I took videos and pictures before i moved i put anything anywhere. They don't have no type of communication i have to call them or ask them question like why they gave me 75 extra on my rent for a renewal but didn't put it in the description now im talking to my lawyer to see if i even have to pay it or wait until my renewal is up. Not to mention it a 12 months lease moved in September they took one month off our lease so instead of it being September when we renew they did it a month early which is August. I kinda let my husband deal with it because if i do it be a whole another issue. Would i recommend only if ur in a fuxked up situation with credit since they go low as 580. But just get an apartment that doesn't go off your credit. Tbh not worth it at all.

This is not written lightly. If you want to buy a brand new home, hopefully one that her "husband" built, and accept full price, and challenge the Miltons on nothing- she will remain sweetness and light. However, if you need an agent to actually DO WORK, problem solve and advocate for your interests, run for your life away from Milton. Once questioned or challenged or even asked for solutions, you will meet a very different Ann Milton- flat, uninterested and bored. Please know that if you have made the terrible mistake of retaining her as a seller's agent, in my experience, she only shows homes to buyers she represents. This is because she wants the full commission. After escaping her, and advertising my home on Craiglists, I had four (4) separate individuals, reputable and unrelated, state they repeatedly called Milton to view my home and she never returned their call. Another character issue to consider: Milton's husband had the water turned off on a home where a tap had been shared for decades. The very next day- THE NEXT DAY- Milton contacted the buyer and offered $130,000 less than the FMV because they had orchestrated that the home would have no water. But they have Christian scripture posted on their social media. Note that any negative reviews will be answered by Milton with sugar and honey. It is incredibly fake. Don't fall for it. After she gets your name on the listing contract, she's only concerned with one goal- ruthlessly obtaining her 7% commission. I can't suss out any value she added to the transaction, other than the professional photos, which she did not take. Also be careful- if you end the listing agreement early, she checks the clause that she can recoup any funds she had expended to sell your home. Retaining her to sell my home was one of top 10 worst experiences of my life. This is not an exaggeration.

Renters Beware - Avoid Womble Realty at All Costs…read more If you're considering renting from Womble Realty--don't. You're better off living in a cardboard box. This company is unprofessional, discriminatory, and disrespectful to tenants, especially families. I've dealt with multiple representatives over time, including Fred Cummings in the past and now Kathy Jenkins, who is by far one of the rudest, most condescending individuals I've ever encountered. She treats tenants as if they are uneducated and unaware of their rights--until she's reported and forced to act accordingly. Her behavior is unacceptable for someone in a professional role and reflects the broader issues within this company. The units themselves are unsafe and poorly maintained. Appliances are over 30 years old, and necessary repairs are often ignored. There is no urgency or care for tenant well-being. In some cases, Womble Realty has attempted to evict tenants without proper legal process or documentation. Most troubling, Badgett Womble himself refuses to acknowledge or respond to formal complaints about these issues, including serious concerns about Kathy Jenkins' behavior. This speaks volumes about the culture of negligence and disrespect within this business. The negative reviews you've likely already read are accurate. Womble Realty is a disgrace to Harnett County and a stain on the local housing market. Please--invest your time, money, and peace of mind elsewhere. There are better, more ethical property management companies out there who value tenants and follow the law. Unless you have time and resources to file complaints with the Attorney General or Real Estate Commission, run--don't walk--away from this place.

First, he told me to pay my security deposit to some random person that lived in the house before for me instead of going through him. Then when it was time to get my deposit back, he charged us rent for 15 days that NO ONE lived in the house and took that out of my deposit. I told him on the phone and through email when the house was vacant and when everyone had moved out. He tried to claim we still lived in the house, which was not true at all. When I called him the first time to ask what to do about getting back my deposit, he got extremely rude and snappy with me and basically fussed me out for asking because "he still had a month to find new renters" and then when I finally get it back, its missing a good portion of what I paid originally. He also literally never fixed anything that was wrong with the house and if he actually did stop by to "work" on things, they were not actually fixed. We had a mailbox that was beaten and literally just sitting on the post for 2 years and he was asked multiple times to fix it and it was never did. Asked him to replace a water filter and all he did was press the reset the button in the fridge. There was a huge sunken in spot on the floor from dry rotted wood from a leaky dishwasher, that had been there for at least 3 years and was never fixed or worked on. Needless to say, Fred Cummings is a horrible person and I would not work with him if my life depended on it. Worst landlord I have ever rented from by far. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE OR FRED CUMMINGS!!!!!

I've known Justin by working with him through my business for the past 8 years, which has put me in direct contact with hundreds of Realtors throughout the years. My husband and I met with him in April 2025 to talk about listing and officially hired him to sell our house that June. Even in a tough market with plenty of competition in our own development, he gave us the honest, data-driven advice we needed to set a realistic price. His marketing was excellent and showcased the house perfectly without being overdone--which is something I appreciate. It got people out to see the property, even in our rural area. We were honestly prepared for the long haul, but his strategy worked and we had a full price offer in under a week. Justin's sense for the market is incredible and he is easily one of the best in the business. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him or bring any of his Premier Agents Network team's expertise in to help guide your next move.

Nate is the only reason why I am leaving a one star review, so if you get a different realtor you may have a different experience. From the outset Nate was indifferent to our needs and seemed only interested in selling a house. When we tried to get him to negotiate on our behalf he would reply with some excuse as to why he couldn't. In all honesty I have no faith that he actually reached out to the builder. When we viewed homes it was clear Nate did not do any research as he knew nothing about the house or the builder. The final straw is when I informed Nate that another builder was able to work with us on certain aspects of the home buying process. His answer was rude and unprofessional, telling us to go with them then. We ultimately decided to go with the other builder, DRB homes, because we got everything we wanted at the price we wanted and were treated with respect and dignity.
