Zero stars! Their founder working at the window was absolutely not customer friendly. As a regular patron, I was upset by him. The employees and volunteers are much better. Accused me of fraud. It was over a $10 discount. We ended up spending hundreds of dollars. I don't recommend this place. read more

If you're a newbie like me (to a bingo hall, not bingo itself), I recommend going at least 25-30 minutes early to learn how things work and determine if you want to add extra options, like flash games, etc. (more opportunities to win big). We arrived about 15 minutes before start time, but with parking being difficult (the lot was quite full) and having to wait in a short line for buy in, we didn't sit down till a few minutes before start time. And being given a large stack of bingo sheets/cards, didn't know what to do. Luckily the guy next to us was a regular and helped us out. Once they start, they go fast, and if you miss something or don't call out bingo quickly enough, you're out of luck. We got the minimum package on a Sunday evening ($80 per person, for two of us). Each sheet had 5 bingo sets on it (numbers only, no letters), and you play several sheets at a time, so yeah, you gotta pay attention and be quick to mark your cards. Luckily there are large clear screens where you can see the numbers called during each game until it's reset for the next game, but still you gotta be quick so I wouldn't rely on that to play catch up. To win, you need to get a bingo (3 in a row) for all 5 sets on one sheet before calling out "bingo", unless there are different instructions for a specific game. When we went, there were about 10-12 games throughout the night (more if you purchased extra), hence the stack of cards in the beginning, and it lasted about 3 hours including an 8 minute intermission. We didn't win, but it was fun (once we got the hang of it). The place had a casual atmosphere, older crowd (we were probably the youngest people there), everyone seemed to be friendly enough, mainly just minding their own business, and lots of hardcore bingo-ers! There were restrooms, coffee, and vending machines on site. The service was efficient, we didn't encounter any problems with staff, and there were plenty of workers/volunteers walking around during the games selling extra cards. If you want a chance to win some extra cash, this is a fun way to do it, and if you don't win, at least you know your money is going to charity. Also, gotta love the colorful themed bingo cards (ie. Betty Boop, and Popeye the Sailor). read more

I have been playing here for 2 years and they are consistently great. They filtered water machines, microwaves, a snack area to purchase from, hot water and coffee. Their tables are a generous size and the seats are comfy; no need for any seat cushion. The staff is also friendly and professional. The temperature is always appropriate. This is a very comfortable bingo hall. I really enjoyed the scenery and the chairs and the people who attend that place. It's pretty fast pace and you have to keep up with the calls, but it's really good deal far as bingo goes. The only thing I don't like is they don't have water and ice Hot food served that's the only take away from the place but other than that is great read more

I wish I could choose zero stars. They have a fake cop Named Joe that 1) tried to fight me. 2) told me I had to go because of complaints (Not true). 3) was fully not in compliance with the security who obviously never heard any complaints as I was minding my own business. I was bullied and targeted by a man named Joe. Also After the security guards company and MPD called me they made sure to let me know that JOE was in the wrong. We can't have bully's working in our community's. The security guard tried to pay me back with his own money. He heard Joe tell me he was going to give out money back and then pulled his wallet out. We did not accept but shout out to S.Mizrahi from Knights watch! Even MPD said he offered but we want to make sure Joe pays. Back story is Joe said people complained about me, once again security had Zero complaints and I barely talked to anyone... felt very emotionally charged. I made a lot of friends with people here at the bingo hall and now it's sad to say goodbye. I hope Joe isn't allowed to bully others in the future. read more

We absolutely love this bingo hall love the matinee and evening sessions on the weekend. The flash workers are friendly and not overly aggressive. The callers all call at a good speed. Came here tonight to play Bingo in the car but it turns out they opened up for indoor as well so we played inside! Each buy in costs $80 for games 1-15 with fun names like Wonder Woman and Raz Ma Taz! You can also buy separate pregames that run ahead of the standard bingo games. Also pull tags can be in a pack of 20 for $20 or inside for $1 per pull tabs. Covid guidelines followed with everyone masked and staying 6 feet apart. If it's your first time, try to sit nearby those who are regulars. Most people were very helpful to us being newbies. Cash prizes range from $100 to almost $2400. This place was so much fun! I will be back again. Make sure if your new..to let the staff know when you buy in ...they can let you know about the extra games. Like the warm ups and flash paper. I didn't know when I came today....and I had a hard time buying these specials after I came In so early at 3pm. I was told at 5pm I would have to stand back in a very long line. Luckily I was able to buy on the floor at the last minute. They play plenty of flash and today we played strips for 2500$. I won and instant on a flash game tonight and this was my first time playing there. Most people were very friendly around me and helpful. But of course there is always that one person with a bad attitude. Ignore it and keep positive. Your suppose to have fun at bingo and I definitely had fun here.
