Ugh. Ok. The almond fried chicken is always good. The fried rice can be exceptional but that rarely happens. Egg rolls--we have given up on--chow mein, pretty much hit or miss like the fried rice. Those are the ONLY items we get anymore from Milton Wok. Everything else is pretty awful. The beef, just don't go there. There is always a lot of standing around, gives us ample time to try not to look at the absolutely disgusting fish tank in the entry way. There is never anyone at the front desk. We always cross our fingers it's not the owner who finally shows up. He's rude. Pretty big jerk. It's pretty crappy looking inside. Bar is loud. Honestly, it's the only place to get good almond fried chicken though close by. One of these days will drive out to China Star in Kent. That's the best but for now, will stop in to Milton wok when we are craving the almond fried ckicken. I just wouldn't recommend anything else. read more

I got general tso's and sub pork fried rice, I really wanted to give this place a try, but listen to the reviews. Not sure what kind of sauce was used for my general tso's chicken but it was not good. The rice was dry and not worth an extra two dollars. The whole meal wasn't worth the money read more

FAVORITE chinese place around. Love love love the honey walnut shrimp, pan fried noodles, and Mongolian beef. Delicious.

We ordered shrimp rolls and they were not what we expected but they were pretty good. Needs a little dipping sauce, we used chili paste and soy sauce self made. We also ordered Twin Mushroom scallops. Similar sauce to chow mein. We were in a hurry and asked them to be served together. This did not happen and we had to wait 20 extra minutes for our scallops to come out. Service and listening to the customer can use improvement. read more

I called to order take out and the women on the other line was extremely rude. Then when I came to pick up my order mind you their is a bar in the restaurant and their was a drunk women who was screaming. The actual restaurant was completely empty and I had to wait for someone to come to the front to give my order. Then I went to pay and the machine was sssooo slow. Then I get home and the food was cold and soggy. I got the honey walnut prawns and it was COVERED in a sticky nasty white substance. I also got the pot stickers that were not all the way cooked!! My wife and I had lunch here with our kids and the service was good and the waiter was knowledgeable,so that was a plus the food was good but had a bad water taste to it but not so harsh we couldn't eat it. Overall good prices and good portions. I definitely will go back since I live right down the street!.lol read more

I came here tonight to keep my husband company while he watched the football sports game. The service was super fast and our food came out in about 3 minutes. I had vegetable chow mein and it was really good! The noodles were still crunchy, and the vegetables were crunchy and fresh. My husband got sweet and sour chicken, and it didn't look like the usual gloopy neon mess that the dish normally looks like elsewhere. We would come back even if it wasn't that great, because we live in Edgewood and can't be choosy. But fortunately the Milton Wok is pretty good for any town. read more

So expensive but not all that great ‍ my husband & I paid a lot & our plates weren't very full. The noodles were about 75% vegetables & 25% noodles. They are greedy with rice also. Food tasted ok but wish they served more for the price they charge. read more

It's a shame they don't have a better rating because I just ordered a damn feast from here, and insanely good! The sweet and sour sauce isn't that globby bright red stuff. Such good flavor overall! We ordered a combination meal with almond chicken and s&s pork and that didn't survive on our plate long. The Milton Wok is the BOMB!!!!!!!!! They have a ton of choices, the food has always been delicious and fresh. I can think of only one time it wasn't 100%. I'd still rate them 9 out of 10 overall. We've lived in the area for over 15 years and despite the appearance of the restaurant, we bring out of town guests - all who say it is one of the best! We love this place! This place is disgusting. I thought it was super convenient that they are on UBEREATS & they are open till 2 AM. I ordered the beef & broccoli, and THEY GAVE ME CHICKEN! The chicken was so bland, I only ate the veggies. I also ordered a side of wings, which were also disgusting. They put way to much crap on them, I thought they were plain wings because there is no description on their menu. I'm never ordering from here again. $30 wasted. read more

yuck! dirty! burnt food! This place has a lounge and as we were waiting for our table with kids drunk folks were barging in and out of the lounge. Looking around it seemed very dirty and smelly. The place is very cramped and cluttered. We ordered a bunch of food family style as we had a large group of about 12. We ordered several of the combo dinners. When they brought the fried rice out we all could smell the BURNT Rice. We said something about it and they said no its not burned and said they burned a pan and thats what we smelled. We started picking out the burnt rice to show them and the waitress seemed embarrassed as we caught her in a lie. She took the three plates of rice bag. 2 minutes later she came out with more and said they made another batch. WOW really in 2 minutes. I smelled that rice and it was burnt, but figured we would show our dislike by never coming back. We also never did get 2 other plates of food we were supposed to get. For it being family sizes the servings werent that large. How did the other food taste, well the mongolian beef wasnt too bad, but it seemed just average, almond crusted chicken had too much gravy on it and not much almond. Didnt like that at all. Sweet and Sour chicken was good and the fried shrimp was actually pretty good. Will I go back? NOPE NOPE NOPE. read more

I don't know about this being Asian Fusion as Yelp notes, but I would say it's your typical local dive chinese restaurant. Every town has one! Stopped by here when the restaurant nearby I wanted to get take-out from was closed. Needed something else quick, so went here. Restaurant itself is out-dated and kind of gross. I almost left, but decided to stick it out. Staff was not terribly friendly or helpful, but got my order and my food came fast. Ate at home and it was fine. Nothing as bad as some of the other reviews here, but certainly not great or 'asian fusion'! I have to admit though, after reading the other reviews here (after I got my food home) I probably won't be eating the leftovers b/c I'm worried about the quality of the meats. And price of a dish for the quality is a little steep ($10/dish). read more

Food was very bad. We ordered BBQ. It tasted old, chewy with a spoiled smell. The same BBQ pork was in the fried rice. The rest of the meal wasn't too bad. Some of the worst food we've had. When asked how the food was I told the lady and she just shrugged her shoulders. Won't be back. read more

We tried them again, it was WORSE, this time not only was the food inedible the service was to ignore us after seating,

there was barely any beef in the beef & broccoli, it was chewy. the chicken teriyaki tasted weird. it was just all gross.

The workers are nice and friendly. The food was pretty good, but the almond chicken was not as good as it has been in the past. The only think that really bothered me were the chop sticks that come in the package. They usually come together where you must break them apart. This time they were previously broken apart and then put back into the package. I could not use them because it just made me wonder if someone had used them before and then cleaned them and put them back into they package. read more

My son and I tried out this place for something new and we do regret it. We ordered the West Dinner for 2. The wonton soup was extremely salty! There was an odd taste to the fried egg rolls. Two of the entree dishes tasted the same....murky and the friend rice had no taste at all. When asked by the waitress what we thought of the food we were polite but truthful and she said another table of guests had said about the same thing. Even though we had barely touched two entrees and we didnt ask for any of it in to go boxes but yet we got no price break for the bad food. Never again!!! read more

Simply because I know first hand of a complaint that they had live pigeons in a box in the kitchen, the health dept was informed, and they too found this and documented it. Couldn't prove that they were serving it, but why else would you have live pigeons in a vegetable box in the kitchen? read more

Had dinner at the MIlton Wok last night. Easily the WORST meal I've had in years. We were seated and waited 30 minutes before I got up and told them we were ready to order. At that point the Bartender came and waited on us. I'd understand that if the place was busy. It wasn't. There was 1 large party in the back and 1 other woman seated behind us. Other than that the place was empty. The food tasted like the oil it was cooked in had been scraped from the sides of a 25 year old dirty oven. It was also cold. The items that weren't fried were also pretty bad. How do you screw up barbecued pork? Milton Wok found a way. It was dry and flavorless, amazing. It makes me sad because I've lived in Milton for 20 years and always liked the Wok. I bet they survive on what they make from the Bar, they certainly are not going to make it on the horrible food and sub-mediocre service in the dining room. I'd say there is a tremendous opportunity for an entrepreneur, anyone want to open a Chinese place in Milton? Believe me, the Wok is no competition. read more

Today I invited my son to meet me at the milton wok for an afternoon drink & an appetizer plate. We ordered two bloody marys . They arrived & looked great , That is right where the good times ended. The drinks had no vodka whatsoever , I asked my son several times if his drink was ok. . He said his had far too much horseradish & lacked vodka. neither of us drink hard liquor except for rare occasions. I told the owner of the concern. She just laughed as if this was a laughing matter. Then she asked if we wanted new drinks with just tomato juice? We both answered yes . The drinks arrived as well as our food. The food was fine , No complaints there. We then ordered a lunch special to go for another family member that could not be with us. We went to pay the bill & saw a bar bill of $21.00 . I asked if we were being charged for the first two drinks & the owner said of course , we hadn't returned the first two drinks. What would be the point? we told her what was wrong! She stood her ground insisting we were being treated fair. Quoting store policy that she had to charge because the drinks were not returned to the bar. I said you are the owner & the policy is yours, adjust it. She refused saying she was not the owner & it was not her policy to change. I know her , her husband & daughter along with most of the wait staff after eight years of eating there. She out right lied to retain $11.50 & I told her as much. So I won't be back & recommend going else where unless you like dealing with petty cheats! read more
