    Graduation cake

If I could give zero stars I would, but for the sake of having to leave a review I will put one. My aunt paid $150 for a cake that was ordered for her sons birthday, and everyone noticed the amount of icing on the cake. It was way more icing then cake. (Bread) please do not spend your money here I have seen previous reviews of the same experience. We reached out, to let them know and the only thing they had to say, was. " Next time tell them you don't want that much icing." Please do better in pleasing your customers.

Lorena and her team did an amazing job with my moms wedding cake! The details were so precise and beautiful that the guests thought it was fake, but even the flowers were real! The cake not only smelled delicious but it tasted delicious and was very moist! Each layer of the cake was a different flavor as well! Thank you Million Cakes for the beautiful work

I was happy Million Cakes could take my cake order 5 days before event, but that's the only thing I feel they did good(and they were nice.) I sent a photo to copy bc the employee requested one. I asked for all chocolate cake w chocolate buttercream icing. I asked for a true green for the Happy Birthday message and showed the employee the color I wanted. When I picked cake up the trim was a mint green color. When the cake was cut, I noticed the icing ratio to the cake being a crazy amount of icing to cake like 75% icing and 25% cake. The birthday girl noticed a bump on the side of cake(looked like a bubble on a tire or a cake tumor)And the cake was a lightish brown color, not the dark brown color of cake in photo. I was going to let it go because I assumed it would taste fantastic. It did not taste even good and did not taste like chocolate. Also, I noticed some white icing inside the cake. I didn't read any reviews and perhaps I should have. I texted them to share my disappointment w the cake, but got no reply. Only good comment is they were nice! Forgot to mention, the icing was not good at all and did not taste anything like buttercream.

$190 cake. Cute but not worth the money and tasted awful

I reached out to Million Cakes via email since I always want to give a business an opportunity to respond or offer to make things right. Unfortunately I never even received a response. I ordered a single tier cake with fondant decor. For filling they recommended the chocolate mousse. Sounded good. While the cake itself was decorated as I asked, it was barely edible. There was so much dye in the frosting it made everything taste artificial. The chocolate mousse had no flavor. This was a cake that they charged me $190 dollars for. There was no attention to detail and the pond glaze ran all over. Half of the birds were missing eyes. If it had tasted good I might have just chalked it up to paying for quality. But no one liked it not even the kids and that's hard to do. And then the fact that they couldn't be bothered to respond to my email sealed it for me. I don't like leaving a bad review but I would hate see someone else shell out that kind of money for a special occasion cake, which is often the highlight of an event, only to be given something that tasted awful and lacked the effort one would expect in that price range.

Great customer service, reasonable price, beautiful and delicious cake! What more can you ask for! We ordered a 3 tier cake for my baby shower and Andres made the process so easy for us from beginning to end! She was so patient and kind. They even let us do a cake tasting before ordering. Most places only allow cake tastings when you order large cakes or for weddings. She helped us put the vision to life suggesting what would work best for our needs. Upon picking up the cake, I was in awe! It was simply beautiful! Our guest loved the cake so much that people slices were coming up missing if you turned away. Lol but seriously! The Mom to be herself got her slice stolen. So now we are just waiting to decide what holiday or reason we can use as an excuse to order again. Thank you Million Cakes!

This cake was supposed to be Ruby red and amethyst purple. Got it wrong again.

I have ordered a couple of cakes here that had turned out okay, so I went here for my 20th wedding anniversary to order a two tiered cake. I brought in pictures of the cake I wanted and all the flowers, ribbon, etc. The girls said they could do it and it would look great. When my husband went to pick up the cake (he didn't know what it was supposed to look like, it was a surprise) the cake looked nothing like the picture and colors we discussed. I was so upset I threw it in the trash. Fast forward to Christmas, my friend insisted we try them one more time and let them know the ruined my anniversary cake, so hopefully they will get it right with a birthday cake she was ordering for my birthday. The girl behind the counter did not even apologize for my anniversary cake being so off, even though we had pictures. I was about to walk out but my friend wanted to see if they could redeem themselves. So she ordered me a present cake with a bow made of fondant. The cake was supposed to be ruby red and amethyst purple. Again, they could not get the colors right! And the bow looked poorly done. I will post pictures of the anniversary cake and birthday cake. You can judge for yourself. I think the decorator may be color blind. Their cakes taste good but only if you don't care what it looks like. I have had cakes from Julie's cakes that were perfect. This place needs a new cake decorator and the customer service is horrible. At a minimum, I deserve an apology for ruining my 20 year anniversary cake. But they didn't give it. I'm looking for a new bakery for all our cakes through out the year.

A million cakes certainly saved my life. I had ordered a cake from another bakery and when I went to pick up the day of the event, I was so disappointed. So I called Million Cakes on the day of the event saying I needed a cake in like 3 hrs. I wasn't sure that anyone would be able to do it for me such a short notice. Luckily for me they stepped up to the challenge. When I picked it up I was very pleasantly surprised. The cake was huge and fit our overall theme. At the event the cake was moist and the caramel filling really was tasty. The buttercream tied it all together. I cant wait to try other cakes!

Recently I ordered a two tier cake for my son's first birthday. The design is an ombré cake starting from navy blue from bottom, light blue in the middle and white at the top. The color they used for the navy blue was almost black in color, some of my friends thought it is black. It colored the kids teeth badly and it was awful to eat with so much of die in it. Also, the name tag is not properly cut, it was some odd shaped and stuck on the Cake. Also they have used PVC pipes to support the two tiers, I haven't seen a cake using pvc pipes, so don't know how safe was it. On top of everything, the cake didn't taste good, it was soggy and sugary. I will not order the cake from this place again. (See the pic attached)

My wedding was this weekend and Million Cakes did amazing! Cake was gorgeous and delicious... It was a really big hit

Really high price but no quality to support that price. Very underwhelming!! Don't waste your money by going there.

They didn't let me taste the cake prior to buying and ended up being something I did not like. Overpriced as well.

So, lol I came here after a workout session to undo all of my hard work lol and it was indeed WORTH it! Her sweet treats are OH so goodT! I must say that I heard through the grapevine that everything was delicious (I have a friend that basically tried it all lol) but I only had the pleasure of enjoying the banana pudding AND strawberry cupcake all in one sitting and they both were perfection. So, I can only deduce the everything else would be equally as good, if not better. I also took the opportunity to learn a little about the owner and she is definitely walking in her passion, purposefully, one personalized cake and unique cake recipe at a time. I look forward to trying their tres leches the next time I am in the area.

I haven't redeemed any rewards in several months because I've been overseas, so I wasn't sure whether I simply scanned the code or if there was another step involved. Instead of explaining the process, he repeatedly pointed at the screen and said, it's right here. When I asked for clarification, he continued to respond the same way without actually explaining what I needed to do. His tone and mannerisms made me feel as though I was being treated like an inconvenience for asking a simple question. Not every customer is familiar with the app, and some may be using rewards for the first time. A little patience and clearer communication would have gone a long way. The experience was made more frustrating by the long wait beforehand. There were only two cashiers working and the customer ahead of me spent several minutes at the register asking questions. Another cashier was also helping a customer who needed additional assistance. While I understand that questions happen and employees do their best, waiting a considerable amount of time only to receive dismissive customer service was disappointing. Good customer service isn't just about completing a transaction--it's about helping customers understand the process and making them feel welcome. Unfortunately, that was not my experience during this visit.
