon mimosas!! There is generally a line to get in, but they are very organized. , and you can go on line and get on their waiting list, which moves quickly and they are on top of. Upon walking into the restaurant, the ambiance was calm, warming, and welcoming. I got comfortable vibes from the place.. and when looking around, some people were dressy and some were casual and that was totally okay cause the vibe was perfect for either or! My husband got the steak and eggs and he loved it so much that he said this was his new fave brunch spot. Usually he asks for ketchup and puts it over everything but he stated that the food was so good that he did not ask for it!!! The coffee was also delicious.
