We chose the meat & three today along with the daily special of buffalo chicken wrap. For the meat & three, we had pot roast, turnip greens, pinto beans, and butter peas. The meat and three comes with dessert and bread. For the wrap, you have a choice of grilled or fried chicken. It comes with fries and a drink. For a dollar more you can add a make your own salad from the salad bar. The wrap and fries were awesome. I think I'll try the Nashville hot wrap on my next lunch visit. The pot roast was nice and tender and well-seasoned. The vegetables were good but the turnip greens were a little sweet for our taste. We arrived a little after 11 am and once seated, our server greeted us and took our drink order. Our server was very friendly and knowledgeable on the menu items. Once we placed our order, it arrived at the table about 5 minutes later. Our server checked on us regularly. The Main Street Café seems to do a very large take-out amount. Dozens of customers entered the restaurant just for take-out while we were there. Parking is a first come first serve on the narrow two-way street in a business area.
