We ordered drinks, wings and the steak bites which came with potato slices. The wings were great. Very crispy and flavorful. Unfortunately the steak bites and potatoes were almost inedible. The kitchen was painfully slow, and when the food finally came out it was disappointing. The wings were cold and chewy, like they had been sitting around way too long before being served. The atmosphere felt neglected -- slow service everywhere, frustrated customers, and a general sense that nobody was really running the place. I genuinely felt bad for the server because she was trying, but the restaurant itself was clearly mismanaged that night. Buffalo Wild Wings should know better than this.
