I purchased a storm door and storm window from Viviano and unfortunately had an anwful experience from both a quality and customer service standpoint. The storm door and the storm window came for delivery on the same day. The storm window was unable to be installed as it did not fit (note, two different people came out to measure after I paid my deposit). They were able to install the storm door and the storm window was remeasured and reordered. After the storm door was installed, I had concerns about the door and its installation so I reached out to their main office phone number and spoke with the office manager. A few hours later I received an abrupt text from an unknown number. It was the owner of the company. Rather than working with me to address the issues, the owner became increasingly defensive and dismissive. In this exchange I explicitly told him that I still wanted the storm window and that my concerns were with the storm door only. His response was that he was the owner, he was making the decision, and the decision was final. He refused to install the storm window and instead offered a full refund only if he could return to my home and remove the storm door the very next day. At that point, I accepted the refund because I did not want to be left without my deposit. However, the way this was handled left my entryway looking like the home been broken to and in a condition that was extremely disappointing, as shown in the attached photo. In this case, rather than trying to find a reasonable solution, the owner repeatedly emphasized that they install "thousands" of these doors and had not had complaints, and ultimately chose to terminate the rest of the project rather than address my concerns. I was never asking for anything unreasonable. I wanted the door issues addressed, and I wanted the storm window I had ordered and been waiting for. I was very much willing to pay for it. Unfortunately, my experience with Viviano was that once I expressed dissatisfaction, the conversation became adversarial rather than focused on finding a solution. The communication was unprofessional, the situation was handled poorly, and I was left extremely appalled with the overall experience. Lastly, from my deep dive reading all reviews, I know the owner will respond rudely. I am including the messages he sent me to make it clear this is not someone you should do business with. Where to begin. #1…read more Our friends use to own this company and sold it to the new owner Jake. This company is no longer owned by anyone in the Gallagher family. #2. Willie at Gallagher is a straight up con man and lied about everything from siding to gutter guards. #3. Gallagher uses all unvetted illegal labor on your home. The horrendous job completed by them resulted in over 40 different issues excluding the fact that they did not waterproof my house by replacing the Tyvek and blatantly lied to my face about it. I had them pull back the siding and could see the results, they apologized and replaced the entire job after much deliberation. #4. They (Willie) went out of their way to show me these beautiful aluminum gutter guards and had me hold them showing me what was going on my house. They tore off all of my perfectly fine gutter guards and replaced them with cheap crap that blows off constantly all over my house. #5. When contacting Gallagher attempting to speak to the owner, he blocked me. When I requested that they either follow through with what was promised or replace what I had before they ever touched them, they EXTORTED me for an additional $1,700. BUYER BEWARE. DO NOT HIRE THIS SHADY COMPANY.

Updated Review, 7/5/2021…read more Another great install by Clear Window Technology! Clear Window Technology has installed four sliding glass doors and three exterior patio doors in two homes for us. All were installed incredibly well, by a great team... and are doors Made in USA, AND also Made in Missouri ! We highly recommend Clear Windows Technology! We also recommend having Clear Window Technology install for you doors from Target Windows & Doors, who are located in Vandalia, Missouri, which is near Mexico and Hannibal. The sliding glass doors are the Elite 4000 sliding glass door, with blinds installed between the panes - the blinds rise and fall by one slider, and tilt open/closed by another slider... on the stationary side and on the sliding door.  Dennis at Clear Window said this was the best door he offered and we agree it is great! The door slides so smoothly; the frame and door and locks are all solid. They even installed a foot lock that lets you prop the door open a few inches, to let in some air, while preventing it from moving until your toe taps to unlock the door. The three patio doors are hinged doors, and were installed with new wooden frames, to replace the original frame that had some wood rot. Clear Window Technology did a great job pre-sales, and for install, and the doors look great - nice and new and sleek and clean! Thank you, Dennis, Tracey!!! Absolutely no pressure, and just amazing service and professionalism throughout. Joe was incredibly patient while we decided on the right time to get started. As construction got underway, the team was respectful of our home and space, being careful to tidy up at the end of each day. They provided meaningful updates throughout, giving us opportunities for input while also offering their professional opinion on matters. When the unexpected would happen (as they do with a project of this size), we were so grateful for a reliable team to lean on. Things were taken care of, and done well. The attention to quality and detail cannot be matched, and that's coming from someone who is particular and picky. Joe and his team have been fantastic partners for this project. They really did make our remodel dreams come true.
