I couldn't be happier with my decision to enroll him in The Goddard School. The Goddard School is a modern preschool with all of the bells and whistles--cutting-edge curriculum, dynamic educators, state-of-the-art security-- with a huge heart. That's a key differentiator here...heart. It's what was sorely lacking at the other preschool my son attended. The owner, director, and support staff truly care about each and every child. When I drop my son off every morning, he can't wait to get to his classroom to play with the interactive toys, explore the sensory tables, and read in the cozy book nooks (he loves bringing in books from home to share with his class; this school does a beautiful job of promoting a lifetime love of reading). The outdoor play area is always a hit...as is pizza day (the school orders pizza for the kids on Thursdays and he loves it!). The facility is clean and inviting. I know my son has support, guidance, and materials he needs to thrive in Kindergarten at The Goddard School, but that's not all. He's welcomed with open arms; he's challenged academically; he's encouraged to believe in himself; he's well cared for; he's celebrated for his successes. He smiles widely when I ask him about his day...and I am often surprised when he tells me the Spanish word for something out of nowhere, or shows me a new yoga pose. I didn't teach him those things...his teachers did. I recommend The Goddard School without hesitation or reservation. Enrolling my child was one of the best decisions I have made as a mom.

First off Ill start by saying our time with Mount Vernon was great, and we chose the apartment we…read moredid because they were extremely courteous, and seemed to actually take tenant's best interests in mind. They kept the building clean, maintained, and were nothing but kind and pleasant to deal with. That being said, we re-signed our lease less than a month ago, only for them to sell our building, and others they own in the area, without warning to the most notorious slumlord in Boston, with 0 notice until the DAY we swapped management companies. While I understand properties get sold - Ive had other apartments sold while I lived in them - to sell off to the known scummiest company in Boston the month after tenants are required to re-sign and give 0 heads up is disrespectful, and honestly the most frustrated Ive ever been with property management in Boston. Had I known the building was up for sale I would not have re-signed, and now I am stuck another full year with a landlord I have actively avoided my entire time in Boston. Housing isn't a luxury, its a necessity, and to sell off your tenants unknowingly to a slumlord speaks volumes to how you actually view the people who pay your bills. 2 stars because up until this they were great, but this soured my entire experience, and I hope others dont have to deal with their deceitfulness.

If we needed something fixed or looked out, we heard immediately from the team. The two maintenance workers and cleaner at our building were incredibly nice, hard working and overall made living there very nice! Stacey provided some fun guessing games and always had treats for the residents during holidays. Stacey is super responsive and easily accessible via email. Starting in Boston with another company, MV blew them out of the park. Again, highly rate the maintenance and cleaning crew; made living there that much better. The only negative was the process of working with other relators during our move out process (this was not MV company employees- this was another relator company) due to their lack of communication all together- otherwise, MV company had a great process for moving out. We will miss you MV!

We have had TDG for 2 years now during the construction phases. We have a Portfolio/Property Manager, Cheri Gillis, and an assistant, Gessenia Garcia-Lopez, both who are not full time, and other than being onsite f/t, both provide service as if they were. Cheri takes great care of us, even though she is managing a multitude of contractors that Toll uses. After Transition, she has taken excellent care of our working Committee Chairs and the Board. The TDG emergency support after hours dispatches their tech who is onsite in 20-30 minutes. The only downside for not giving 5 stars is the slow response for normal service requests and that there is no service level objectives in the Toll management agreement with TDG. Otherwise, TDG has the tools and scale to support our 66 homes, and Cheri is a very responsive professional experienced property management portfolio manager. I am upping my review to 5 stars. Cheri and Gessenia alone do so much that it makes up for the lack of a service level performance requirement and objective; this was a lacking my Toll in their original Management Agreement with TDG. TDG is hired by the HOA Board, who have sole management and control and accountability for the HOA; TDG takes direction from the Board.

We had them for over twenty years and replaced them a couple of years ago. For over ten years we had tennis courts that went unused as they had fallen into disrepair and TDG threw us all kinds of excuses as to why they could not be renovated, saying they had to be totally stripped out, the property dug up, new fencing required, etcetera, and quoted us in the vicinity of $250k using their preferred vendors. We have had new management for the past couple years and now have a beautiful tennis/pickleball court and a basketball court, with picnic tables & umbellas, a park bench, and trash receptacle, and the whole shebang cost a fraction of the pricing TDG had quoted. The existing fence remained and the courts were resurfaced. TDG told us that the founding docs required us to get signatures from at least 70% of the unit owners, which turned out to not be the case, as we were able under the founding docs to repair the recreational area, and the digging up and all TDG said was required was NOT required. There are so many other issues I could report here, but it would require a tome the length of the epic novel, War and Peace". We have had so many improvements here since we terminated TDG and the new management firm earns their fees and actually helps us keep expenses in check. TDG just gave us lip service, the new company gives us real service.

What began as a positive relationship eventually turned into repeated billing issues, including double charges and unexplained fees that required me to cancel autopay and change my card information. A major concern for future customers: Alarm New England locks their Honeywell Lyric panels with installer codes that they do not provide to the customer, even after the contract is fulfilled and the equipment is fully paid for. When I asked for the installer code, I was told I "did not have access" to it. This effectively prevents you from using your own hardware with another provider. Only after I sent a certified termination letter did the company suddenly reach out, offering to reset the code, but only if I powered the old panel back on, which I had already replaced. Service quality also declined over the years. One simple sensor installation took nearly an entire day, and phone hold times were often 20 minutes or more. I was also quoted an extremely high price for a basic battery replacement, which came with pressure to sign a new multi‑year contract. I have since switched to a local company that provides full access to my system, transparent pricing, and no long‑term contracts. Based on my experience, I would encourage others to research alternatives before committing to Alarm New England.
