My dry cleaning was done earlier than they promised and pick up was quick and easy. I put my clothes in on a Tuesday and it was ready by Thursday. You can get rush service if you need it sooner, but I think that it costs a bit extra. They offer drive by pickup where you pull in the garage and they will bring your dry cleaning to your car. This is a decent dry cleaning option, mostly for those people that work or will be down town. They are friendly and do a great job.

The woman that helped me was one of those just do their job type of people. She was not very friendly, but she was not rude. The cleaners is very clean and trendy and they have many services available including 24/7 Drop Off And Pickup and curbside service. I got a text and email letting me know that my items were ready. You can respond to the text when you are fifteen minutes out and they are supposed to have your items ready. I did not try it though. It only took them a couple of minutes to get my items anyway. The woman working there was a bit more cordial. I must have caught her on a bad day when I dropped my stuff off. My clothes were packaged well and pickup was smooth and easy. They even had something that they found in my pocket. I am glad that they checked before they dry cleaned my item. My experience with this cleaners was good. I would definitely go back again.

First off, I…read moregive them 4 out of 5 stars since the 11th street location is only a week-day drop-off site -- everything is sent to the northside location for dry-cleaning or laundry processing. That means it takes a day to two to get things back. (FYI, their northside location is open on Saturdays.) That said, I've always found the staff to be really friendly and helpful. Plus Curley's is the most convenient and reasonably priced service I've found around the neighborhood. I take my favorite stuff (silk anything, vintage, dress shirts, slacks) to them on a fairly regular basis, and everything turns out swell. They even de-hair-ified the faux-suede cover of my q-chaise (the cat I was harboring at the time took a liking to the chair) -- and it came back like-new (the chair cover, not the cat, which was returned to it's owner asap.)
