A To Z Pediatric Dentistry - Dr. Z is very gentle, patient, and loving. The best pediatric dentist in Atlanta!

However, two situations happened that left a bad taste in my mouth…read more The first occurred during one of her appointments when her father was out of town. I briefly FaceTimed him so he could see her during the visit. The dentist abruptly said, "No FaceTime," in a curt manner. I completely understand if that is the office policy, but the delivery felt rude and there was no explanation given. The second situation happened during another visit when Dr. Z told me I could not be rude to his staff. I was very confused because I had no idea what he was referring to, and I told him that I hadn't been rude. He responded with something along the lines of, "Come on, I know you were." Shortly after, a staff member came into the room and explained that they had mistaken me for a different parent. Dr. Z did apologize, and I understand that mistakes happen, but the interaction added to the overall feeling that the environment was not very warm or welcoming. Because of these experiences, we have not returned.

Dr. Z is, without fail, so positive, encouraging, gentle and kind that my children (and me too!) are excited to go to the dentist each 6 months. Both of my younger kids had behaviors that impacted their teeth (ie. Thumb sucking) and he gave us advice, coached them through it, and even sent presents when they "met their goals". All around fabulous - every child should be so lucky to have such a great dentist!

She has personality, she is so sweet, interactive with the patients, and extremely knowledgeable. I also bought my kids here to show them a prime example of what BLACK EXCELLENCE and hard work looks like. Congratulations on the dental office and keep up the great work! The staff is great as well. The aesthetics are the best I have seen in Atlanta.

Every detail in the office--from the cheerful décor to the toy wall and toothbrush wall--was thoughtfully selected to make kids feel excited and comfortable about visiting the dentist. Dr. Williams has such a wonderful personality and truly knows how to connect with children. She gave calm, clear directions during the appointment, and my child felt completely at ease the entire time. I also appreciated that parents are welcome to sit with their children, which really helped us both feel relaxed. The staff was just as wonderful--friendly, patient, and professional. They even gave us a full tour of the office before the appointment, making sure we knew exactly what to expect. If you're looking for a pediatric dentist who is not only highly skilled but also genuinely cares about making the experience positive and fun for kids, I can't recommend Dr. Donielle Williams enough!

We came in for my 2 year old's first dentist visit. We had been cautious due to COVID. I did my…read moreresearch to try to find the best dentist in the area since I also am particular about my dental experiences. Peak far exceeded my expectations. You have to call before you can be let into the building; one parent per child/patient. The office is bright, clean and welcoming with lovely, relaxing paint colors and beautiful, child friendly art on the walls. With COVID, it is nice to know there are only two families at a time and the staff is all vaccinated. The expectation is everyone wears masks (other than the child). They introduce all the tools before they're used. They have a TV overhead so the child is occupied. It was nice that they ask if the TV can be turned on for your child. Anna and Stephanie were excellent and thorough and explained every procedure as well as answered every question thoroughly and courteously. Dr. Cassinelli came in to examine my son and built an immediate rapport with us. She also was very friendly as well as informative. And at the end of the exam, my son received a toy rubber duckie as well as a dental goodie bag including child floss packets and toothbrush. I am always nervous going to the dentist so I wanted to make sure my son's first experience was comfortable and set a good precedent for the future. I was thrilled with my visit and I am sure my son now looks forward to going to see the dentist!

On the day of the procedure, they presented a surprise bill for $2,800--a $1,000 increase with no prior notice. Beyond the billing issues, the front desk conduct is deeply concerning. The receptionist, Hailey, displays a clear shift in demeanor based on the ethnicity of the patients she is assisting. From both personal experience and observation, it is evident she lacks the professionalism to treat African American patients with the same courtesy as others. When I chose to reschedule and eventually cancel due to these red flags, they refused to refund my deposit. This isn't just a "misunderstanding"--it's a predatory practice. Save your time and your money.
