First time booked this hotel and loved it so much. Very welcoming staff and adorable room. Enjoyed fire place and creek. Will definitely come back.

All I can say is that the Milliken was the perfect romantic stay for my Napa anniversary trip. We were warmly welcomed from the moment we called ahead to see if we could check in our luggage until the very end of our checkout. The ladies at the front desk were great to chat with and provided true hospitality. We also had a window front view of the Napa River that made waking up feel like a dream. There are other lovely amenities such as their wine & cheese in the evening, turn down service, s'mores kit, and so much more. After a long day of wine tasting and exploring the valley, we had completely forgotten to order our complimentary breakfast for the next day which was a rookie mistake on our end. I'd say it's a good sign that my partner has been asking me when is our next trip to Napa and that he looks forward to booking our stay at the Milliken again!

Warning: if you visit, you're not doing to want to leave! We had the best experience coming here. We were welcomed with champagne on arrival and had us sit and relax to check in. There was free wine and charcuterie tasting. We also had complimentary s'mores and breakfast brought to our room. The people that work here are so friendly and hospitable. Everything is so clean and neatly kept. It was the perfect staycation. Just the relaxation we needed. We would definitely return here.

I could not recommend this place enough. Everything about it was simply amazing. Starting with the hospitality we received upon checking in. The entire staff the whole stay was incredible. The rooms were so clean and large. The vibe was serene and quiet. All the other guests were also so nice! We loved chatting during the wine and cheese social hour. We unfortunately missed the s'more's social hour. We celebrated our anniversary here, and they spoiled us for sure. We got a massage and it was very nice. The made to order breakfast sent to the room was an amazing romantic touch. We stayed in the room that was on the upper level with a very private deck. If you are in the Napa area, this is the place to be. We definitely will come back again and again.

This place was the perfect getaway for my husband and I to relax and unwind. Our room was cozy and warm. The bed itself was very comfortable and adorned with plenty of pillows. Everyone we met who works here were very friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. We just loved having our breakfast delivered to our room at the exact time we requested. The Napa river was literally right below our balcony so we were able to enjoy watching the wild life and the warmth from our personal fire pit. I definitely recommend this place!

Had the best time visiting Napa and this Inn made the trip. If you are able, room #2 is the best! It's very cozy and is close to town/wineries. In the perfect hidden spot! The breakfast in bed was amazing and they bring in amazing cheeses for the wine and cheese hour. Highly recommend!

Milliken Creek Inn is a super understated Inn right next to Milliken Creek off of the Silverado Highway. You're welcomed to your stay with a glass of Cava, and then your host will show you to your room. The main building is a great place to hang out. They have a large fireplace burning in the middle, and then the deck overlooks the river. Outside and to the right, there is a beautiful pond with additional seating--the perfect place to relax. The rooms are beautiful. With a spacious bathroom, a bed that has so many pillows you can dive in and get lost and a huge bathtub with adjustable lighting so you can soak and relax. We also loved the fireplace in the center of the room. There's nothing like having a glass of wine and sitting next to the fireplace for a romantic evening. Just 5 minutes from downtown Napa, this is a great place to spend the night if you're trying to get the most of Napa. We ordered room service twice for breakfast and it was tasty both times (omelet, frittata, and the bacon and egg sandwich.) The fruit was fresh; the orange juice freshly-squeezed and they delivered everything right on time! The only downside to our stay was the A/C unit in the bedroom was very loud. We like our room a little colder when we sleep, and the unit was set to 70, starting at 6 a.m. For people who like it warm, the room warms up right away! But we were trying to sleep in and the unit kept turning on and off which was obnoxious.

    Right on the Napa River

A truly great spot right on the Napa River in the middle of everything. Friendly staff, great breakfast, serene setting, quaint rooms, historic building with all the best amenities. My wife and I enjoyed the fireplace early morning. Fun experience all around.

My fiancé took me here last December for our anniversary. It's was so peaceful, beautiful and the service from all staff was 5 star. They go above and beyond for their guest. Such a beautiful property.

Spent a few days here with the boyfriend and it was exactly what we needed. **COVID Info** - contactless check-in/out - rooms are thoroughly cleaned and left alone for at least 24 hours before check-in - no staff entry allowed during your stay - if you request anything from the front desk, they will leave it at your door (no contact) - breakfast is left at your door at the time you request - spa services unfortunately unavailable in compliance with county guidelines **Room Info** - room 8 (Luxury Services) - king size bed - high ceilings - fan and AC - large screen tv with cable and movie channels - mini-fridge - seating area - soaking tub in the room (fits two) with spa jets - walk in shower - l'occitane toiletries - balcony overlooking common area and napa river (beautiful view!) **Cons** - breakfast was not yet available the first day of our stay - so. many. SPIDERS!!!!!! We're right by the river so I don't think there is a fix for that, unfortunately - spa jets were super loud Overall, we had an amazing stay. I'm not sure if there were other guests but it was very peaceful and we didn't hear a peep from anyone else during our stay. The staff was very friendly and super helpful. We'll definitely be staying here again soon. The nightly rate is a bit high but it is totally worth it!

We spent a wonderful Anniversary weekend at the Milliken Creek Inn. The room was beautiful with a gorgeous view. Each morning we had breakfast that was superbly delicious and timely. This was our second time staying here and it just gets better. I can't wait to come back again.

Milliken Creek Inn sits right on the Napa(?) river with nature all around you. We came here to visit wineries and the giant redwoods, but staying here was the highlight of my trip. The main building itself was a stagecoach rest stop in the 1860's. The fire place and stairway are the originals. There is also a spa but I am not a spa person. I don't have the patience. Let your day begin with coffee set up in the lobby or a cup from your room. Go out on the deck and drink your coffee. No emails, no Facebook - just look at the view and nature. There is a blue heron who comes in the morning to fish. Enjoy breakfast out here instead of your room. No buffet here. Special order just for you. You're not going to go away hungry. Do what you want during the day and come back in time for wine and cheese. Sometimes there are winemakers there representing their wineries. The cheese board is outstanding. Bread, crackers, many different cheeses, fruit and olives. After you come back from dinner, go pour yourself a port and grab a cookie. These are out all the time. When your trip is done, don't forget to take your bathtub rubber ducky. It's a free memento of your visit. Would I come back here? Yes, I don't want to leave. I'll see you on the flip side.

The massage started at my feet and worked all the way up to my scalp, which I found to be an unusual sequence. I've had many massages over the years, and I've never experienced one done in that order, so it felt a bit odd. The pressure remained too light throughout, and I kept hoping it would improve, but it never did. I paid for a 90-minute session and, honestly, I was ready to leave after the first 20 minutes. To top it off, at the end of the massage I was handed a dry towel to wipe the massage oil off myself, which felt unusual and took away from what should have been a relaxing experience. The spa itself is beautiful, and the receptionist was warm and welcoming, which made for a great first impression. I just wish the massage had matched the quality of the rest of the experience.

I was super ecstatic sine my last massage was when I had my babymoon. I was long due for a massage ! The grounds itself was beautiful and it was cool that the spa was in an underground cave which was pretty unique . I was excited about this spa but unfortunately , the whole experience was truly disappointing. My appointment was a 2 pm for my massage . After waiting for some time I had to ask someone to find the masseuse, which already made the experience start off on the wrong note. During the massage, the technique was not what I expected. Instead of a relaxing swedish massage, it was mostly pressure points, and I left feeling tense rather than relieved. I was basically waiting for the massage to get better but it never got any better . It was probably one of the worst massages I've had in my life . My husband booked me a swedish massage and that wasn't what I got . Also for some reason while I was getting the most disappointing massage of my life the room was uncomfortably hot. I was under multiple layers of blankets ( felt like 5 ) that made me feel overheated and unable to relax . At one point I had to ask the masseuse to turn up the AC because I felt like I was overheating . After I told her this ,she then resumes to putting my toes and hands in some hot jelly like substance. Overall , the experience I had at this spa was truly disappointing especially since I was really looking forward to feel refreshed and rejuvenated & that's not the experience I got. Also , the management running this place is non existent . My husband sent them an email & still no response and that was 3 weeks ago . For a highly rated spa , this experience was really bad and I don't reccomend this place for a massage . Save yourself some money and go elsewhere .

The waiting area was nice, I had some snacks and tea while waiting for my massage. I didn't wait long either until GENIE came and got me. She was very nice and sweet. She knew exactly what she was doing! The right amount of pressure and she focused on where I've had tension which was my shoulders and neck, also lower back. Usually I'm sure the day after but I wasn't! Which was great! I was prepared for the aftermath pain, lol. GENIE made me feel relaxed and rested. This relaxing massage was just what I needed. It's cheaper Mon-Thurs, Weekends more expensive. If you stay at the resort then each room has $150 credit which was nice, used it towards the massages.

The amenities are what truly set this place apart. Outside, you can choose between two large heated pools at different temperatures, plus a hot tub tucked away in the far corner for a quieter soak. Inside, there are two additional hot tubs, a spacious sauna, and a steam room. There are showers with a signature scrub, too. If the weather doesn't cooperate, there are plenty of comfortable indoor lounging areas, including dreamy zero-gravity chairs that make it impossible not to relax. Both visits, we treated ourselves to bottle service, which made the day feel extra special. While I didn't order food, the portions looked generous and the pricing felt fair for a luxury resort experience. The staff is exceptionally well-trained, and a few team members truly went above and beyond both times. We brought cash on our second visit to make sure we could tip appropriately. One thing I will say: if you're looking for a QUIET and ultra-peaceful experience, I would avoid Saturdays. The first time we went (a Sunday), it felt very zen. The second visit was on a Saturday, and there were larger groups celebrating birthdays. Some guests were there to party, and it got loud, specifically at the hot top and indoors. Obviously, that's out of the Fairmont's control, but it's something to keep in mind depending on the vibe you're hoping for. There's honestly no better way to spend a winter day, especially when you can follow it up with a meal at El Molino Central right across the street. Note that parking is validated for a set amount of time (then around $3/hour after), which makes it easy and convenient. I love everything about this place.
